1793  Chapter 1793: Nominated

”A little but it is not urgent. Why do you call me now? Are you missing me?” Su Yu Hi chuckled.

”Hmm... I miss you. But I have good news to tell you.” Song Su Jin said. ”Oh, what is the good news that you want to tell me?” Su Yu Hi asked.

”I have been nominated in the Farak award as the candidate of the Best Actress Award.” Song Su Jin told Su Yu Hi. ”What? Really? Congratulations.” Su Yu Hi was happy for his fiance.

”I am just nominated as a candidate. I am not winning yet.” Song Su Jin laughed.

”Well, being nominated is a good thing. Not many people could be nominated for the Farak Award.” Su Yu Hi said.

After being involved with Song Su Jin, Su Yu Hi studied a lot of the entertainment world. He did not want to be ignorant about his fiance’s work. ”When will be the award ceremony?” Su Yu Hi asked.

”Hmm... In two weeks.” Song Su Jin stated.

”Then, you will have a lot to prepare.” Su Yu Hi said. ”Just buy whatever you want, then.” The president mode turned on.

”Hahaha... Well, there is something that I want to ask you.” Song Su Jin said.

”Hmm... Another one? What is it?” Su Yu Hi asked.

”Hmm... I am hoping that you can be my partner for the ceremony.” Song Su Jin said.

The person on the line was silent. Thinking that she had troubled Su Yu Hi with her problem, Song Su Jin quickly apologized.

”I am sorry. I don’t mean to trouble you. Never mind, I will ask someone from the company to be my partner for that night.” Song Su Jin said.

”No!!! You can’t!!!” Su Yu Hi said.

”Huh?” Song Su Jin was taken aback.

”You will only have me as your partner. Understand?” Su Yu Hi said

Hearing the declaration made Song Su Jin so happy. Su Yu Hi knew how to make her happy.

”Okay. I understand. We are going to be partners for that ceremony.” Song Su Jin said.

”Not only for the ceremony, we are going to be partners for a lifetime.” Su Yu Hi said.

”Hmm...” Song Su Jin nodded.

.....

Lei Yingtai looked at the invitation card that she received. The invitation card was for her boss. It was an invitation card from the Farak Award organization. The ceremony will be held in two weeks. Even though Yu Qi owned an entertainment company, she did not handle the company by herself. She handed out the company to the person in charge. She just looked at the company from time to time. The ceremony specifically invited Yu Qi. Lei Yingtai wondered why. Well, she needed to inform Yu Qi. If Yu Qi decided that she did not want to go, Lei Yingtai would inform the organization. Lei Yingtai called Yu Qi. Yu Qi just finished attending to a patient and was about to wait for the next patient when she saw a call from Lei Yingtai. ”Yes, Yingtai. Is there any problem in the company?” Yu Qi asked.

She told Lei Yingtai to call her if there was any trouble occurred in the company.

”No, Miss Yu Qi. However, there is something that needs your confirmation.” Lei Yingtai stated.

”What is it?” Yu Qi asked again.

”I received an invitation from the Farak Award ceremony that will be held in two weeks. Are you planning to attend the ceremony?” Lei Yingtai said.

”What? Farak Award? What is that?” Yu Qi seriously did not know about that. ”It is a prestigious award ceremony for people in the entertainment industry.” Lei Yingtai explained.

”Then, is there anything to do with me?” Yu Qi did not understand why they invited her in the first place.

”Miss Yu Qi, are you the owner of Qiaosu Entertainment Company? That is probably the reason why you are being invited.” Lei Yingtai said.

Yu Qi thought for a moment. Why did she need to go and attend such a boring ceremony? She had better things to do. ”I will not attend that ceremony.” Yu Qi rejected to go. ”Okay. I will inform the organizer about the matter.

The call ended. Yu Qi was about to tell the nurse to bring in the next patient. However, the next moment, her phone was ringing for the second time. She looked over and saw Su Yu Hi’s name. She had not seen Su Yu Hi for quite some time now. She wondered why Si Yu Hi called her now. ”Hello, Yu Qi.” Su Yu Hi said.

Yu Qi could hear that Su Yu Hi was excited by something. ”Hello, Brother Yu Hi. What makes you sound so happy?” Yu Qi asked.

”Oh, you can guess that I am happy.” Su Yu Hi laughed. ”Well, it is about Su Jin.” ”Well, I know it. Only she can make you happy like this.” Yu Qi also laughed. ”She has been nominated as a candidate for the Best Actress Award in the Farak Award. It is so hard to be able to be nominated for that award.” Su Yu Hi proudly said that.

”Farak Award?” Yu Qi was surprised.

”Do you know about that?” Su Yu Hi asked.

”Well, Yingtai just told me about that earlier that I received an invitation for the Farak Award.” Yu Qi said. ”Oh, it is probably because you owned Qiaosu Entertainment Company, I guess.” Su Yu Hi said. He was not surprised about that.
