Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

736: Chapter 0736: Chris 736: Chapter 0736: Chris Chris was convinced by Feng Jingkun’s culinary skills and was willing to serve as his sous chef, even though his skills were fully capable of taking on the role of head chef in a Michelin three-star kitchen.

Chris stopped what he was doing and sat down in the head chef’s position.

The other chefs in the kitchen had no objections, as Chris usually acted as the head chef.

If it hadn’t been for Feng Jingkun’s attempt to become a Godly Chef today, Chris wouldn’t have just been a sous chef.

Feng Yuqiong walked briskly into the kitchen.

She was heard before she was seen!

“Uncle!

Uncle!

Qin Yu has figured it out!”

After rushing into the kitchen, Feng Yuqiong paused.

Where was her uncle?

Where had he gone?

“Miss, what has been figured out?” Chris asked, looking puzzled as Feng Jingkun hadn’t told him anything about the lard.

“Mr.

Chris, where is my uncle?” Feng Yuqiong didn’t answer Chris’s question and kept looking around, unfortunately, she couldn’t spot her uncle.

“Mr.

Feng has gone to the restroom.

You know his stomach has always been weak.

The trial of many dishes today has aggravated his old condition,” Chris shrugged his shoulders.

“What should we do then?

Everyone is waiting!

It takes at least half an hour for my uncle once he goes in!” Feng Yuqiong was extremely frustrated.

“Miss, what exactly is the matter?” Chris asked, still looking confused.

“It’s like this…” Feng Yuqiong briefly explained the situation with the lard.

Chris’s eyes lit up immediately!

While an ordinary person might not understand what this meant, he knew exactly!

How precocious a tongue must be to detect ten milliliters of lard in ten kilograms of peanut oil?

Chris felt that today was his day to make a breakthrough!

He could not miss this opportunity!

Where else could he find such a tongue if he missed this chance?

“Miss, I can make this braised pork for Chef Feng,” Chris’s eyes were sparkling as he stared unblinkingly at Feng Yuqiong.

“You?” Feng Yuqiong hesitated slightly.

Feng’s Vegetarian Hall had already had two dishes returned today!

If another dish got returned, it would be a major embarrassment for Feng’s Vegetarian Hall!

Seeing Feng Yuqiong’s hesitation, Chris confidently said, “Miss Feng, my culinary skills have already received eighty percent of Chef Feng’s true teachings!

I have reached the standards of a Michelin three-star chef.”

“Michelin three-star?” Feng Yuqiong looked at Chris skeptically.

“Miss, Mr.

Chris is not lying.

Our boss once said that Chef Chris has reached the standard of a Michelin three-star.

He is fully capable of being a head chef in a Michelin three-star kitchen,” someone added.

“Is that so, Miss?

Let Mr.

Chris cook!

Usually, it’s Mr.

Chris who acts as the head chef anyway, our boss seldom holds the ladle,” another chimed in.

“Really?

Well, alright then, Mr.

Chris, please take care of it.

Our Feng’s Vegetarian Hall has been dishonored twice already, I hope this time, no more dishes are returned.

Otherwise, it would be a huge embarrassment for Feng’s Vegetarian Hall.”

“Miss, rest assured, I will use all my abilities to make sure Mr.

Qin is satisfied.”

“Please.” Feng Yuqiong had no choice but to gesture invitingly to Chris.

Chris took a deep breath, suppressing the excitement in his heart.

He knew well that Chef Feng’s culinary skills had advanced leaps and bounds because of his incredibly discerning taste!
