Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

”What?” Elder Mong was shocked. ”You encounter them?”

”Yeah. I had been kidnapped by them.” Yu Qi explained.

”What?” Elder Mong once again was very shocked hearing the news. ”Why?”

”They tried to invite me to join their organization. I kept rejecting them. Because of that, they decided to kidnap me. I was brought to a place. It was their laboratory. I saw many people that being locked in cages. There were adults and also children.” Yu Qi explained.

”How do you escape?” Elder Mong asked.

”My fiancee found me by tracking my location through the watch that I used. We killed all the people.” Yu Qi added.

”How about the people in the cages? You killed them too?” Elder Mong inquiries.

”They asked me to kill them. They did not want to live anymore. They begged us over and over again.” Yu Qi’s voice began to tremble.

Elder Mong could hear that. He comforted Yu Qi by patting her back. He understood that Yu Qi was a doctor. Of course, she wanted to save them. But not everyone could be saved.

”You help them by killing them. You ended their suffering.” Elder Mong spoke.

”You think I do the right thing?” Yu Qi looked at Elder Mong.

”It is not about right and wrong. You don’t have any choice. You can not bring them all out. I think they also knew about that. Bringing them out would endanger you. It would be hard for you to escape. That is why they begged you to kill them.” Elder Mong added.

”I will find out more about their organization.” Yu Qi said to Elder Mong.

”Don’t stress yourself.” Elder Mong was worried.

Not to mention, the organization had targeted Yu Qi. It seemed they were interested in Yu Qi’s talent. They might send people again to kidnap Yu Qi.

”Elder Mong, you don’t need to worry about that. I know my limit.” Yu Qi nodded.

After done her work at the hospital, Yu Qi went to the research centre. She entered her room and saw Neko-chan playing games.

Neko-chan greeted her master. ”Master, welcome home.”

Neko-chan just grinned. ”Of course, I will help my master.”

”How about the robot’s progress?” Yu Qi asked.

”Hmm... Thank you for your help.”

Neko-chan just grinned. ”Of course, I will help my master.”

”How about the robot’s progress?” Yu Qi asked.

”Going well. I am going to have a body, probably in three to five months later.” Neko-chan grinned.

”Do you have the data that you extract from the laboratory last time?” Yu Qi wanted to read the information.

”Yeah. I already store it on your computer. You can check it there.” Neko-chan pointed to Yu Qi’s laptop on the table.

”Great. I will read them.” Yu Qi nodded.

...

Yu Qi returned to Tang Residence. The maid was surprised to see Yu Qi.

”Welcome home, Miss.” The maid greeted Yu Qi.

”Hmm...” Yu Qi responded. ”Who’s at home?”

”Everyone is here except Second Young Master and Third Young Master.” The maid stated.

Yu Qi knew that Tang Jin Wei and Tang Qin Hao might be at the hospital having a night call.

”Call me when the dinner is ready.” Yu Qi said.

’Yes, Miss.” The maid nodded.

Yu Qi went to her room. Before she went to the bathroom, she let Aoi and Shino out. Xiaohua wanted to come out but her look resembled Yu Qi a lot and her original form might cause some trouble, so she could not let her come out.

She rested in the bathtub. She was feeling a headache after reading some of the information about the organization.

The most disturbing information that she read was there were some names that she knew involved with this organization.

She wanted to confirm their names first. If it was true that they were involved... Sigh... She did not know what to do.

She got out of the bathtub and rinsed her body with clean water.

When she came out of the bathroom, someone was knocking on her door. She opened her door.

”Miss, the dinner is ready.” The maid informed Yu Qi.

”Okay. Thank you for calling me.” Yu Qi thanked the maid

She immediately put on the clothes and headed to the dining room. Everyone was there except for Tang Jin Wei and Tang Qin Hao.

”You never tell us that you are coming back. Otherwise, we can cook some of your favourites.” Ming Yue said.

”No need for you to do that, Auntie Ming Yue.” Yu Qi smiled.

”How is your trip to Suman Continent?” Grandpa Tang asked.

”Worst trip ever.” Yu Qi stated.

”What? What happened?” Tang Han Lee asked.

Everyone turned and looked at Yu Qi waiting for her answer.

”I got kidnapped.” Yu Qi said.

”What?” Everyone was seriously shocked.

”Is it true, Yu Qi?” Su Xiao who sat beside her began to look around Yu Qi’s body to check if she was injured or not.

”Are you okay?” Ming Yue asked.

”Hmm... I am okay now.” Yu Qi nodded.

”What happened, seriously?” Grandpa Tang asked.

Yu Qi began to tell what happened. However, she covered some parts of the truth.

”Lucky that Xiao Hui followed you over to Suman Continent.” Ming Yue was relieved.

”It seems some organisations start to realize your potential.” Grandpa Tang stated.

He knew how it felt to be targeted. He also experienced the same when he was at his highest position in the medical world.

”Remember to be alerted by your surroundings,” Grandpa Tang said

He knew that he could not lock his granddaughter. The only advice was to make sure she was careful while she was outside.
