Gene Domination: The Loli Who Devours Worlds

Lilith leaned against the observation window of the cable car, scanning the seemingly peaceful Prehistoric Park below.

However, at that moment, her small, furry ears twitched almost imperceptibly.

Slowly raising her head, Lilith’s gaze passed over the lush forest ahead, focusing on the direction deep within the park, obscured by the mountains.

Beneath the brim of her hat, her crimson pupils narrowed slightly, as if they could penetrate the barriers of rock and concrete to see the terrifying, unknown changes occurring there.

After watching for a few seconds, a cold curve slowly spread across her pale lips.

”It’s begun.”

Lilith murmured to herself, her voice so soft only she could hear it.

Beside her, Lia turned her head sharply at almost the same moment, a flicker of surprise flashing in her azure-blue eyes.

As a talent in the Spirit attribute, with outstanding spiritual power, she naturally could sense that unusual aura just now.

Powerful, brutal, heart-stopping.

Even from such a distance, it could make a Hunter of her level feel a warning sign from a relatively safe range—that thing’s strength was absolutely not to be underestimated.

A control-type Hunter like her, at the very least, couldn’t suppress it.

To suppress it, they would need a combat-type Hunter like Chief Fenrir.

Just as Lilith and Lia were drawn to that sudden aura, a piercing noise of metal scraping and brakes locking suddenly came from above!

The smoothly gliding cable car jolted abruptly, the massive inertia causing tourists inside to scream and lurch forward, snacks and drinks spilling everywhere.

Immediately after, the cable car came to a complete stop, suspended on the track dozens of meters high, swaying slightly.

”What’s going on?!”

”The cable car stopped?!”

”Is it a malfunction? Contact the control center quickly!”

After a brief panic, the tourists began to complain and inquire loudly.

Soon, the broadcast speaker in the cabin crackled with static, and a voice came through.

”Attention, all tourists! Attention, all tourists! A technical accident has occurred in the park’s No. 11 Carnivorous Dinosaur Enclosure!”

”Staff are handling it urgently! For your absolute safety, all tourists must remain in their current cable car cabins, lock doors and windows, and do not attempt to disembark or approach the ground!”

”Repeat, stay inside, do not touch the ground! The situation will be under control soon, please remain calm!”

The broadcast was vague, only mentioning a technical accident, but emphasizing not to touch the ground—enough to spark the worst imaginings.

”Did the dinosaurs escape?!”

”Oh my god! We’re trapped here!”

”Fix it quickly! Get us out of here!”

Panic began to spread like a virus through the cable car cabins.

Some tourists who had just stopped at a midway platform, about to disembark, were terrified out of their wits, hurriedly retreating into their cabins and locking the doors tightly.

Children’s excited shouts mixed with adults’ arguments and curses.

Lilith and Lia, however, remained unusually quiet.

Their gazes didn’t linger on the chaotic cabin but pierced through the glass, focusing on the distant grassland below.

There, an adult Brachiosaurus that had been leisurely nibbling on tender leaves from treetops suddenly convulsed violently without warning!

It let out a low, painful groan, staggered on its limbs, and finally collapsed sideways with a crash, stirring up a cloud of dust.

Then, under the horrified gazes of nearby tourists, the thick chest of this giant beast began to heave and swell unnaturally!

As if something alive was frantically thrashing and tearing inside its body, trying to burst out!

”Squelch—!!!”

The hair-raising sound of flesh tearing could be heard clearly even from hundreds of meters away.

The skin and muscle of the Brachiosaurus’s chest were torn open from within into a huge gash!

Thick, scalding blood gushed out like a waterfall, staining a large patch of grassland red.

Amid the steaming blood mist, a hideous head covered in mucus and blood emerged from the gash!

It had the Xenomorph’s signature smooth head crest and eyeless face, but its neck inherited the Brachiosaurus’s traits, unusually slender.

The newborn Xenomorph let out a sharp, piercing screech, then began frantically and greedily tearing and devouring the Brachiosaurus host beneath it, which hadn’t fully died yet!

”Ugh—!”

