New Age Of Summoners

However, there was no reply from the other side, making Ajax shake his head in disappointment.

’I will see how it won’t talk to me.’

After getting no reply from Moonfire, Ajax didn’t bother to shout its names again; instead, he had an even better plan for the Sentient Flame.

’Swoosh’

With a thought, a Giant Fire Crystal appeared in Ajax as he muttered, ”I wanted to have a deal with you just like how I had a deal with Stormfire. It looks like l will just find other sentient flames to have a deal.”

As soon as he finished his words, Ajax directly kept the Giant Fire Crystal back and sat cross-legged before focusing on the body tempering.

’Human, what deal did you make with Stormfire?’

Soon, Ajax heard an old man’s voice in his head and without thinking much, he knew it belonged to Moonfire.

”Give me access to the Core Section and help me finish my Body Tempering as soon as possible.”

Ajax kept his eyes closed as he stated his first condition, ’For that, I will give you 10 Giant Fire Crystals and of course, other than you, me and the other sentient flames, no one should know about the deal. What do you say?’

’Done.’

Compared to Stormfire, the Moonfire readily agreed to 10 Giant Fire Crystals, making Ajax heave a sigh of relief.

”Good.”

Ajax didn’t mention the second deal regarding the awakening of the Divine Flame Rule as he wanted to check something first and he asked, ”Take me to the Core Section then.”

As soon as he said that, the cultivation slab that Ajax was sitting on disappeared for a moment as Ajax fell into the hole below it before appearing in the Core Section of the Flame Chamber.

Just like the Stormfire, the Moonfire was hovering in the center of the small room and the entire room was covered with many crystals.

’There seem to be some different crystals here.’

Ajax was not surprised by the environment in the room and the Moonfire; instead, he was excited to see crystals different from Darkfire Crystals in the core section.

’Ding,

Other than Darkfire Crystals, there are:

  1) Jadefire Crystals (10 percent)

  2) Posionfire Crystals (40 percent).

  3) Moonfire Crystals (5 percent).

Note: There are low-level, mid-level, high-level and even a few Giant Crystals.

’What? Even Giant Crystals?’

Ajax was surprised by the system notification as he searched for the Giant Crystals among the pile of crystals around him.

’If I can analyse them, I can not only merge all of these crystals into Giant Crystals but I can also diffuse them into two separated crystals.’

Ajax became excited as he wanted to make the second deal with the Moonfire.

However, he suppressed his urge and at the same time, he was curious about the Moonfire Crystals.

’Since it has the same name as the Moonfire, can’t the Sentient Fire absorb the crystal fully?’

Ajax thought for a moment and asked Moonfire about it.

’Among all the mixed crystals, I like Moonfire Crystals the best; however, I can’t absorb both elements at once. Along the process, I lose so much energy but still, I get most of the energy from these crystals compared to other mixed crystals.’

After making a deal, the Moonfire felt that the human was not bad and answered his question.

”So, are you telling me that you prefer Giant Fire Crystals over the Giant Moonfire Crystals?”

Ajax was pleasantly surprised and at the same time, he stared at the crystals around him with greedy eyes.

’If only I can find Giant Moon Crystals, my value will increase and even my rank will rise by at least 10 ranks entering into my 30s.’

The Moonfire shared its sorrow with Ajax as it slowly suggested to Ajax, ’Human, if you can bring me a Giant Moon Crystal, I can help you awaken a Divine Moon Rule. What do you say?’

The reason why the Sentient Flame wanted to make such a deal with Ajax was because he was able to get his hands on Giant Fire Crystals.

This means he could get his hands on the Giant Moon Crystal as long as he put some effort into it.

Therefore, it made such a deal.

”What? You will help me awaken a Divine Moon Rule?”

Hearing Moonfire’s words, Ajax was shocked as his eyes shone with excitement.

’Yes. Actually, it is a secret that is only known to the members who formed a contract with us, the Sentient Flames. We have helped a cultivator once in a while in awakening our core Divine Rule.’

The Sentient Flame continued, ’However, as time passed by and new generations came, they stopped giving us the Pure Giant Crystals and only letting us have these mixed crystals.’

’I don’t know about the other Sentient Flames; however, I can tell that their situation was also almost similar to mine. The new generations were using the pure Giant Crystal to increase the awakening percentage of their own Divine Rule or using them as a currency to exchange for other resources.’

By saying there, the Moonfire stopped speaking and waited for Ajax to ingest the information.

’So that’s the reason why the Stormfire was very excited about the Giant Fire Crystals.’

When Ajax made a deal with the Stormfire, he thought that the Giant Fire Crystals were very rare to the point that even the emperor of the Greater Worlds had problems getting their hands on them.

However, after entering the treasury of the Stormfire Wyvern World, Ajax knew that they were not as rare as he imagined as they had some Giant Crystals in their Treasury.

Nevertheless, there were not many pure Giant Crystals, making them not share those Giant Crystals with their Sentient Flames.

As for awakening the Divine Rule, these emperors didn’t need any help from the Sentient Flame; however, with their help, they could awaken the second Divine Rule which could merge with the first Divine Rule to increase the awakening percentage of the first Divine Rule.
