A Primordial Boar that had 50% of the Primordial Bloodline. A newborn baby!

Qing Shui was completely bewildered by the situation. The Primordial Boar was refined into the Origin Essence Pill and had disappeared. Was this a kind of rebirth? Its bloodline had also reached a 50% purity, one and a half times higher than the Primordial Boar.

This was a completely new thing to Qing Shui. He looked at the bulbous fellow whose small golden eyes folded into a crescent shape as if they were smiling. Its body emitted a fresh scent and it was enjoying lying in Qing Shui’s arms.

Yes, this little thing was lying down with its legs in the air. Its entire body was shiny and it did not have a single strand of hair. It looked like a metal Boar but did not feel as hard as a metal. You could feel its muscles.

But soon, Qing Shui broke into a smile. In the first place, he would not have refined the Primordial Boar if he wasn’t at his wit’s end. It was a formidable creature that he couldn’t bear to let go. Refining it into the Origin Essence Pill was only because it was impossible to tame it. He hoped to let the beast achieve 20% of the primordial bloodline, even 10% was good enough. After all, the Origin Essense Pill could increase strength. As for the bloodlines and certain natural abilities, these would depend on luck.

But this little thing’s bloodline was quite good. It was a pity that it was still a small infant, and could only be kept as a pet for now. Other than a strong vitality and resistance, it had no other abilities. On a side note, it was kind of humanlike.

Qing Shui put down the little thing and picked up the Origin Essence Pill. Feeling the strong Spiritual Qi from the pill, he smiled. He felt contented to have the pill and it did not matter whether this thing could become stronger or not.

He gave the pill to the Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant.

The Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant swallowed it without hesitation and started refining it. Within moments, the Origin Qi in its body began to ripple vigorously, causing the enormous creature to move uneasily and groan.

Its golden body was becoming more and more dazzling and its gigantic dragon head was looking more and more ferocious. Its strong body did not get bigger but got much smaller instead. It looked more refined now.

Qing Shui could feel the delicate changes happening to the Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant externally and internally. Its level of strength had increased exponentially after internalizing the powerful Origin Essence Pill. Because of this, Qing Shui had to guide it properly or the situation could be very dangerous.

With Qing Shui’s guidance, the Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant managed to overcome certain obstacles and its strength was growing quickly and steadily.

The Divine Tribulation came and it was a breakthrough!

The Divine Tribulation came again.

……

When everything was settled down, the Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant’s body was one third smaller than before. However, it had a very powerful breath.

With his current level in refining demons, Qing Shui was not able to transfer the full strength of the Primordial Boar into the Origin Essence Pill. Usually, Alchemists from the Main Continent were considered as Great Masters if they could achieve a 10% purity Origin Essence Pill. Qing Shui had achieved 40%, which was difficult to surpass.

The Origin Essence Pill could not be 100% absorbed. Much of its essence, or even most of it, would more or less be lost. This depended on the specific situation of the beast consuming it.

An Origin Essence Pill of a 40% purity from the Primordial Boar was still very strong. Its strength was beyond 1.5 billion Dao Force. Although the Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant could only absorb a little more than half of the pill’s strength, Qing Shui was already satisfied. Its current strength was about 0.1 billion Dao Force. What made Qing Shui even happier was the fact that it had inherited 80% of the Primordial bloodline.

An additional name was added to the Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant.

Golden Scaled Dragon Elephant, Primordial Dragon Elephant, with 80% of the Primordial bloodline and a strength level of 1.5 billion Dao Force.

Defying the odds: the Primordial blood essence doubled the defense, tenacity, resistance, critical strikes, speed, endurance, and armor penetration.

Dragon Elephant Force: passive combat technique, permanently increasing raw strength!

Dragon Elephant Barge: hitting up to 50 targets.

Its Mighty Dragon Elephant Stomp was perfect. A hard strike to the floor had a good chance to stun and paralyze the targets.

Diamond instantaneous flash: An instantaneous 5,000-meter jump

Diamond Sword Qi: Attacking the enemy with an instant spurt of Core Qi, causing great damage. It could reduce the target’s speed by 20% for 2 hours.

Vajra Subdue Demons: Strength of targets within 5,000 meters would be reduced by 10%. 2 hours effectiveness and not more than 200 targets.

It was all based on probability now. There was no certainty. With regards to immunity, only special abilities would be eligible to bypass it, or if one’s strength was much stronger in comparison.

Ferocious Dragon Elephant Attack: Instant attack on a single target, increased attack power, increased armor penetration, increased critical attack rate, small chance to pass the target’s defense!

This also changed, Qing Shui was very happy. Right now, maybe it was because his strength had broken through 5 billion dao that led to this intrinsic change. He didn’t want to think too deeply, he only felt extremely good right now.

Dark Infernal Flames: The Dark Infernal Flames under the Dragon Elephant’s feet had 30% armor penetration success rate. It also increased the Dragon Elephant’s speed in the air by tenfold.

Though a few abilities had disappeared, Qing Shui felt that it still looked good. It could be because of the Origin Essence Pill from the Primordial Boar and the dominance of the Primordial Blood Essence that gave it such strong defense and attack abilities. Although it could not be the main force yet, its ability would increase greatly in the future if the purity of the Primordial Blood Essence could be higher.

Qing Shui was very satisfied. He had always felt a bit guilty because the Diamond Demonic Boar was once his most powerful assistant. It started from the lowest level and gradually evolved and made breakthroughs. Step by step, it became what it was today.

This time, it was considered a success. Qing Shui ultimately didn’t use the Flying Swords, a sneak attack weapon, in the previous battle. He wouldn’t use that unless it was really needed, as he didn’t want to expose his abilities unnecessarily. Being so formidable himself, possessing a powerful beast would definitely shift some of the attention away from him as people focused on the beast itself.

Qing Shui didn’t care about fame; only real strength was dependable.

To Qing Shui now, such peaceful days were not bad too. He would train, refine medicine, collect herbs or do other things. These were satisfying days for him. However, a woman’s appearance one month later would soon disrupt the peace in his life.

Beihuang Fan had arrived. It was definitely her.
