Alpha's Regret: The Seventh Time was Forever

Chapter 555: Chapter 555 – My love, my wife, carrying my twin pups

Voren had zero intention of handing Bloodfang his human body for another round of pleasure until after Seraphine gave birth, so he drifted under completely, locking himself away from the temptation to step back in.

Seraphine had done the same, praying that from this day forward her wolf would finally get her fill and quit hounding her. She quickly realized she’d taken on more than she could handle.

Every inch of her body throbbed and burned, inner thighs slick and trembling, the deep ache between her legs a constant pulse that made her whimper with every shallow breath. Her wolf stayed stubbornly silent about helping.

’Sera, I’m wiped. Just ride it out,’ Marsha’s voice came through heavy with exhaustion, but Seraphine wasn’t having any of it.

’I’m the one carrying this baby. Heal me up or you can forget ever getting another shot at this.’

Marsha stayed quiet, yet the pain started easing almost at once. Relief rolled through Seraphine in warm waves, and when Voren looked down at her the bruises scattered over her skin had already faded away.

He took in their bare bodies for a long second, then rose with her still cradled against his chest. She locked her arms around his neck and sank into him while he carried her across the wrecked cabin.

The place looked like a storm had torn through it, and he wanted no part of staying. He headed for the closet, Seraphine clinging tight, pulled on clothes for both of them, and walked out of the shattered space with her in his arms.

Once they were settled in the car, he grabbed his phone and fired off a quick message. ’Get the cabin cleaned up. It’s trashed.’

The reply landed almost instantly. ’Got it, Alpha Voren.’

Seraphine still sat in a soft daze. This had been her first time giving that kind of control to her wolf, and even though it was Voren’s first time too he looked steady, like he’d already known how everything would land.

”Where we headed now?” she asked, voice quiet.

Voren let out a low breath, eyes soft on her. ”Hotel. Got a surprise waiting for you there.”

She could barely wrap her head around it. Only Voren would pull something like this while the world kept throwing problems at them. Somehow, right in the middle of all the chaos, he still found a way to make her feel treasured.

The hotel was almost too quiet when they arrived. Everyone else had cleared out, leaving only a handful of staff to handle whatever they needed. The second Voren pushed the door open Seraphine’s breath snagged in her throat.

The whole room had been turned into a private getaway. Soft silk sheets covered the bed, and rose petals spilled across the floor and mattress, carefully shaped into the words: ’I love you, wifey.’

A table nearby held an easy spread of healthy food, and the lights had been dialed down to a warm golden glow that wrapped the space in quiet intimacy. Her heart swelled so full it almost hurt. She turned toward Voren, already reading the plan in his eyes.

”We should shower first.”

”Yeah,” he answered, the corner of his mouth lifting as he scooped her up again and carried her straight into the bathroom.

He set her on her feet only long enough to strip the clothes from her body with careful hands, then his own. The shower was already running, steam curling thick and fragrant.

Voren stepped in first, drawing her under the spray with him. Hot water cascaded over her shoulders, down the curve of her breasts, tracing the soft swell of her belly where their child rested. He didn’t speak, simply reached for the soap and began to wash her.

His palms moved slow and deliberate over her collarbones, down the slope of her breasts, thumbs brushing her nipples until they tightened under the water. Seraphine’s breath hitched.

He soaped the sensitive undersides, then lower, across her stomach, circling the place that already carried a piece of him. When his hand slipped between her thighs she gasped, legs parting instinctively.

He cleaned her with infinite care. Seraphine returned the favor, soaping the hard planes of Voren’s chest, the ridges of his abdomen, the heavy length of him that stirred under her touch.

Soft laughs and quiet gasps mixed with the rush of the water. Voren kissed her under the spray, slow, deep, unhurried, until her knees went weak and she had to cling to his shoulders.

When they finally stepped out he dried her with the same reverence, towel dragging over every curve as if he were memorizing her all over again.

Then he carried his still-naked wife to the bed.

Rose petals crushed softly beneath her back as he laid her down, the golden light painted her skin in warm shadows. Voren knelt between her thighs, hands sliding up the insides of her legs, spreading her open with deliberate care. His eyes never left hers.

”Look at you,” Voren murmured, voice rough with emotion. ”My love, my wife, carrying my twin pups.” He leaned in and pressed a lingering kiss to the still-flat plane of her stomach, then lower, until his mouth found the soft heat of her.

