Villain Seduces to Rise in Status

”Use that move,” Wang Rou screamed, desperation flickering in his eyes as Cale’s power continued to surge.

The enemy warriors raised their weapons, channeling their remaining energy into a massive, swirling vortex of purple light.

’A desperate attack?’

”The power of the all of us is combined should be...,” the elite commanders and Wang Rou declared in unison, watching the floating fragments fuse into a colossal, glowing purple primordial weapon.

Wang Rou glared at the massive black dragon before him. ”Get Ready, you monster!,” he roared. ”You will take our strongest strike!”

The gigantic purple blade cleaved through the ocean, displacing the water with terrifying force as it hurtled directly toward Cale. A warning voice urged him not to fight it head-on as the sheer pressure of the weapon threatened to crush everything in its path.

Cale, however, refused to retreat, his golden eyes flashing with dark defiance.

”Heh, let’s see which is stronger, your weapon or me!” he challenged internally. Pouring his absolute maximum strength into his right arm, he raised his massive, glowing golden claws and violently struck the glowing purple blade head-on.

The impact was deafening as Cale’s massive, glowing golden claws met the colossal purple blade. ”I-it’s working,” Wang Rou gritted his teeth, his expression twisting with desperate hope. For a split second, the sheer force of the collision created a massive underwater vortex, swirling the dark water violently around them.

Then, with a terrifying sound of shattering glass, the primordial sword exploded into countless pieces of dissipating purple energy.

”It shattered! The Divine weapon of the clan shattered!”, the remaining soldiers screamed in panic.

The sheer force of the shattered weapon sent the remaining soldiers hurtling through the dark water.

Wang Rou’s hope shattered with the weapon. ”Oh no,” he whispered, a tremor of fear finally breaking through his arrogant facade. A soldier desperately yelled, ”Be careful! Lord!” as they scrambled to reform their broken ranks, raising a large, hexagonal bronze shield to brace for Cale’s inevitable counterattack.

Cale hovered amidst the floating debris of their strongest attack, his golden eyes burning with dark, primal fury.

’Oh? I destroyed a divine level weapon? How crazy is that’, he wondered, feeling the surging power within him. ”Let me find out more.”

He opened his massive jaws and unleashed a colossal, blinding golden beam of chaos and lightning, destruction that obliterated the enemy shield in an instant.

”That is...” a soldier gasped in shock as the blinding beam tore through their defenses.

Wang Rou’s eyes widened in absolute terror as a lethal white blade, deflected from the blast, shot directly toward him.

The reflection of the deadly blade mirrored in his terrified pupil, sealing his inevitable doom as the blade from thorned lotus pierced his forehead, and kept on killing them till none of them were left.

Cale smiled internally, ’heh, to think such a simple distraction tactic would work... I should leave first.’

Just as he finished slaughtering the last of them, Cale flapped his dragon wings and launched skyward.

He flew straight toward the academy city, the wind rushing past his scales.

’Oh right, I should use the shop while I can.’

”System, buy me a soul cultivation technique. I must have a few thousand points, right? Just buy a good one so I won’t ever need to change it. And... hmm, a sword technique. A proper one for now.”

”Just upgrade my stats with those.”

Hours passed as he flew.

The sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of crimson and violet. The landscape below shifted from ocean to forest to sprawling fields, a blur of colors as his massive dragon form cut through the air with terrifying speed.

He reached the dorm area and began his descent.

Except he wasn’t an Emperor anymore.

Back to Master Stage.

His entire body was cracking—fissures spreading across his scales like shattering glass. His muscles screamed. His bones felt like they’d been ground to powder and reassembled wrong.

Just as he was about to land—

’Ah... fuck...’

Thud!

He crashed hard onto the ground and everything went dark.

Midnight settled over the academy.

The moon hung pale and bloated above the sleeping city, casting long shadows across the quiet streets. An eerie silence filled the air, broken only by the distant call of night birds and the soft rustle of leaves.

Cale was lying on a soft bed, his torso naked.

Someone was passing yellow-colored energy through his body, helping him heal.

Another person sat beside that healer, watching him with an intensity that bordered on obsession.

Inside his consciousness, Cale opened his eyes.

He looked around, his eyes narrowing immediately.

’This isn’t the inner sanctum. Where the hell is this?’

Then a massive golden figure appeared before him.

It was restrained by golden chains on all four limbs, suspended in the darkness like a prisoner.

’Hmm... this guy... isn’t this Wang Yunfeng?’

He quickly activated the system.

[Wang Yunfeng’s Avatar Dharma Body]

Cale couldn’t believe what he was seeing.

Wang Yunfeng’s Dharma Body was trapped inside him.

’No wait... how? Did the system do something?’

Then a message appeared.

[Absorb?]

’Absorb? Is this... is this the soul cultivation technique I bought? Isn’t this quite... crazy?’

A technique that could absorb Dharma Bodies. That could increase his physical and soul cultivation in the process.

’I knew you wouldn’t disappoint me! Top-grade soul cultivation and here we go! Absorb this fucker!’

The system complied.

The golden chains tightened violently around Yunfeng’s Avatar, beginning to collapse inward. Golden light erupted from the figure’s form as it was compressed, condensed, refined down to pure essence. The chains themselves began to dissolve, their energy merging with what remained.

Everything compressed into a single point of radiant light that shot directly into Cale’s spiritual form.

[Congratulations host! For cultivating to Low Grandmaster stage!]

Cale’s consciousness exploded with sensation.

His soul expanded. His body’s potential skyrocketed. The comprehension he’d gained from absorbing Yunfeng’s Avatar flowed through him like a river of understanding.
