New Age Of Summoners

’Phew’

Ajax heaved a sigh of relief when he heard the congratulatory announcement in his head by the Ancient Voice.

With the destruction of the Celestial Pillar, he had finally completed the task; however, the rewards will be issued only at the end of the one-hour time limit set for the task.

Moreover, during his remaining time, Ajax could either protect his Celestial Pillar or he could continue to destroy more Celestial Pillars to increase his rewards.

It was already mentioned when the Celestial Pillar was issuing the second task and Ajax had already made the plan on how to complete his second task.

’Since Siora is already protecting the Celestial Pillar, I can focus on destroying more Celestial Pillars.’

The rewards from the Celestial Pillar were quite good and he could increase his rewards, Ajax was quite excited about it.

’If only the other Monster Vines from the cultivators I killed, it would have greatly helped Viny to increase its age.’

Looking at his Monster Vine devouring the Monster Vine that was double its size, Ajax hoped for the other Monster Vines to rise from the ground too.

However, he knew that he was asking for more. So, he shook his head and decided not to think about those Monster Vines anymore.

’It’s time to speed up the process.’

Given that it was quite easy for Ajax to destroy the Celestial Pillar, he obviously wanted to destroy as many Celestial Pillars as possible within the given time limit.

Thus, he decided to speed up his mission to destroy the Celestial Pillars.

[Aetherial Wind Cloak]

To increase the speed, Ajax obviously used one of his Quasi-God Official Skills.

[Celestial Step]

Adding to the Celestial Step, it only took a few seconds for Ajax to reach the next Celestial Pillar.

Just like the previous Celestial Pillar he destroyed, cultivators were fighting around it. ’Let’s burn this Celestial Pillar.’

Like before, Ajax didn’t waste his time with any talk and directly attacked with another one of his Quasi-God Official Skills.

[Purgatory’s Embrace]

’Swiish’

Once Ajax activated the skill, hundreds of units of the Divine Essence of Nature disappeared from Ajax’s Divine Spirit Consciousness.

On the other hand, outside his body, a raging ring of hellfire materialized with Ajax as the center and a radius of only one kilometer just like how he used his earlier Quasi-God Official Skill, the [Oblivion Quake Abyss].

When condensing the range of the damage from 100 kilometers to one kilometer, the power of the skill will be increased by a huge margin and no matter whether the Cultivators activated their Divine Rule or not, they can’t defend against it.

It was also the reason why Ajax was confident in not using any of his Divine Rules as he saved them for the latter where he had an assignment to complete after leaving the Celestial Dawn Realm.

’Boom’

Those cultivators fighting around the Celestial Pillar didn’t have any time to dodge the sudden attack released by Ajax.

Before they realize it, the Essence of Nature from their Spirit Consciousness evaporates like water and what follows next is their blood and body, leaving only ashes.

As for the Celestial Pillar, it was also turned to ashes, leaving behind a white-coloured stone that slowly flew to Ajax.

[Congratulations to the Participant for successfully destroying your opponent’s Celestial

Pillar]

[Number of Celestial Pillars destroyed: 2]

Soon, he received the familiar announcement from the Ancient Voice in his head.

Additionally, the Ancient Voice said another line, regarding the total number of Celestial Pillars he destroyed.

’Good.’

Ajax was satisfied with those announcements as he saw the White Stone in his hands disappear just like the previous one.

’What about the Monster Vine?’

After that, Ajax didn’t rush to the next Celestial Pillar, instead, he waited for the Monster Vine belonging to the owner of the Celestial Pillar.

’Don’t tell me that I burned that Monster Vine to ashes?’

Although Ajax turned all the cultivators into ashes, Ajax thought that the Monster Vine

wouldn’t turn into ashes from his earlier experience.

Previously, despite its owner being devoured by the Abyssal Fire from his [Oblivion Quake Abyss], the Monster Vine still flew out of the ground.

Hence, Ajax came to the conclusion that no matter what he did, the Monster Vine belonging to the Celestial Pillar would be unharmed and would come to him to become his new companion.

”Looks like you won’t get any....”

Looking at his Monster Vine that was still devouring the previous 200+ years Monster Vine, Ajax shook his head.

’Swiish’

However, before he could finish his sentence, Ajax noticed a slight movement from the Celestial Pillar’s ashes, alerting his senses.

’Swiish’

Soon, he saw a familiar 200+ years Monster Vine fly at him at an incredible speed, only to get captured by Ajax.

’My guess is correct. The Celestial Pillar protects the Monster Vines.’

Ajax became happy to guess it right and kept it aside before rushing towards the next Celestial

Pillar.

His Monster Vine, Viny has still not completed its previous meal and thus, Ajax didn’t provide another high-level meal.

After a few more moments, Ajax reached another Celestial Pillar and easily destroyed it and gained another High-level Monster Vine.

Ajax continued to do it for the next one hour and destroyed nearly 30 Celestial Pillars.

Except for destroying Five Celestial Pillars, Ajax didn’t use his Divine Rules and the ones guarding these Five Celestial Pillars were obviously belonged to the top-notch geniuses of

the universe.

One of them was guarded by a group of Shadow Veil Sect members, where Ajax used the Divine Thunder Rule which falls under the Rare Divine Rule and was quite effective against their

Divine Dark Rule.

The second one was guarded by the Sacred Heavenly Sect’s Core Disciples. Against them, Divine Dark Rule against their Rare Divine Sacred Rule.

However, thanks to his Divine Body Cultivation and the Divine Spirit Cultivation, Ajax overpowered that bunch of cultivators and destroyed their Celestial Pillar.

The remaining three were owned by the forces belonging to the Dragon Region. They are Greater Fire Dragons, Greater Frost Dragons and Greater Poison Dragons.
