New Age Of Summoners

　　’What?’

Even though Ajax was expecting the upgrade time for the system would be high, he didn’t expect it would be three months.

’Three months without using the system features?’

　　Ajax raised his brows.

　　’Ding,

Even if the system is under the upgrade, the host can use the features ’User interface’, ’Inventory’ and ’Appraisal’.

　　’Ding,

So, it will not be a problem for the host.

Suddenly, he received a couple of system notifications that pleasantly surprised him.

’Excellent. All I needed was an Appraisal system feature.’

After reading the notifications, Ajax heaved a sigh of relief.

Since Ajax would be moving from one world to another for the next three months, he needed that Appraisal feature of the system, in case he missed any treasures.

As for the other system features, Ajax had already gained the power enough to survive on his own.

So, even without the system, Ajax could still continue cultivating on his own.

　　’Ding,

Do you want to upgrade the system?

As though the system detected Ajax’s thoughts, it sent a system notification to his head.

’Since I can still utilize the basic system features even if the system is under upgrade, there is no need for me to worry about missing out on treasures.’

Ajax nodded his head as he gave the command to start the upgrade.

　　’Ding,

The system is undergoing an update. Please wait three months before using the system features except for the three basic features.

’I wonder what type of new system feature will be unlocked after the update.’

Ajax was looking forward to seeing the system upgrade and what kind of system features it would unlock for him.

’Now, coming back to the inventory.’

Soon, Ajax started looking at the inventory and found the Bloodline awakening potion.

It was given to him by his master ’Bloodline Emperor Mostror’.

According to him, the potion should be consumed only after he became a King realm cultivator and since he had finally become one, he could use it without any worries.

’I hope I can awaken a powerful bloodline similar to the ’Abyssal beast god bloodline’.’

Among his three bloodlines, the Abyssal beast god bloodline was powerful and he wanted to awaken a similar bloodline.

　　’Gulp’

Soon, a potion appeared in his hand and without any hesitation, Ajax drank the potion.

　　’...’

After drinking the potion, Ajax waited for the bloodline to awaken; however, there was no reaction from his body at all.

’Huh? Why can’t I feel anything?’

Since his master had exaggerated that if a cultivator below king realm cultivation consumes it, they would explode because of the large amount of energy released by the potion after entering into the stomach.

However, when Ajax was not able to sense a single fluctuation of the energy in his stomach, Ajax frowned.

’Did the potion lose its effect? Or Did the master give me a fake one? Also, the system is under upgrade and I can’t ask it either.’

Ajax felt helpless and decided, ’I will wait five minutes and see before going to the ’Ancient Evergreen Woods’.’

Since he didn’t doubt that his master would give a fake potion to him, Ajax decided to wait.

　　’...’

Even after five minutes, there were no fluctuations of any energy in his body, making him shake his head in disappointment.

’Looks like the potion lost its effect.’

With that thought in his mind, Ajax hopped onto the five elemental spirit beast and asked it to go to the ’Ancient Evergreen Woods’.

According to the information he received about the Forest Elves in the Ancient Evergreen Woods, they were not violent and would not attack anyone unless they were provoked.

So, Ajax didn’t order anyone except for the Pentapus to come with him.

If he takes a group of followers with him to the elves’ region, then it might lead to the misunderstanding and might even provoke the forest elves.

’For now, I will try the ’Carrot’ and if it doesn’t work, I will go for the stick.’

Ajax was clear on his goal and soon, they reached the Elves’ territory.

”Stop right there. You are not allowed into this region.”

Just as the five elemental spirit beast was about to enter the Elves’ territory, a cold voice came from the distance.

　　’Swoosh’

In the next second, a group of elves jumped off the trees and stopped the five elemental spirit beast and Ajax.

In that group, there were a total of 10 elves, five men and five women who were all beautiful and out of the world.

Everyone had a loaded arrow in their bows as they were ready to shoot Ajax and the five elemental spirit beast if they entered their territory even after the warning.

’Huh? Are they not allowing Penta because of me?’

Since the five elemental spirit beast was the guardian of the five elemental world, Ajax was surprised to see that even it was not allowed.

