Ancient Godly Monarch

Qin Wentian knew that the Xuanyuan Palace Lord knew about the Convention of the Myriad Realms from his reaction. He then asked, “Xuanyuan Palace Lord, what’s your understanding about this?”

“I know a little, but this subordinate still doesn’t have the qualifications to come in contact with it. The convention of the myriad realms in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms is considered the most grand and majestic of all events. This subordinate doesn’t even have the qualifications to participate.” The Xuanyuan Palace Lord shook his head and continued, “It has been a hundred years since Realmlord ascended to this throne, and this must have coincided with the next convention. To receive this invitation means those organizing this event regards Realmlord highly. This invitation is a confirmation of your strength and status.”

“Oh?” Qin Wentian glanced at the Xuanyuan Palace Lord. During these hundred years, other than his cultivation, he also gained an understanding of the situation in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms. However, it was impossible for him to learn of everything and familiarize with every great event. He wasn’t that clear about this Convention of the Myriad Realms, this was why he asked the Xuanyuan Palace Lord.

“Tell me what you know.” Qin Wentian spoke.

“The Convention of the Myriad Realms is one of the most top-notch grand events in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms. Only Realmlords who control endless territories and authority would have the qualifications to be invited. Naturally, there would also be some superpowers and aristocrat clans participating. It’s a gathering of the powers in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms that are at the peak and this isn’t something our Qingcheng Grand Banquet can be compared to. The Convention of the Myriad Realms is on a much larger scale and consists of countless powers like the Qingcheng Realm.” The Xuanyuan Palace Lord explained.

Qin Wentian’s eyes flashed, gleaming with sharpness. This was actually one of the top-notch peak-level gatherings of the Mystic Region. Seems like now that he was the overlord of an entire realm, it can be considered that he has arrived at the edge of those who stands at the peak of this world and had the qualifications to come in contact with people at that level. Through his years of cultivation, he had participated in many grand events before and they had a profound effect on him.

But now, this invitation seemed to be for an event that would far exceed any of the past events he had participated in before.

The Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms were too vast. The people here divided this world into a total of eight regions namely: Heaven, Earth, Mystic, Yellow, Universe, Eternity, Chaos and Desolate. The region the Qingcheng Realm was in, was known as the Mystic Region and known as the Supreme Ancient Mystic Region.

The vastness of the Mystic Region was unimaginable, capable of holding the territories of ten thousand realms.

“It’s those peak existences in the Mystic Region that issued the invitations?” Qin Wentian glanced at the Xuanyuan Palace Lord as he continued asking.

“Mhm, ever since ancient times, this convention was held once every ten thousand years. The Mystic Region will send the invitation out three years in advance, allowing people to prepare. I heard that previously, the Lifelong Realmlord has also participated in it before but he didn’t mention anything about it. Maybe, he no longer wanted to participate in it. But I naturally don’t know the full details.” The Xuanyuan Palace Lord continued.

Qin Wentian nodded, there might be many reasons why the Lifelong Realmlord didn’t mention anything about this event. But the largest possibility was that the Lifelong Realmlord didn’t even have a sense of existence when he went to this peak-level event as he was a negligible existence. Hence, he didn’t even wish to participate in it any more or he might have no longer received an invitation. But since the Lifelong Realmlord has already died, there was no way to verify the truth of this matter. Qin Wentian could only speculate.

However, Qin Wentian could imagine many things. This was a peak-level top-notch event of the Supreme Ancient Mystic Region, and all the ten thousand realms here would receive an invitation. The number of world overlords would naturally be a staggering amount. Given the Lifelong Realmlord’s puny strength, he would truly be an insignificant character among them even if he participated. It was only normal that he wouldn’t mention anything about this to his subordinates.

“This invitation is truly simple enough, there’s no mention of the date and location at all.” Qin Wentian laughed. There were only five words in the invitation letter ‘Convention of the Myriad Realms.’ However, this by itself was a sign of transcendent majesty. These five words were already sufficient to represent everything.

“The time for this event should be roughly about three years after since the moment Realmlord received the invitation.” The Xuanyuan Palace Lord spoke.

“Do you know any concrete details about the convention?” Qin Wentian asked.

“This subordinate truly has no idea as this event is too far away for me. Hence, I’ve never sought out information about this or tried to understand it deeper. I’ve only heard of the famous name of the Convention of the Myriad Realms.” The Xuanyuan Palace Lord bitterly smiled and shook his head. Even the Xuanyuan Palace Lord had no idea about this peak-level grand event of the Supreme Ancient Mystic Region. From this, one could very well imagine how vast the Mystic Region is. There was simply too much news that had no way to be spread to the Qingcheng Realm.

“I understand.” Qin Wentian nodded. “You can leave now to prepare the grand banquet. I’ll still have to depend on you to do your best, organizing and managing the once per hundred year event.”

“Realmlord is too polite, this is something subordinate ought to do. I will naturally put in all my effort.” The Xuanyuan Palace Lord clasped his hands. “This subordinate shall take my leave.”

After that, the Xuanyuan Palace Lord left the area.

After the Xuanyuan Palace Lord departed, Qin Wentian mumbled to himself as he stared at the invitation in his hand. Should he attend this peak-level gathering of the Mystic Region?

He soon had a decision in his heart. This event would enable him to meet with characters from the various areas who stood at the peak, extremely powerful world overlords would surely be there. Since this was an event that occurs only once every ten thousand years, he mustn’t miss out on it.

He decided to go!

“What do you think?” At this moment, the voice of the Skybreak Heavenly Deity rang out.

“Senior, I decided to participate.” Qin Wentian replied.

“Mhm, right now since you have already reached this level and have completed your world heart, it’s indeed time for you to venture out and roam around a bit to take a look at the various peak powers of the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms. Although you won’t be able to meet heavenly deities, there would surely be plenty of those world overlords in the major powers and junior generations. You might as well take this chance to see how outstanding the juniors nurtured by the major powers of these immortal realms are, and see if you can pry into how deep the foundations of these major powers are.” The Skybreak Heavenly Deity spoke. He naturally hoped for Qin Wentian to participate to broaden his horizons. Undoubtedly, he had very high hopes for Qin Wentian, wanting him to walk to the peak of this world.

“I’m also filled with anticipation.” Qin Wentian’s eyes were as bright as the stars. He had seen so many heavenly deities in the ancient battlefield and entered secret realms such as the World of the Ten Thousand Laws. However, what would those characters standing at the true peak of the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms be like? It was impossible for him to come in contact with them if he stayed in the Qingcheng Realm. He would only be able to see them if he went for the Convention of the Myriad Realms.

It’s just that in the Mystic Region of the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms, there didn’t seem to be any peak powers or any heavenly deity races that were surnamed Qin.

Where was the clan of his father and mother exactly? Would he be able to see some of his parents clan members at the convention?

Right now, he could already stand stably in the Supreme Ancient Immortal Realms and has officially stepped into the world overlord level completely. In the depths of his heart, emotions began to stir especially when he recalled what he had seen in those memory fragments his father left behind for him. When he remembered how much his father had suffered, he suddenly felt an intense impulsiveness to destroy everything and kill those so-called clan members of his father who acted against him all those years ago.

If he didn’t seek revenge for this, he wasn’t fit enough to be called a son.

Also, he didn’t really know much about his mother. He really wanted to know what sort of magnificent character his mother might be.

Right now, he finally has the qualifications to come in contact with people at a higher level. He would definitely be able to climb to the peak one day!
