Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 1538: Chaos In The Paradise Realm II

Tian Yizu looked at the fading portal. ”The situation in the Paradise Realm will change completely after this, and all the domains will be scattered far apart, just like in the Three Mortal Realms.”

”Huh?” Tian Huangjin was shocked and looked up at the sky. ”What exactly happened? Why did the portal suddenly disappear by itself?”

”I don’t know the exact cause, but I suspect today’s incident had something to do with Zhang Fei.” Tian Huangjin felt that his father’s suspicion was correct that Zhang Fei was the cause of today’s mysterious incident. ”I’ve tried contacting him, but he didn’t give me an answer, and Tian Zhiling told me that he’s taken all his wives into seclusion.”

”Yizu!” Tian Wei, Tian Xuanyin, and Tian You’an ran into the room. ”Do you think the cause of today’s incident is Zhang Fei?”

Tian Yizu nodded to them. ”I don’t have proof, but I’m sure that Zhang Fei is the cause. Although this incident happened suddenly, I think it’s beneficial for all races. With the disappearance of those gates, all domains will be isolated from each other, so those evil beasts and demons will not be able to invade other domains as easily as in the past, and casualties will decrease significantly.”

”I think the disappearance of the gate will not have much of an impact on the winged races, beast races, natural races, and demon races, but the impact will be significant for the human races.”

Tian Yizu agreed with Tian Wei. ”Humans are the most selfish and greedy race, and they will never be satisfied with their achievements. Eventually, many battles will occur in the human domains, and the situation in all domains will become chaotic. Even so, we should not concern ourselves with them; instead, we must focus on the situation within our domain.”

”You mean?”

Tian Yizu nodded to Tian You’an. ”With all the domains separated from each other, the threat from other races to our race will be significantly reduced or even disappear completely. Tian Qiye will start thinking of ways to get rid of us, and she will try to pull all members of our race to her side, so we must always be wary of her and her loyalists.”

Tian Wei, Tian Xuanyin, and Tian You’an’s expressions turned serious after Tian Yizu said that. ”What should we do now?”

”Nothing.” Tian Yizu looked at them. ”For now, we must focus on our cultivation to reach the Celestial God Realm and evolve as soon as possible so we can strengthen our position within our race, and Tian Qiye won’t be able to get rid of us that easily. Alright, you guys can go back to your respective places and focus on your cultivation, and you don’t need to take care of other matters because the people under us can take care of them.”

After they left, Tian Huangjin asked her father. ”What if I go to the Moonlit Passion Temple to look for Zhang Fei, Father?”

”Hmm?” Tian Yizu thought for a moment. ”I think you can go there, and Tian Qiye won’t bother you with your departure now. I want you to stay there for a while and focus on your cultivation so you won’t get involved in our race’s affairs if he suddenly makes a move against us. Oh! Don’t forget to invite Tian Huotian to go with you.”

”Yes, Father.” Tian Huangjin left the place as she contacted Tian Houtian, and the two of them went straight to the Twin Flames Main Domain since the portal had not yet disappeared completely.

Tian Yizu stood alone and sighed softly. ”Ancestor, I hope you quickly regain your old strength so you can lead our race to a better future.”

In the Celestial Demon Race Palace, Mo Zainan stood alone on the balcony, staring at the fading portal.

”After several generations, the portal will soon disappear. Although this event happened suddenly, I believe this will be the best opportunity for my demon race, especially since other demon races will not be able to invade our domain as easily as before.” Mo Zainan contacted her subordinates and ordered them to calm down their demon race members, who appeared boisterous due to the appearance of the portal. ”Anqi and Yousha, I hope you two will be fine in the Moonlit Passion Temple. If you two run into trouble in the sect, you should ask Zhang Fei to help you.”

Shang Luohu stood on the balcony of the Asura Demon Palace, with Shang Fengxue, Shang Zhui and the four asura guardians standing behind her, looking towards the fading portal. ”This Paradise Realm will undergo a great change after several generations, and all domains will be separated from each other with the disappearance of those gates.”

