Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

Chapter 1340: Chapter 1340: Sacrifice the Near for the Far

Loading trucks? Moving out? Several people fell into a confused state, not understanding what Su Ziyan was talking about.

Li Erniu was also somewhat puzzled, especially since they had been busy for over an hour and had not seen a single vehicle.

“President Su, forgive me for being direct, but our beverage factory’s products have been eliminated by the market, and all the major malls in Luo City have refused to stock our beverages!” Tian Peng raised his doubts again.

“Vice President Tian, perhaps President Su has found sales channels in neighboring cities,” Zhang Junqing chuckled, seemingly speaking in support of Su Ziyan, but actually mocking her.

The moment Zhang Junqing finished speaking, Tian Peng shook his head nonstop, “President Zhang, even if stores in other regions are willing to stock our beverages, just the transportation costs alone would prevent us from making a profit!”

Yang Qian’s eyes lit up, and he said with a smile, “I get it, President Su must be targeting small supermarkets! If all the small supermarkets in Luo City come together, that would be a considerable force to reckon with.”

Clearly, Yang Qian was also mocking Su Ziyan. Tian Peng laughed and said, “President Yang has a good idea, I think, Ms. Su should give it a try!

There are just a few thousand small supermarkets in Luo City, if Ms. Su is diligent, she could secure three hundred or two hundred of them in a month’s time, and that should clear the inventory.”

“Ah haha, I’m curious, what kind of vehicles will come to pick up the goods? They wouldn’t bring tricycles into the beverage factory, would they?” Yang Qian burst into laughter.

Zhang Junqing and Yang Qian took turns chiming in: “I think that’s about the level we’re at, looking at the inventory being moved out, there probably aren’t enough small supermarkets to handle it!

It seems Ms. Su has really been diligent these past few days, having visited over twenty small supermarkets.”

Su Xinglei had been silent all along; after all, Su Ziyan was his grandniece, and it wasn’t convenient for him to directly attack her.

Only then did Su Xinglei find a tone of agreement, saying with a face full of admiration, “Grandniece, you’ve been very dedicated, your mother would be proud of you if she could see you working this hard from heaven.

However, this effort is futile, as small supermarkets can indeed absorb a certain amount of inventory.

But, their sales capacity is weak, the payment cycle is too long, and we need to provide them with sales incentives, which likely won’t allow the beverage factory to become profitable on its own!”

“Uncle is right, small supermarkets indeed cannot enable the beverage factory to be profitably independent, so, my target is still the large malls,” Su Ziyan said with a faint smile.

“Oh? So, the ones coming to pick up the goods are the large malls? But, our Luo City’s large malls refused to stock our beverages three months ago. Are you really planning on long-distance transportation?”

“Uncle, as Vice President Tian already analyzed, long-distance transport isn’t suitable, and of course, I wouldn’t be so foolish. Well then, the time has come, let’s talk about this later.”

As she spoke, Su Ziyan glanced at her watch.

Time has come? What the heck? Several people were confused.

Soon, their expressions changed, because they felt the ground trembling!

This wasn’t an earthquake, but the tremors caused by a large vehicle convoy passing by!

“Here they come! Ms. Su, you were right! It’s indeed around quarter past nine!” Li Erniu, with sharp eyes, pointed toward the direction of the beverage factory’s main gate.

Everyone instinctively looked in the direction Li Erniu was pointing and saw one box truck after another driving into the beverage factory’s gate.

One, two, three, … fifty! A total of fifty box trucks!