In the cable car, tourists who witnessed this bloody, terrifying scene retched one after another, their faces pale with fear reaching its peak.

Lilith just watched quietly, her crimson eyes showing no emotional fluctuation.

Her gaze shifted, scanning another direction in the park.

Under Thermal Vision, a cluster of life heat there was diminishing and transforming at an abnormal rate, while emitting energy signatures similar to T-virus-infected bodies.

”The real reason the broadcast warned not to touch the ground is probably these dinosaurs that have already turned into zombies.”

Humans had overestimated their control; chaos had only just begun.

Below, the Brachiosaurus Xenomorph that had just burst from the chest, after frantically feeding for several minutes, visibly swelled and grew in size!

Its Exoskeleton rapidly hardened, its slender neck supporting the hideous head, its hind limbs becoming thicker and more powerful.

In an instant, it grew from a newborn juvenile into an adult Xenomorph nearly twenty meters tall, exuding a ferocious aura!

It stopped feeding, its blood-stained head slowly lifting.

Its eyeless face precisely locked onto the string of cable car cabins suspended dozens of meters in the air.

For a Xenomorph, heat, movement, and sound were all excellent targeting signals.

The dense heat and noisy sounds inside the cable cars had a deadly attraction for it.

Under the despairing and bewildered gazes of all the tourists, this behemoth stood upright on its powerful hind limbs!

Its slender neck stretched toward the sky, that massive mouth full of sharp teeth slowly opening, revealing the Inner Jaw chamber ready to fire!

The cable car fell dead silent, even the crying stopped.

Everyone held their breath, watching helplessly as that black hole of death aimed at the cable car ropeway system they relied on for survival.

Even at the Brachiosaurus’s height, standing upright shouldn’t reach the cable cars, but for some reason, fear began to grow in their hearts.

”Tap.”

A light sound, unusually crisp.

One of Lilith’s feet, clad in a small black leather boot, stepped steadily onto the metal window frame edge of the observation window.

Lilith glanced faintly at Lia, her voice clear and childish.

”Follow.”

As her words fell, her petite figure leaped directly from the cable car dozens of meters high!

Her silver-white long hair billowed upward in the falling airflow, her black pleated skirt fluttering, like a death flower blooming against the wind.

Seeing this, Lia followed closely, pushing off the car window with one hand and leaping down!

Their actions seemed to press a silent switch.

Almost at the same moment, from eight other cable car cabins at different heights and positions, a total of ten figures, with various swift and professional movements, unhesitatingly broke through windows or opened emergency doors, leaping into the air!

Clearly, none of them belonged to this world; they knew the true terror of the Xenomorphs.

So at this moment, they simultaneously chose to leave the seemingly safe but actually airborne coffin of the cable car, facing the unknown dangers on the ground below.

They all understood clearly: staying above, once the cable car ropeway was destroyed, the outcome would only be falling to their deaths or becoming trapped targets in the sky.

And almost the moment the last person leaped from the cable car—

”Whoosh—!!!”

Below, the Brachiosaurus Xenomorph’s fully charged Inner Jaw, like a supersonic shell fired from a cannon, with a piercing shriek, turned into a blurry afterimage, shooting with pinpoint accuracy at the main load-bearing steel cable supporting dozens of cabins!

”Snap—!!!!”

The teeth-grinding sound of metal breaking echoed in every tourist’s heart!

The thick steel cable, under the terrifying kinetic energy and penetrating power of the Xenomorph’s Inner Jaw, snapped with a resounding crack!

Losing the main load-bearing cable’s support, the entire hundreds-of-meters-long cable car track instantly lost balance, emitting a despairing groan as it began to tilt and collapse to one side!

High in the sky, cries, screams, and the deafening roar of metal twisting and breaking intertwined.

Lilith landed lightly, bending her knees slightly to absorb the impact, stirring up some dust.

She looked up, her crimson eyes calmly reflecting the disaster unfolding in the sky and the other companions landing around her, each with different expressions.

Clearly, this disaster had forced all the Players out into the open.

No, one was still missing.

Lilith half-closed her eyes, not sensing the other’s aura around—clearly, this Hunter wasn’t in the same area as them.