So, he wondered whether it was because he was it.

”I am here to talk with the leader of the ’Ancient Evergreen Woods’. Can you please guide me to him?”

Nevertheless, Ajax was polite to them because he wanted to create a good impression on the Elves.

”Huh? You want to talk to our queen?”

The leader of the elf group raised his brows as he asked, ”What do you want to talk about?”

’Queen? Right, I forget, the elf settlements have Kings and Queens.’

Ajax was surprised; however, thanks to Elder Boron’s stories, he remembered unlike the spirit beast tribes, the elves would have a King or Queen.

”It is something that is related to the Five elemental world. So, don’t waste any time and inform your Queen.”

Ajax replied in a calm tone.

”What can a lowly king realm cultivator discuss with her highness? Moreover, please use a valid reason such as you need her help or something else. Don’t give me such a silly reason to meet her highness.”

The leader of the elf group scoffed at Ajax and didn’t believe his words.

He was not wrong because Ajax’s cultivation was only at low-level king realm cultivation, no one would believe he had things to discuss with the queen of the elves regarding the Five elemental world.

”So, are you not going to inform your Queen about my arrival?”

Ajax asked Flinar, the leader of the patrol elves in a calm tone.

This time, his words lacked politeness and there was even a hint of rudeness, making Flinar angry.

”No. So, go back to where you come from before I get serious.”

Even though he didn’t like when Ajax spoke rudely, he was given orders that they should not attack someone who didn’t even attack them or entered their territory.

”Since you are not going to let me meet your Queen, then I could only force myself into your territory.”

Ajax could sense that Flinar would not let him meet the queen of the ’Ancient Evergreen Forest’.

So, he didn’t want to waste his time on the small fries like the patrol elves and decided to force his way into the elf territory.

”Penta, let’s go. If anyone tries to stop you, slap them away.”

Ajax relaxed on the head of the five elemental spirit beast and ordered it to enter the ’Ancient Evergreen Woods’.

　　’Roar’

As soon as it received Ajax’s order, the five elemental spirit beast roared in excitement and it started moving forward without fear.

The spirit beast was angry when it saw Flinar was scoffing at Ajax when its master was trying to be polite. So, when it received the order, it didn’t waste any time as its intention moved towards Flinar.

　　”Everyone, attack.”

Flinar was surprised as he didn’t expect Ajax would dare enter their territory with only low-level king realm cultivation.

However, he was a little late to recognize the cultivation of the spirit beast under Ajax.

Nevertheless, he was not afraid because, in his eyes, the five elemental spirit beast was just an unevolved beast.

’So, how powerful can it be even if it has high-level king realm cultivation?’

Since Flinar also had the cultivation of a high-level king realm, he was not worried about an unevolved beast.

　　’Swoosh’

Soon, the ten elves including Flinar used their high-level heaven grade weapons and released arrows aiming at Ajax.

　　’Wind blades’

However, all those arrows were destroyed by Penta’s wind blades.

　　’Huh?’

Flinar frowned when he saw how easily the pentapus was able to destroy their arrow.

　　’Mudshots’

However, before they could use their trump cards, Penta had already used on of its attacks to immobilize them in the mud.

　　’What is this mud?’

’Why can’t we come out of it?’

’Leader, I am unable to hold my bow properly.’

The patrol elves were stuck in the mud shots released by the pentapus which instantly made them unable to fight.

Even though he decided to force his way into the Elf territory, Ajax didn’t want to kill anyone because he needed to get their acknowledgement in the end.

Moreover, he wanted to get more understanding of the Elves and he would get it after meeting with their Queen.

’I hope she will not be unreasonable like her guards.’

Relaxing on the back of the five elemental spirit beast, Ajax silently thought in his head.

　　’Whistle’

As the spirit beast moved forwards, Flinar took out a whistle and blew it.

’Huh? Looks like he is sending some kind of signal to others. Good. It will help me in which direction I should go.’

Ajax was not worried because according to the information he collected, there were no emperor realm cultivators in this region.

　　”Who are you?”

However, just as he thought, an emperor’s aura shot from the distance as a voice resounded in the entire region.