”How could this happen, Empress?”

”Those gates have existed since ancient times, but they suddenly self-destructed.”

”The gates’ disappearance will hinder our travel to other domains, but it will also hinder the other demon gods’ travel to our domain, so I think this is best for everyone.”

”Fortunately, we have never been dependent on other domains, so the disappearance of the gates will not have much of an impact on our race.”

Unlike the four asura guardians, Shang Zhui had other thoughts about the disappearance of those gates, and he had already tried asking Tian Shuixiang about it. Although his son didn’t have an answer to his question, he was certain that his suspicion about the mastermind behind today’s events was Zhang Fei. ’How could he do that? Those gates have existed for millions, if not billions, of years, and there had never been any problems with them before, but he destroyed them without warning.’

Shang Fengxue also had the same thoughts as Shang Zhui, especially after she saw all the changes that Zhang Fei had brought to the Moonlit Passion Temple. ’Sister-in-law, do you think that the disappearance of those gates was the work of that kid?’

’Yes,’ Shang Luohu nodded at her sister-in-law. ’I still can’t gauge the depth of Zhang Fei’s strength, but I’ve seen some things related to him, and I’m sure he has a way to destroy those gates without everyone realizing he’s the culprit.’

’For example?’

’I can’t tell you all about that, but I can tell you that Zhang Fei is our only hope for peace, and today’s incident is one solution.’

Shang Fengxue immediately flew away. ’Since you are unwilling to tell me the truth, I will go to the Moonlit Passion Temple to find the answer myself.’

’A stubborn girl!’ Shang Luohu turned to the others. ”You may all leave now and calm our race members who are panicked by today’s events.”

”Yes, Empress.”

After the four Asura Guardians left, Shang Zhui asked his empress. ”Do you have the same thoughts as me, Empress?”

”Zhang Fei is the cause of the disappearance of those gates, but we need not dwell on that, and I hope our Asura Demon Race will be calmer after today.”

”I hope you are right, Empress.”

Jiu Moze and Jiu Mozu looked towards the portal, wondering about the cause of its disappearance. The Nine Nether Demon God ordered the demons under him to manage the situation within their domain, especially since panic and commotion were sweeping across their race.

”Do you think our master is the cause of the disappearance of those gates, Master?”

Jiu Moze nodded slightly. ”Our master has unlimited power, and he has many powerful cultivators by his side, so I believe he is the cause of the disappearance of those gates. Since all domains will be separated like in the past, it will be difficult for us to travel to other domains, but it will also be challenging for the other demon gods to travel to our domain. This situation will bring peace to our demon race for a while, and our members will be able to better prepare themselves while waiting for our master’s next orders.”

”What do you think our master’s plan is, Master?”

”We don’t need to question his plans, and we just need to wait for him to give us orders.”

Wu Mian, the Faceless Demon God, sat on one of Arbeola’s trunks, looking towards the portal. ”Do you think Zhang Fei is the reason those gates disappeared?”

”Hahaha,” Arbeola laughed at that. ”Demon God, you’ve seen all of Zhang Fei’s actions in the Netherworld Realm, so you should already know that we can’t underestimate him, right? He may still be weaker than you now, but he was also very weak when he first came to that realm, and his arrival there brought about major changes to that realm.”

Wu Mian nodded slightly. ”Regardless of where Zhang Fei goes, he is destined to bring change to all those places. He has already brought change to the Netherworld Realm, and he has begun bringing change to this Paradise Realm. I don’t know the plan behind his decision to destroy those gates, but the situation in this realm will be much calmer after today. The other demon gods must be racking their brains to devise other strategies to conquer the other races, but I’m sure their plans won’t be able to be implemented immediately, especially since they need to adapt to these changes first.”

”Although the situation will be calmer from today on, Zhang Fei cannot let his guard down for the slightest bit, and he must be vigilant against all eventualities.” Then, Arbeola asked him, ”Are you going to his domain to ask him?”

”I won’t ask him, and I’ll wait for his next plans.”
