Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 768: Chapter 768: The Business Department Goes Crazy_1

Zhongjing Media’s Business Department, having undergone adjustments along the way, now had a director and five managers.

Originally, the number of business personnel was large, with a bloated team.

Under Bai Xiaosheng’s reforms, the implementation of the ”partnership system” left only eighty elite business employees on the payroll.

The business director, Chen Shen, was an extremely talented person with a spirit of practical action.

At the moment, Chen Shen and the five others were already seated in the third conference room, waiting.

”Director Chen, this time, what task does Mr. Bai have for us?” someone asked.

Chen Shen had not yet replied when the others also started discussing.

”I think it’s to praise us; we’ve achieved no small feat recently, and he’s going to give us bonuses!”

”You, how much have you already taken this month? Your bowl is brimming; you’re still thinking about money — you’re never satisfied!”

”Who would ever complain about money to the point that it bites their hand?”

Everyone was chatting happily.

Ever since Bai Xiaosheng became general manager, with sweeping reforms, system innovations, and team adjustments,

they had stood out, replacing some managers who were merely warming their chairs.

However, having a more streamlined team meant fewer subordinates for them, and they did voice some concerns; they worried that with fewer people, they wouldn’t complete tasks and their performance-related pay and overall income would be affected.

But as time went by, the new system proved its strength with astonishing results.

The new commission settlement system featured flexibility and incremental increases — the more capable and diligent you were, the more you could earn without worrying about anyone’s approval!

Now, the salespeople were virtually going insane, every single one becoming a workaholic, focusing solely on improving their business skills. Their initiative astounded their leaders!

Currently, with staff members earning more, these leaders also enjoyed more profit shares, exuding energy and determination every day.

”The best is to have a task. I’ll give it my all for any task from Mr. Bai!” Chen Shen said earnestly.

He too had been promoted from manager and was grateful for Bai Xiaosheng’s mentorship.

As everyone was talking, the door to the third conference room opened, and Bai Xiaosheng strode in.

”Mr. Bai!”

Chen Shen led the way as everyone stood up.

”No need to stand up, everyone, please, take a seat!” Bai Xiaosheng said with a smile as he headed to his own spot, his arms still full of a stack of documents.

With Lin Weiwei absent and Song Yiming busy, Bai Xiaosheng personally attended to these trivial matters, just like when he first arrived, without any airs or graces.

Seeing this, everyone felt even more respect for him.

Bai Xiaosheng slapped down his things, watched as everyone took their seats, and smiled at them, ”This time, I need your business department to cooperate to secure these thirty enterprises!”

Bai Xiaosheng distributed a briefing he had created, with a single page listing a brief introduction of the thirty enterprises as well as a couple of sentences of supplemental information — simple yet direct and clear at a glance.

Chen Shen quickly scanned it, then looked up at Bai Xiaosheng with surprise, ”It covers three provinces, twenty cities, and these are all large enterprises!”

”And they’re all corporate groups!” Bai Xiaosheng added, ”Within this month, I want you to focus on these thirty enterprises and secure partnerships!”

This statement surprised all the managers present.

Why suddenly negotiate with so many corporate groups?

”It’s also a test for me personally by the conglomerate!” Bai Xiaosheng stated candidly, calmly looking at everyone, ”And I, can only rely on all of you!”

In Bai Xiaosheng’s expression, there was profound trust.

Chen Shen’s demeanor became solemn, ”Mr. Bai, you’re overestimating us! Negotiating partnerships with enterprises is our duty; for the public interest and our own, we should indeed give it our all.”

All the managers present nodded in agreement.

Chen Shen continued, ”For these thirty enterprises, each manager will take responsibility for six. Each enterprise will be assigned two elite salespeople, and furthermore, all internal and external company resources are at everyone’s disposal! I’ll also join the fray! Within one month, we will ensure results!”

At the moment, he had complete confidence in his department!

The managers all nodded, brimming with self-assuredness.

Bai Xiaosheng was extremely satisfied with their state of mind, and he had only one thing to add: ”This time, for all successful partnerships, the company will increase the commission for everyone by 20 percent on the existing basis!”

This statement caused Chen Shen, along with everyone else, to be filled with shock, and then fervor shone in their eyes!

Both publicly and privately, for Mr. Bai, for themselves.

It was worth fighting for!

Bai Xiaosheng saw the battle spirit ignited in everyone’s eyes and smiled with satisfaction.

Emotions could bring everyone together, and a sufficient reward would ignite their fighting spirit!

”This month, it’s all up to you!” Bai Xiaosheng said.

”Mr. Bai has said so, what should we do?” Chen Shen asked, looking at the others.

Without waiting for the crowd to answer, he gave the answer himself, ”Fight!”

”Fight!” The crowd responded with high fighting spirit.

This scene brought a smile to Bai Xiaosheng’s face.

His confidence also surged to the extreme at this moment!

”I have a plan! I have Red Lotus! I have them! What worries of defeat? The regional industrial manager position is mine to claim!” Bai Xiaosheng exclaimed in his heart.

Next, the group divided up the thirty companies.

Bai Xiaosheng distributed the project information to everyone.

Looking over the materials, everyone’s eyes widened in shock!

”The information is so detailed, how was this achieved!”

”Every needed content is included, no, it’s exhaustive!”

”Some of it we hadn’t even thought of, it’s so meticulous!”

”And there’s the analysis of those companies’ general managers, which is so crucial for us in sales!”

The crowd chattered noisily, praising without ceasing, and in their hearts they were thoroughly impressed with Mr. Bai for obtaining all this information.

”With such support, how can we speak of defeat? One month is more than enough to take them down!” Chen Shen even became excited.

Everyone responded in agreement.

The meeting continued until just before closing time, only then did it end, and when everyone left, they were in a rush, nearly running.

”What’s with the managers of the sales department? They’re like chickens with their blood up!”

”No idea, maybe they have some big moves in store!”

”Isn’t that the sales department director Chen Shen? Why is he running too!”

The employees were extremely surprised to witness this scene.

That night, all the sales staff received a notification.

After reading the notification, all the sales people went crazy, and those who were out of town rushed back overnight!

For the following two days, the sales department seemed very strange to the rest of the company, starting with frequent meetings all day long, all kinds of meetings.

And then, administration and logistics were asked to book tickets and arrange transportation.

As administration and logistics were surprised, they received a notice issued by Bai Xiaosheng: all requests from the sales department were to be fully supported without delay!

The sales department staff, as if given a special privilege, had the green light all the way through the company, inducing astonishment and envy from others!

And the salespeople were in such a hurry, they didn’t even have time to brag or show off, as if they were rushing to do something.

Within two days, the entire sales department, from the director to the staff, had all left the premises!

By the third day, some people noticed the empty sales department offices, the large office space was devoid of people!

A battle without gunpowder was unfolding!