Seraphine’s back arched. A broken sound escaped her throat as his tongue parted her folds and licked a slow, thorough stripe from entrance to clit. He didn’t rush.

He worshipped. Long, deliberate strokes that made her thighs tremble, the flat of his tongue pressing firm against the swollen bud before circling it with maddening precision.

One hand pinned her hip gently to the mattress while the other slid two fingers inside her, curling, stroking the sensitive spot that made stars burst behind her eyes.

”V...” her fingers tangled in his hair. ”Please...”

He hummed against her, the vibration shooting straight through her core. He sucked her clit between his lips, tongue flicking in tight, focused circles while his fingers worked her open, slow and deep.

The dual sensation built fast, heat coiling low and tight until Seraphine shattered with a cry, thighs clamping around his head as pleasure rolled through her in heavy waves.

Voren didn’t stop.

He eased her through the aftershocks with softer licks, then built her up again, this time adding a third finger, stretching her carefully, mouth relentless.

Seraphine sobbed his name as the second climax hit harder than the first, her body bowing off the bed, petals scattering around her. Tears pricked the corners of her eyes from the sheer intensity of it, from the way he looked at her like she was the only thing in the world that mattered.

Only when she was trembling and oversensitive did he rise over her. He braced himself on one forearm, the other hand guiding the thick head of his cock to her entrance.

Their eyes locked, and Voren pushed in slowly, inch by careful inch, letting her feel every ridge, every pulse of him as he filled her.

The stretch burned sweetly, and her body welcomed him, fluttering around the intrusion until he was buried to the hilt.

”Babe...” his forehead dropped to hers. ”Fuck, you feel like home.”

He moved with careful restraint at first, long, deep strokes that dragged against every sensitive place inside her. Each thrust was a promise. Each withdrawal left her aching for more.

She wrapped her legs around his waist, heels digging into the small of his back, urging him deeper. His mouth found hers in a kiss that tasted of her own pleasure and something fiercer, love, possession, the quiet terror of almost losing her more times than either of them could count.

When the pace quickened, she met him thrust for thrust, nails scoring lightly down his back. The wet sound of their bodies joining filled the room, mixed with her soft moans and his low, guttural sounds of pleasure.

Voren changed the angle, hitting that spot inside her that made her vision blur, and she came again with a broken cry, walls clamping tight around him.

He followed her over the edge moments later, burying himself deep as he spilled inside her with a groan that sounded almost like a prayer. His hips jerked through the last pulses, filling her until she felt spent.

This was the first time Voren was gentle from start to finish, and she was grateful for it because of their twin pups.

They stayed locked together for a long time afterward, breathing the same air, hearts thudding in the same rhythm. Voren rolled them carefully onto their sides so he wouldn’t crush her, still buried inside her, one hand stroking over her stomach in slow, protective circles.

”Love you so damn much,” he whispered against her hair.

Seraphine’s eyes fluttered shut, a soft, sated smile on her lips. Eventually exhaustion claimed them both, tangled together among the crushed rose petals.

The distant thump of helicopter blades finally pulled them from sleep.

Voren groaned as he woke, looking at the peaceful way Seraphine still slept. The last thing he wanted was to disturb her. He moved fast anyway, packing the few things they’d need in the city and getting himself dressed.

Then he gathered her clothes and started dressing her with careful hands. Even so, the soft motion woke her.

”Time already?” she murmured, blinking up at him.

He nodded and dropped to one knee in front of her, pressing a long kiss to the still-flat plane of her stomach. ”Love you so damn much, Sera. Can’t wait for our honeymoon.”

The surprise he’d set up for her was incredible, yet a small frown tugged at Seraphine’s mouth.

”Just hope it’s at the pack. Not sure how long I can last stuck in the city.”

Voren caught the worry right away and gave her a steady look. ”We leave the second you start feeling weak. Promise.”

She smiled at that, then remembered something important as they stepped toward the waiting chopper.

”Long ride ahead. You gonna tell me exactly what you did to Daisy’s parents?”

His expression darkened at the mention of those two. Still, he made sure Seraphine was buckled in tight before the rotors spun up and the helicopter lifted off the roof.

”Since you’re so curious, here’s what went down.” He hit play on a video on his phone and passed it over to her.
