Apocalypse Descent: Farming with My Harem

Cao Xing pondered in his mind, “Will the native forces take notice of our territory?”

“In other words, organizations similar to those churches, kingdom forces, noble forces, etc., might all send representatives to interact with our territory.”

For the survivors, this could be an opportunity, or it may bring trouble.

For example, if your territory happens to fall within the domain of a baron or duke, and they seek to forcibly merge your territory, then how you choose to act becomes very critical.

A careless move could provoke a battle, and given the strength of the survivors, they definitely would not be a match for these natives.

Furthermore, as was the case with Fang Long initially, territories could be overtaken by hunters and turned into new strongholds.

Overall, this update was meant to help survivors integrate into this world more quickly.

The second update introduced new resource points, which were exactly what Cao Xing urgently needed.

“Alright, after finishing up here, let’s have the two centaurs scout the nearby resource points.”

As for the third update, it was quite simple.

This was also an update intended to accommodate most ordinary survivors.

Cao Xing thought to himself, “The armor calculation method has changed.”

“This way, when those ordinary survivors besiege some high-level beasts or monsters, they won’t encounter situations where defenses are impenetrable.”

“For my legion, it’s a significant enhancement as well.”

A hint of a smile appeared at the corner of Cao Xing’s mouth.

The system prompt continued to appear.

[Update content ⑤: The Giant Dragon Resurgence expansion opens a new chapter, increasing the survival difficulty. Boss-level monsters and a small number of Leader-level monsters have been added to the Ice Nest.]

[Update content ⑥: The Giant Dragon Store has added various new exchangeable items and blueprints. Please check them yourself.]

“Have new items been added again?”

Cao Xing glanced over.

Indeed, he found some new items in the store.

For example, the limited exchangeable [Dragon Blood Warrior Recruitment Scroll].

Also, high-level materials like [Dragon Rock Ore].

There were also limited exchangeable high-level gemstones.

He glanced at the prices of these new materials.

[Giant Dragon Store Exchange Page]

[Second-order Dragon Blood Warrior Recruitment Scroll]: Price 5000 Ice Dragon Marks (limited to 20)

[Second-order Elite Dragon Blood Warrior Recruitment Scroll]: Price 20000 Ice Dragon Marks (limited to 5)

[Second-order Boss Dragon Blood Warrior Recruitment Scroll]: Price 100,000 Ice Dragon Marks (limited to 1)

[Dragon Rock Ore]: Price 1000 Ice Dragon Marks

[Intermediate Heart of Power]: Price 10,000 Ice Dragon Marks

[Ice Glacier Magnet (Gold)]: Price 100,000 Ice Dragon Marks (limited to 1 piece)

[Giant Dragon Stone (Orange)]: Price 300,000 Ice Dragon Marks (limited to 1 piece)

…

Many new items were added, including various miscellaneous materials besides those mentioned above.

Additionally, an exchange for the Intermediate Heart of Power was newly added.

Cao Xing examined the attributes of the two high-level gemstones.

[Ice Glacier Magnet (Gold): Can be embedded in weapons or equipment, increases strength by 50 points, spirit by 50 points, and additionally increases attack by 100 points when initiating ice-type attacks]

(Containing the power of the glacier, requires an expert-level blacksmith to embed.)

…

[Giant Dragon Stone (Orange): Can be embedded in equipment, increases constitution by 300 points, and has a 15% probability of increasing armor by 100% at the moment of being attacked]

(Containing feeble power of a giant dragon, requires a master-level blacksmith to embed.)

…

“Quite formidable…” Cao Xing couldn’t help but sigh.

The attributes of these two gemstones were almost comparable to a piece of equipment.

Of course, their prices were also outrageous.

One required 100,000, and the other 300,000!

Cao Xing’s current primary goal was still to open the Golden Treasure Box or use the surplus Ice Dragon Marks to exchange for the Intermediate Heart of Power.

After all, this was the biggest improvement method for him.

The six consecutive update contents were no less significant than the first system update.

The chat channel had already sparked intense discussions.

However, at this moment, yet another system prompt appeared.

[Update content ⑦: Since the Level Ranking List challenges in various regions have ended, a new Ranking List challenge is now launched!]

After 10 days, rankings and rewards will be determined based on the final points.]

Seeing the system prompt, an intrigued expression appeared in Cao Xing’s eyes.

“Oh? A new Ranking List challenge has appeared again?”

“Let me see what the rewards are!”
