Chapter 2220: Chapter 2220: Grandpa Tang’s Experience

”Yes. My phone had received a lot of calls from others, wanting to know my condition. It is better for the hospital to release a statement like that. But don’t tell them about my injury. I want those kidnappers to think that I am badly injured. And also tightened the security around the hospital. They might be trying to look for me. We can not let them disturb our patient.” Yu Qi said.

”I understand. I will take care of that. You don’t need to worry about this.” Tang Jung Wen said.

”Thank you, Uncle.” Yu Qi said.

”No need to thank me. If you need to do something else, just tell me. We are family.” Tang Jun Wen said.

”Yes... I will.” Yu Qi nodded.

After that, she got out and went to Grandpa Tang’s garden. She knew that Grandpa Tang would be there.

”Grandpa.” Yu Qi saw Grandpa Tang attended his herbs.

”Hmm... What is it?” Grandpa Tang glanced once and turned back to the herbs.

”Grandpa, about the organization that you encounter back then, do you know what kind of research that they conduct?” Yu Qi wanted to know more about the organization.

Grandpa Tang stopped his gardening and looked at Yu Qi.

”Human experiment.” Grandpa Tang stated.

”What?” Yu Qi was surprised that Grandpa Tang knew about that.

”It is not some kind of experiment that will benefit human race. Instead, they want to make a stronger human genetic. They are making a human weapon.” Grandpa Tang said.

”Grandpa, how do you know about that?” Yu Qi asked.

”I received an invitation from them before, when I was young. I was eager to prove to others that I am a good doctor. So, I accepted their offer. Then, they brought me to their lab. There, I saw inhuman acts that they did on other humans. Some of them had their stomach being opened up but still alive with the help of the machine. They even attached a human head to an animal body. I can not forget the face of a woman who cried for my help. Yu Qi, they are inhuman.” Grandpa Tang sighed heavily. Then, he continued. ”I started the fire on the lab. While their researchers rushed over to save their samples, I could see the soul of the humans from the human experiments. They thanked me for releasing them from their pains. It was my first time witnessing such unscientific phenomenon.”

Yu Qi was surprised when she heard that. No wonder Grandpa Tang had been their target.

”What happened next?” Yu Qi wanted to know about that.

”During the commotion, I escaped. I stayed low. I did tell our president at that time about this matter. However, there was nothing that we could do at that time. Their organization was indeed powerful. I started to become a famous doctor. They started to target me even more. However, I already made connection with other powerful people that they would not dare to attack me openly. So, they tried to kidnap me but unsuccessful.” Grandpa Tang stated.

”I see.” Yu Qi narrowed her eyes.

”You are became more famous with your skill and research patterns. Not to mention, your connection with me. They would value you even more. You need to be more careful. They probably would use another tactics to get you.” Grandpa Tang said feeling worried about this granddaughter.

Yu Qi smiled. She grabbed Grandpa Tang’s hand. ”Grandpa, don’t worry. I will be careful.”

”Hmm...” Grandpa Tang nodded.

”Owh... I brew another medicinal wine for you.” Yu Qi said.

”Really?” Grandpa Tang’s eyes lifted up.

”Yes. It is at my house. Let me go and get it.” Yu Qi said.

”No need. It is not safe for you to go over at this moment. Let’s wait for that brat to come back. With him by your side, I would not be worried this much.” Grandpa Tang waved his hands.

”Okay... Okay... I will wait for Brother Hui to come back.

In the evening, Tang Private Hospital released a statement stating that Yu Qi was fine. Yes, she was injured but in the process of recovering. They hoped that others would not make stories about her.

Everyone who paid attention to this news was relieved to hear that. They were hoping that Yu Qi would recover sooner. However, some of them wanted to know more about Yu Qi’s condition. About how serious Yu Qi’s injury was, about how long it would take for her to recover. However, those questions were never answered.

While Yu Qi was talking with Grandpa Tang, Grandpa Hang came over and told Yu Qi that she had a guest. Yu Qi did not remember to let anyone know that she was in Tang Residence. So, who was the guest? Yu Qi nodded and went to the main entrance to see the guest.

Before Yu Qi saw the guest, she had been hugged by someone. She was about to strike when she heard the familiar voice.

”Yu Qi, you are fine.” It was Feng Yue.

”Yue... Can you let me go? I am injured right now.” Yu Qi patted Feng Yue’s back.

Feng Yue immediately let Yu Qi go. ”Sorry... Sorry... I forget.”

”What are you doing here?” Yu Qi asked.

”Of course, I came to visit you.” Feng Yue grinned.

”First, come in.” Yu Qi invited Feng Yue.

”Yu Qi, did you really involved in that car accident?” Feng Yue asked.
