However, there was no need to rush. Lisa wanted to see what would happen next.

Without knowing this incident would occur, how did they resolve this crisis?

Then she saw the blond-haired individual called the ”Traveler” riding the wind, actually hovering in midair to confront Stormterror.

[”I have summoned the millennial wind to aid you, so you will not fall.”]

[”Now, envision that you can harness this gust of wind to tear through the clouds.”]

”Lord Anemo Archon!? Could that green-clad youth really be Lord Barbatos?” Lisa exclaimed in shock.

After all, who else but the Anemo Archon could possess such power?

When she first saw that green-clad youth communicating with Dvalin, she had guessed his identity was extraordinary, but she never expected him to be the Anemo Archon himself.

After all, Lord Barbatos had been missing for who knows how long.

On the other hand, while Amber guessed that the one assisting now was the Anemo Archon, she didn’t connect it to the green-clad youth from earlier.

”That’s wonderful! Lord Barbatos has returned,” Amber said happily.

As long as Lord Barbatos was back, the problems plaguing Mondstadt could be resolved.

After all, Lord Barbatos only ever did great things for Mondstadt.

Meanwhile, the Barbatos who ”only ever did great things” had just woken up from his slumber.

”Woo-hoo~ That was a great nap. I wonder how long I slept. Are there any new good wines in Mondstadt?”

The Anemo Archon had just woken up and was already looking forward to Mondstadt’s alcohol.

”Hmm?” Venti frowned slightly. The wind had just told him about recent events.

”Dvalin... I should go check on this old friend of mine.”

While the Anemo Archon was unusually inclined to do something serious, the citizens of Mondstadt were busy reading the novel.

After the blond traveler repelled Stormterror, Amber stepped forward and asked with concern:

[”Are you okay?”]

Before the silent protagonist could respond, a clapping man approached.

[”To possess the power to battle a dragon—are you our guest, or a new storm?” With the sound of applause, Kaeya makes his entrance!]

”Pfft, this guy Kaeya, why does his entrance make him seem like a villain?” Amber couldn’t help but laugh.

”Quite fitting for his personality,” Lisa said with a smile—though she always seemed to be smiling.

Kaeya, reading the novel in the tavern, laughed heartily when he reached this part.

”Hahaha, would I really act like that? So villainous.”

Diluc hadn’t bought the book, but when he saw Kaeya mention himself, he glanced over curiously.

Then, expressionless, he stared at Kaeya and said, ”Yes.”

Seeing his sworn brother’s reaction, Kaeya shrugged nonchalantly. He didn’t care about being seen as a villain anyway.

But since he was already being treated as one, why not play the rogue a little more?

”Hey hey, saying that really hurts my feelings. Do you really think I’m a villain in your eyes?”

Kaeya put on a wounded expression, chugged his wine, and lowered his head in exaggerated despair.

Diluc remained expressionless as he watched Kaeya’s performance, finally saying:

”Don’t think I’ll feel guilty. You’re still paying for your drinks.”

Kaya didn’t look up, thinking to himself, Tch, how boring.

Unlike the others who were enjoying the read, Jean was still buried in paperwork.

”Stormterror... What should we do about this?” Jean sighed as she reviewed the Fatui’s plans.

She would never agree to the Fatui’s proposal to kill the Anemo Guardian, but at the moment, she couldn’t think of any way to resolve the crisis.

If the dragon crisis continued to spread, it would eventually reach the outskirts of Mondstadt—or even the city itself.

Thanks to Jean’s reputation, the citizens of Mondstadt were still tolerating the dragon crisis for now.

But if the situation remained uncontrolled and continued to escalate, public dissatisfaction would grow.

Jean rubbed her temples in frustration, took a sip of coffee to stay alert, and continued handling the documents.

As the novel’s plot progressed, Jean also made her appearance.

Her first feature was her long legs, with white knight’s pants tightly outlining their straight, elegant curves.

The proportions of her thighs and calves in the illustration were as exquisite as those of a sculpted masterpiece.

”This entrance... I wonder how Jean would react if she saw it,” Lisa mused, her smile widening.

She hadn’t been in a hurry to discuss Stormterror with Jean earlier, but now she couldn’t resist showing Jean her own introduction.

However, her amusement didn’t last long—soon, her own appearance followed.

”Thank goodness my introduction didn’t start from the lower half,” Lisa sighed in relief.

She had been worried the author would describe her entrance starting from her black stockings.

She didn’t mind others seeing her in stockings, but having such imagery described in text was somewhat embarrassing.

After all, text left the most room for imagination.

”Now I can safely let Jean read the book.”

Since she and Jean were in the same building, Lisa quickly arrived at Jean’s office.

Seeing Jean buried in paperwork, Lisa felt a twinge of guilt for slacking off.

Wait—no, how was this slacking? Hadn’t she found a crucial lead?

”Lisa, you’re here?” Jean heard the noise and looked up before resuming her work.

”Any progress? Have you found the source of Stormterror’s power?” Jean asked while working.

”Sadly~ not yet,” Lisa delivered the bad news first.

Jean wasn’t disheartened—it wasn’t as if this had only been going on for a day or two.

”I see. You’ve been working hard this whole time.”

Though Lisa seemed to be slacking, she had actually been using magic to detect disturbances in the ley lines, which was quite exhausting.

The other Knights of Favonius were the same—Eula was constantly out dealing with Stormterror and monitoring the Fatui.

Amber was always gathering intelligence and tracking Stormterror’s movements.

Even Kaeya was perpetually on the road clearing out monsters.

Jean was just the type to micromanage everything, which made her seem especially busy.

”You’re the one working the hardest. Here, take a look.” Lisa handed the book to Jean.”What’s this?”Jean took the book and saw the title: Teyvat’s Strange Tales: Prologue

”A novel? A biography?” Jean couldn’t understand why Lisa wanted her to read this now.

”It might be a book of prophecies,” Lisa said mysteriously with a smile.

”Prophecies?” Jean took it seriously.

She trusted Lisa deeply. Since Lisa suggested it might be prophetic, she wouldn’t dismiss it with comments like ”How could that be?”

Jean opened the book and began reading carefully.

”This green-clad youth can communicate with the Anemo Guardian? If we can find him, we might be able to resolve the dragon crisis!” Jean felt a surge of hope.

If the dragon crisis could be resolved, the pressure on her would lessen significantly.

”Don’t rush. Keep reading,” Lisa said, refusing to spoil anything.

Jean nodded and continued. Soon, Amber made her appearance.

”Amber... sigh, she’s always like this,” Jean said, massaging her forehead.

”It’s not so bad, is it?” Lisa chuckled.

”Hmm, alright, I really am just like how the book describes—sometimes a bit impulsive. I’ve been reflecting on it! Really! This month, my gliding license was only revoked once!”
