New Age Of Summoners

’So, you are here. I have been searching for you for the last four hours.’

Ajax has been searching for the mutated bronze demon king for the last four hours and just when he was planning to take a break for some time, he saw the bronze demon king.

In front of the bronze demon king, there were 12 elemental spirits with different elemental attributes standing obediently.

’Huh? Why are they so obedient? Why weren’t they so obedient when I entered the elemental spirit world?’

Even though the elemental spirits were tired of living in the elemental spirit world, they would not form contracts with some random summoner. They have their own expectations for their summoning master.

So, when Ajax looked at how obediently they were forming the contract with the mutated bronze demon king, he could not help but frown.

’Wait a second. What kind of contract is that? He is so fast.’

Even though Ajax only took a few minutes to form a contract with an elemental spirit, he knew that the other summoners would take at least three hours for an unofficial contract and six hours for an official contract.

Whereas he saw that the bronze demon king was able to form the contract in less than 30 minutes. Hence, he was both shocked and surprised.

’Anyway, let’s not waste time thinking about the contract.’

Nevertheless, shaking his thoughts aside, Ajax focused on what he had to do.

”According to the system, I have to serve the connection between the mutated bronze demon king and the elemental spirit world; however, I am unable to enter the core realm of the elemental spirit. So, I can only do something about the demon king’s spirit consciousness form.”

Looking at the bronze demon king in the distance, Ajax started devising a plan to sever the connection between the world and the demon king.

’But I don’t know how to do that.’

However, Ajax had never done it before. So, of course, he was clueless about what to do and how to do it.

’If only the system was here, it would have helped me.’

Suddenly, Ajax thought about the system and realized how much he was relying on it.

Even though Ajax already knew about it, he felt he was over-relying on the system just like his father said.

’Wait a second. What if severing the connection between the demon king and the elemental spirit world was just like erasing the spirit imprint from the elemental spirit’s body?’

After racking his brains a little, Ajax was able to think of an idea that might work.

　　’Let’s do it.’

Without wasting any time, Ajax flew out of his hiding place and landed in front of the mutated demon king.

”Looks like the demon king is creating an elemental spirit army.”

With a slight smile on his face, Ajax said to the mutated demon king.

”Huh? A human? In my elemental spirit world?”

With the sudden appearance of Ajax, the mutated demon king frowned; however, that frown turned into a pleasantly surprised.

”You look young; however, you have already become a king realm cultivator. Looks like you will make a good slave.”

From Ajax’s spirit consciousness form, the bronze demon would tell Ajax’s cultivation and decided to turn him into a slave before using him as a spy in the human worlds.

”Sigh…why do all the demon kings and demon emperors think the same? Why are you so dying to enslave the young humans?”

Ajax sighed as it was not his first time hearing those words from a demon king’s mouth.

　　”Huh?”

The mutated demon king frowned and asked the elemental spirits, ”Stand aside. I will find the contract process after I take care of him.”

As soon as he finished his words, the demon king flew towards Ajax and gave a powerful punch that blasted Ajax a few meters into the air.

”Since you are in the spirit consciousness form, it makes things easy for me to enslave you…haha.”

With a chuckle, the demon king once again flew at Ajax at an incredible speed before landing another punch.

’Damn it…he is much faster than I thought.’

Ajax didn’t expect that the bronze demon king was so strong in his spirit consciousness form, making him hard to dodge the attacks.

”The heavens want me to rule that entire universe. That’s the reason why I was able to mutate along with my bronze demon world which strengthened my spirit consciousness by a lot.”

After throwing the second punch at Ajax, the mutated bronze demon king started explaining why he was so strong despite being in the spirit consciousness form.

It was a known fact that the bronze demons could not condense their spirit consciousness form unless they reached the emperor realm cultivation which was impossible for the bronze demons to achieve.

So, when he mutated along with the world and was even capable of condensing a spirit consciousness form, the mutated demon king assumed that the heavens were blessing him and wanted him to rule the entire universe under the heavens.

”So, if you obediently become my slave and follow my orders, you might reap great benefits when I become the Master of this universe.”

Even though he was strong, the mutated demon king was tired after forming a contract with eight elemental spirits. So, he didn’t want to waste more energy fighting Ajax as he had other plans to do.

”Yeah..yeah. The emperors of all the races in this universe are just waiting for you to become the master of the universe.”

Ajax mocked the bronze demon king and asked, ”So, when are you going to wake up from that dream?”

　　”...”

The mutated demon king became furious when he heard Ajax’s mocking words.

”How about this…if you swear your loyalty to me, I might spare your life.”

Seeing that the bronze demon king remained silent, Ajax proposed a deal in return.

”Haha….this is the biggest joke I have ever heard.”

”I think you must be living under some rock until now. It’s time to come out, I will protect you.”

In reply to the demon king’s words, Ajax once again mocked with a calm look on his face.
