Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go

Chapter 176: Chapter 177: Do I Seem Like I Want to See Him?

After leaving the cinema, Bo Sishen took her to eat udon noodles. Once outside the cinema, Mu Shini stood in front of a shop specializing in udon noodles without moving.

Before picking up her chopsticks, Mu Shini said to Bo Sishen, ”Uncle, I’m sorry for making you spend money on me again, just treat it as a work meal!”

Watching her eat noodles, he found it very pleasing to the eye.

Mu Shini looked at Bo Sishen while eating and apologized, ”Uncle, was it boring to watch a movie with me? I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t accompany you to finish the whole movie. It might be because of the medicine from last night, making me a bit drowsy now, so sitting for long makes me sleepy and hungry easily.”

Before coming to watch the movie with Bo Sishen, she had just had a meal with Bao Tinghao, and now she was hungry again!

Maybe she didn’t eat enough!

”It’s okay.” Bo Sishen reached out, across the table, and gently cupped her little face, lightly wiping the oil stain from the corner of her mouth with his thumb.

When Mu Shini saw his gentle action of wiping the corner of her mouth, she immediately felt a bit embarrassed.

What’s up with this uncle?

Why is he doing such ambiguous actions to her?

Just as she was about to speak, Bo Sishen withdrew his hand and smiled, ”Your mouth is all dirty, you little glutton.”

Mu Shini felt that Bo Sishen’s action and his charming smile made the atmosphere awkward, so she quickly changed the topic, ”Uncle, speaking of movies, I don’t like romance movies, I prefer sci-fi. If you want to go to the cinema and experience it before our relationship changes, you can choose a sci-fi movie and ask me to accompany you.”

”What is our relationship?” Bo Sishen looked deeply into her eyes, as if intentionally posing her a difficult question.

Mu Shini forced a smile and said, ”Of course, it’s the relationship of creditor and employee!”

She quickly moved her eyes away from his deep gaze, afraid of falling into that bottomless abyss!

”Aren’t all young girls into these romance movies?” Seeing her blush awkwardly, Bo Sishen didn’t continue teasing her but switched topics.

”No, not every girl likes romance movies. Those romances are for girls with a maiden’s heart and those in love. I’m a married woman without any desire to watch such movies.” Mu Shini responded lazily.

As a married woman, and in a less than ideal marriage, what was there for her to yearn for?

What’s the point of watching romance movies?

”Your husband is so powerful, you should yearn for a beautiful romance. Maybe he could be your perfect match?” Bo Sishen coughed lightly and said softly.

”No way! I’ve never really met him, never felt that heartbeat moment, how can I yearn?” Mu Shini finished the last bite of noodles, sat upright, and looked at Bo Sishen.

”Didn’t you say your husband is very ugly? Do you dare to look at his face?” Bo Sishen asked tentatively.

”His being ugly is one thing, but we’ve never met face to face, not even once.” Mu Shini propped her chin and said slowly.

”From your tone, it sounds like you’re looking forward to meeting him? Aren’t you afraid his ugliness might scare you?” Bo Sishen stared into her sparkling eyes and asked seriously.

Mu Shini paused, slowly putting down the hand supporting her chin, looking blankly at Bo Sishen, ”Do I seem like I want to meet him?”
