Crossover Shipgirls: Building a Dimensional Empire from Scratch

Whoosh—

Looking up from the Kingdom of Analeit...

Led by Jibril, countless Angeloids swept across the sky on beating wings, provoking waves of startled cries from the people below.

The kingdom’s guards urgently assembled, deploying large numbers of bows, crossbows, catapults, and similar weapons to confront these visitors from beyond the heavens.

Fwish, fwish, fwish, fwish, fwish—

The arrows could not inflict even the slightest damage on the Angeloids. They could not even keep up with their speed.

Hum...

Rumble!!!—

High-energy beams and missiles bombarded the ground one after another, erasing the feudal-era human forces one legion at a time while simultaneously carving a path across the land.

They flew all the way from the kingdom’s border to its capital. Every force that attempted to resist along the way was completely annihilated, and even the battle reports sent to the royal capital could not match the Angeloids’ marching speed.

Almost at the exact moment the king received the news, the angelic legion arrived directly above them.

”Hi, humans!”

Jibril hovered in midair and waved her hand, unleashing magic that tore the entire palace’s ornate roof away.

The trembling king, nobles, and royal officials below were exposed to the open sky.

”We are from the Starsea Empire. As the representative of the advance force, I hereby deliver our final notice.”

”From this day onward, the Kingdom of Analeit will surrender to the Starsea Empire and accept all arrangements and decisions made by the empire. Hmm... We will ensure the safety of most people.”

”You may also attempt to resist again. The result will be the same either way.”

Jibril folded her arms and looked down from above as she announced the purpose of her visit.

More than a thousand Angeloid guards surrounded her. To the humans of this world, angels were unquestionably creatures that existed only in legend.

On the ground, this was the first time the spider had witnessed the methods the expeditionary team used to conquer a world, and she was utterly dumbfounded.

What is this?! They’re conquering the world? Already?! Seriously?! And where did all those angels come from?!

Are they mythical creatures?! No, wait. Are they mechanical constructs?!

Are they planning to wage war against the entire kingdom... No, against the entire world? Are they going to conquer every nation one by one?!

Whoa!!!—Does that mean we’re about to fight a world war?!

After the three ministers performed an entire comedy routine inside her head, the Information Minister scanned the soldiers standing guard around them.

Those humans, only around levels twenty or thirty, looked no different from punching bags through her current eyes.

Experience!! They’re all experience points!!!

If we’re really going to fight a world war, won’t there be countless opportunities to gain experience?!

”That’s right!!”

The little spider suddenly understood and began bouncing excitedly.

”...”

The Kingdom of Analeit was completely bewildered by the sudden assault from the Flügel and Angeloids.

Schlain and the other reincarnators who had been born in the kingdom only a short while ago were even more astonished.

At first, he was somewhat confused. Weren’t those angels? Where was the Demon Lord?

However, he soon noticed the spider mixed in among the angels.

Although she was not particularly large, she appeared remarkably conspicuous at that moment.

After evolving several times in succession, the Immortal Spider Queen had already entered the realm of mythical-class monsters, placing her on the same level as the Queen Taratect at the bottom of the Great Elroe Labyrinth.

Merely looking at her from afar caused an inexplicable sense of dread to grip his heart.

Although she was not a genuine ”Demon Lord,” Schlain felt there was not much difference.

He also had no idea why such righteous-looking angels would associate with a monster like that.

”I...”

The king tried to say something, but Jibril formed a sphere of energy in her hand.

”Forget the bargaining. Do you accept or refuse?”

”You have ten minutes to consider it. You had better give me a satisfactory answer.”

”Aah—”

Compared to the angelic legion, the human kingdom’s forces were nothing but helpless rabble. Faced with Jibril’s murderous gaze, many of them could not even remain standing.

”Oh, right.”

Jibril contacted the Sophon, and a list instantly appeared as a projection.

After comparing it with the people below, she pointed toward Schlain and several other locations.

”Take him away. Bring Duke Anabald’s daughter and the others as well, then retrieve that dragon egg.”

”Lady Herta should have a way to hatch it, right?”

The spider had previously found a dragon egg inside the labyrinth and intended to improve her meals with it. Unfortunately, she had been completely unable to crack it open, and a group of adventurers had eventually carried it away.

Inside the dragon egg was a reincarnator who had been reborn as a dragon.

”Understood.”

