Omega Summoner

”I need to avenge the fallen or else the darkness that creeps the kingdom will not be undone.” Prince Alucred stated as he prepared things.

The young prince is regarded as a prodigy compared to other children which is why he was made the heir as soon as the first prince died from the attack. He was the most gifted child of the Argento King that is said to surpass the current king when he was at that age. The physicality and mental fortitude of Prince Alucred already rivals that of an adult.

If he did not act like a kid sometimes then one might even say that he is an adult trapped in a child’s body. The people of the kingdom do not also know that he has a secret teacher. This secret teacher came to him when he was handed down the family heirloom. It was a necklace forged in magic silver that is said to have been owned by the first head of the Argento Family.

”You should prepare if you are really this set on doing this. Also, you must leave a note before you go just in case they need to find you. Bring the ceremonial dagger and hide it in the place that I told you to.” The secret teacher of the young prince stated.

The secret teacher of the young prince was none other than a soul that resides in the locket that he is wearing. The soul looked like that of a distinguished gentleman that has red hair and a monocle. The legs of the secret teacher cannot be seen as it is not manifesting due to the weak presence of the soul itself.

”Yes, Teacher Helsing. I made sure to give them a way to chase after me. I will only just investigate for now and wait for them should they follow me to the sewers.” The Young Prince Alucred stated as he made way to the secret passage of the castle.

The Young Prince Alucred used magic called Fleeting Foot that increased his speed and decreased the sound his footsteps make to evade all the guards. He made sure to say that he will be taking a three-hour nap which is why the maids would only check on him after that time. It will also be the perfect time for them to find his note and go look for him.

The Young Prince Alucred vanished from the castle grounds and ended up in an abandoned corner of castle grounds. He then made way to the sewers via the noble district as he found a small canal that is perfect for him to crawl into. He entered the canal without any problems other than being wet by sewer water.

”The maids will definitely scold me when they smell my clothes.” The Young Prince Alucred stated.

”Focus, boy. This is not a field trip as there might be some vampires running around and keeping watch in these areas. Just because the disappearances happened in the slum district does not mean they do not have any surveillance here.” Teacher Helsing reminded the Young Prince Alucred.

”Yes, teacher.” The Young Prince Alucred stated as he pressed on with his short sword being gripped tightly by his right hand.

The Young Prince Alucred has the best concentration of vampire hunter blood among the Argento Family. He could easily see in the dark which is why he has no problems searching for people in dark areas. His vampire hunter powers activated fairly young because of the trauma that he experienced when the Crazed Blood Queen Akasha was revived. Naturally born vampire hunters usually awaken at the age of fifteen.

The fact that the Young Prince Alucred was already gifted when he was younger meant that his talents got amplified when he awakened his vampire hunter bloodline. He could even rival the first vampire hunters as his blood was that pure. It seems that the vampire hunter blood felt that a new evil of the night will awaken which is why it chose a champion.

”It is okay to take your time, boy. You are investigating and not going to a hunt.” Teacher Helsing stated as he could see that the Young Prince Alucred has quite the stride.

”Sorry. I think the nerves suddenly got to me. There are stories of large reptile monsters being in the sewers. I suddenly thought of that and got a bit scared.” The Young Prince Alucred stated.

”The fact that you could still move means that you have courage. Anyone that has been overtaken by fear would have likely frozen on the spot. This is good as you are showing signs of growth. You shall become the best vampire hunters on this world.” Teacher Helsing stated.

”Are all vampires bad?” The Young Prince Alucred asked.

”No.” Teacher Helsing answered immediately.

”If not all of them are bad then why did you describe them using scary words?” The Young Prince Alucred asked.

”Just because someone is good or bad, does not mean that they cannot hurt you. They may be doing good deeds and being a model citizen, but they can still hurt you if you are not vigilant.” Teacher Helsing stated.

”So, vampires are just like humans then. There are good humans and there are bad humans. If my bad uncle did not unleash that monster, then all of them would still be smiling and laughing. The only problem we would have had was how to prepare for festivals.” The Young Prince Alucred stated in a soft voice that felt like he was stifling his tears.

”Life is like that, my boy. You do not know what it can throw at you which is why you need to be strong and be prepared to protect those that you love.” Teacher Helsing stated.

”Something is moving.” The Young Prince Alucred stated as he turned from a corner and saw movement in front of him. He immediately gripped his short sword and started to place mana in all parts of his body to enhance it.
