Raising My Children With My Personal Spatial Ability

Chapter 2782: Chapter 2782: Terrifying, Absolutely Terrifying!

”These are the eggs laid by Spirit Sparrows that Mom brought from other planes. They’re especially delicious. Last time I made fried rice for Brother Lu and the others, I forgot to make them a soup. Today, I’ll cook a bit more.”

Hearing his words, Qian Yizheng and his brother both let out a sigh of relief.

At least there’s a soup, so they won’t be salted to death. They’ll definitely need to drink a few more mouthfuls. But when they saw the little baby continue to add salt to the soup, suddenly, they couldn’t stay calm anymore.

”Big Brother, you should eat quickly.”

Qian Yirong swallowed a mouthful of saliva and urged.

”You eat too.”

Qian Yizheng’s cool gaze swept over to Qian Yirong and said in a calm voice.

Thinking he would be tricked into eating alone was impossible. Even if they had to salt themselves to death, they’d do it together with his own brother.

”I, well... I suddenly don’t feel that hungry. Maybe I’ll eat later.” Qian Yirong hesitated. How could he eat this fried rice?

No matter how he took a bite, it felt wrong.

Qian Yizheng stared at his brother for a while, then heaved a light sigh and put down his chopsticks.

”I’ll go make a pot of tea, you wait here.”

”Okay, Big Brother, I’ll wait for you.”

Qian Yirong instantly felt delighted upon hearing this. At least with a pot of tea, he could definitely get through this.

”Wait a minute, didn’t Uncle Cheng come over? I’ll go check if there are any fruits to eat.” Once Qian Yizheng left, he suddenly recalled that Gong Cheng had indeed come over.

Uncle Cheng had promised earlier to send them some fruits. Maybe they’ve already been placed in the kitchen?

He thought of this and followed in the footsteps of Qian Yizheng outside.

By the time Qian Yinuo confidently placed all the seasonings, covered the pot lid, and looked up, both of his big brothers were nowhere to be seen.

”Huh, where did they go?”

How come they disappeared just when he was adding the seasoning?

Feeling puzzled, he saw that his soup wasn’t ready yet, so he moved to the table to glance at the ’color, aroma, and taste’ complete fried rice he had made.

”I think I’m actually hungry too.”

He touched his somewhat empty stomach. Earlier, when his mom and others had eaten, he hadn’t because he wasn’t hungry.

But now he was actually hungry. How about having a few bites of his brothers’ fried rice? His brothers wouldn’t mind if they ate a few bites less, right? Surely, they wouldn’t blame him.

”Just a few bites, a few bites will do.”

The little baby muttered as he picked up Qian Yizheng’s spoon, scooped a spoonful of fried rice, opened his mouth wide, and stuffed it all in.

Then, before he even started to chew, a salty sensation spread in his mouth, making him scrunch up his whole little face.

What is this thing, is it trying to murder him?

Without thinking, he spat out all the fried rice in his mouth in one go, almost rolling his eyes back. Never in his life had he eaten such awful food, nothing like what his mom made.

Terrible, too terrible!

”Nuonuo, what are you doing?”

An Jiuyue, who was still sorting herbs, heard the sound of retching. She looked up to see her nephew holding onto a chair, spitting out the food from his mouth.

Shocked, she quickly tossed aside her herbs and rushed over.

How did this child start eating by himself? This was supposed to be ’poisonous’ fried rice meant to torment a few big brothers, but now even he had fallen victim to it.