The Angeloids immediately descended.

”Huh?!”

Schlain was horrified. He had never imagined that Jibril had come specifically for him.

[Appraisal]

The spider leaped in front of him and activated her skill. The result startled her.

”Huh?! A reincarnator?!”

I knew it! All of you were reincarnated as humans, weren’t you?! Divine Protection?! Isn’t that basically the standard Hero template?!

Why am I the only one who ended up looking like this?!

This was the first time she had actually met another reincarnator. Comparing his protagonist-like treatment to her own appearance made her so miserable that she wanted to roll all over the ground again.

”Enough. You’re far stronger than any of them now, and we didn’t leave you alone to get beaten up inside the labyrinth. You gained dozens of levels in a single day, and you’re still not satisfied?”

Silver Wolf knocked the little spider on the head.

”Besides, he isn’t actually the Hero right now. He can only inherit the title after the previous Hero dies.”

”That’s right. You’re a reincarnator from another world, aren’t you? Hmm, had we left you alone, you might have managed to cause quite a commotion in the future.”

Jibril’s gaze made Schlain’s skin crawl. He did not dare utter a word.

What the hell?! I’ve heard of Demon Lords sending elite officers to camp outside the Hero’s starting village, but I only learned to walk recently, and they’ve already stormed my home?!

Is something wrong with this world?! How does she know who I am?!

”These reincarnators all possess greater abilities than ordinary people. Speaking of which, what should we do with them?”

Jibril asked the Sophon for advice. Under normal circumstances, Gudako or the Stellaron spirit would have suggested several wicked ideas, but unfortunately, neither of them was present.

”...”

The Sophon pondered for a moment.

”Based on past experience, I recommend giving them basic training before assigning them work in this world.”

”All right.”

Jibril immediately began issuing orders.

”Separate them. Don’t put the one who was a boy in his previous life together with the actual girls. As for the remaining reincarnators, place them under unified administration once the situation in this world has stabilized.”

”???”

The reincarnators who had been dragged out never imagined that their new lives in another world would be thoroughly arranged before they had even begun.

This generation’s otherworlders and demons were simply too brutal.

Whoosh—

Jibril transmitted the complete list of reincarnators and a map to the angels.

Apart from the Kingdom of Analeit, this world also contained numerous human nations, including the Renxandt Empire and the Holy Kingdom of Alleius.

The reincarnators were scattered across every corner of the continent. Most had received exclusive skills from the system and been reincarnated as proper humans.

A small number had become members of other races.

”Hmm... The Kingdom of Sariella, within Count Keren’s territory. There’s a target here whom the Commander specifically marked.”

Jibril tapped the map.

What?! What?!

The spider hurriedly leaned closer.

Is it one of my classmates?! What was she reincarnated as? A human, a dragon, an Elf, or something else?!

”Uh... She’s probably the one who won the reincarnation lottery?”

Jibril scratched her head.

”A True Ancestor vampire.”

”Wait, I have a question!”

Silver Wolf raised her hand.

”Most of the people here were only born recently, right? They aren’t even old enough to be considered lolis.”

”I know the Commander has a habit of recruiting girls, but if we bring them back like this, won’t he have to act as their father for a very long time? Uh... Or are we going to make someone else nurse them?...”

”Has the Commander awakened a fondness for raising children?”

She found it difficult to imagine Setsuna holding a baby. The image felt strangely unsettling.

”Idiot.”

Jibril snorted.

”Do you know what technology the Life Sciences Department developed to solve the problem of Flügel becoming small and powerless after unleashing Heavenly Smite?”

”—Young Woman-Loli Conversion Technology!”

”It allows a person’s stage of physical growth to be freely switched between different ages. Besides, the vampire girl is a reincarnator, so her mind is already fully developed.”

”A little girl becomes a loli, and the loli becomes a young woman. It probably won’t take long before she’s even taller than you. Hmm, and she can be switched back whenever necessary. Isn’t that convenient?”

”???”

”What?!”

Silver Wolf and the spectating spider both choked.

They were stunned speechless by this supremely bizarre technology and momentarily had no idea where to even begin criticizing it.

A philosophical question even surfaced in their minds:

”Suppose someone was a high school girl in her previous life, reincarnated as a little girl while retaining her mature mind, and then transformed into a young woman through technological means.”

”Would that be criminal or not?!”
