Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

”I will go in first. It’s late already.” Yu Qi left.

Nie Feng La was still standing stunned at the place. It seemed that the woman knew something about his identity. She probably was not only a doctor.

Nie Feng La left the hospital. When he entered the car, his assistant was the one who was driving the car.

”Investigate Tang Yu Qi thoroughly.” Nie Feng La ordered his assistant.

”Yes, Sir.” The assistant nodded.

.....

One day before Su Xiao’s birthday, Lu Yeyang called Yu Qi telling her that the bracelet, present for Su Xiao was finally completed. Yu Qi went to pick up the bracelet.

Tang Family held a party but only for the family. They did not invite anyone else. They did not want any incident to happen when people came to visit.

Everyone made sure that they would not do the night shift on that day. Yu Qi and Tang Jin Wei went to Tang Qin Hao’s office and took Tang Qin Hao home. Ming Yue and other maids made the preparation for the party.

And of course, it was a surprise party. Su Xiao did not know about it. She had actually forgotten her birthday since she was busy taking care of the baby.

Grandpa Tang took care of Su Xiao and only allowed her to take some walks. He did not allow her to do her gardening work. She spent her time working in her garden. Thankfully the garden was full of beautiful flowers.

It was the final preparation for the birthday party. Grandpa Tang held Su Xiao in the room and checked her condition. After receiving the message from his phone, telling him the preparations had been completed, Grandpa Tang finished his check-up.

Tang Jang Qin brought his wife to the dining room. Su Xiao did not expect anything and assumed it was a normal dinner. When she entered the dining room, she was surprised.

”What is this?” Su Xiao was stunned.

”Happy birthday, Su Xiao.”

”Happy birthday, Auntie Su Xiao.”

”Happy birthday, Mum...” Even Tang Qin Hao said it.

”Xiao Xiao... Happy birthday.” Tang Jang Qin kissed her wife’s cheek.

”Everyone... Thank you...” Su Xiao did not expect that today was her birthday. She forgot about that.

”Let’s eat first.” Tang Jang Qin said.

So, the maids brought the food in. It was a feast. Grandpa Tang had been taking care of Su Xiao’s diet. So, she strictly followed that diet plan. However, tonight, Grandpa Tang allowed her to eat her favourite food but in limited quantity.

They ate in a happy mood.

”Everyone, thank you for celebrating my birthday.” Su Xiao smiled as she rubbed her stomach.

”Auntie Su Xiao, here is your present.” Yu Qi handed out the box.

”Can I open it now?” Su Xiao asked.

”Of course.” Yu Qi nodded.

Su Xiao opened the box and saw a bracelet. She thought it was a jade bracelet.

”Is this jade? Thank you, Yu Qi. I like it.” Su Xiao liked the bracelet.

”Auntie Su Xiao, it is not jade. But Malachite bracelet.” Yu Qi said.

”Malachite?” Su Xiao did not know about that.

”Malachite is a stone that has healing properties. It is also known as a midwife stone that can keep you safe sound during childbirth. It can also stimulate contractions, cut down the intensity of labour pains, and give you the safest experience possible from start to finish.” Yu Qi explained. ”Even though it is not scientifically proven but still it gives a smooth feeling to the owner.”

”I don’t care much about that. But it is from you. I like it very much.” Su Xiao took the bracelet and wore it. ”Hmm... it is indeed nice and beautiful.”

”Auntie Su Xiao... here is my present.” Tang Jin Wei pushed a box to Su Xiao.

When Su Xiao opened it, it was a pair of flat shoes. Tang Jin Wei explained that it also could serve as a foot massage. Su Xiao thanked Tang Jin Wei.

Tang Qin Hao slowly gave his present to his mother. Su Xiao knew her son’s character. It was a pair of gloves. It seemed to be knitted with hands.

”Did you crochet this?” Su Xiao was surprised.

Tang Qin Hao nodded.

”Thank you, my son.” Su Xiao said.

Next was Tang Han Lee. He gave a shawl to Su Xiao.

”Thank you, Han Lee...” Su Xiao said.

Ming Yue and Tang Jung Wen gave their presents too. As well as Grandpa Tang.

”Uncle Jang Qin, you don’t prepare your present?” Tang Jin Wei asked.

”Of course I have. But I will give it to my wife later.” Tang Jang Qin replied.

Tang Jin Wei grinned like a foolish man.

”Stop smiling like that.” Tang Han Lee smacked his brother’s head.

”Owh. That hurts.” Tang Jin Wei said.

They laughed seeing this.

The party ended. Yu Qi could not sleep went to the garden. She saw Grandpa Tang sitting while drinking the medicinal wine that Yu Qi had made for him.

”Grandpa...” Yu Qi called him.

”Oh... Yu Qi, come and sit with me.” Grandpa Tang invited her over.

Yu Qi sat beside Grandpa Tang. It had been a while since they sat together like this. Yu Qi was busy with her work, not to mention her company.

”Is everything okay at work?” Grandpa Tang asked.

”Yeah. The work is going well.” Yu Qi nodded.

”That’s good then.” Grandpa Tang said.

”Do you still have many left? This wine.” Yu Qi asked.
