(BL) The Villain wants a Divorce!

The next morning was hectic for a couple of reasons.

First, Cass and Edgar had been entangled with each other, both men wrapped around the other even though Cass had fallen asleep very much separated from the man on the king-sized bed. Cass had been embarrassed that they had gotten so close while they had slept, and then remembered that Gideon was still in the room with them.

Not only that, he was reading a book that even Lucian found a little risqué.

When Cass sat up in bed, his heart racing, his face flushed, he found Gideon still in the same position that he had left him in, his eyes focused. He noticed Cass’ movements, glancing over.

As soon as they made eye contact, Cass watched Gideon’s face go red. He dropped his gaze back to the book, and Cass watched him swallow. Fuck.

Cass needed to speak to the man. It was a good thing that Edgar slept like the dead.

Cass crawled out of the bed, pulling himself carefully free of the sleeping man. Cass had to take a moment to admire how pretty his sleeping face was, steeling himself for the conversation ahead of him, before he got out of the bed. He didn’t have to tiptoe since Edgar was a heavy sleeper so Cass got quickly to the side of Gideon. He came around the back of the couch, Gideon stiffening as he approached.

”We can have a chat after I go pee.” Cass told him. Gideon nodded, his ears turning pink. It was a problem that the man was being so cute. Cass glanced at the book, realising that it was almost done. Cass was surprised by that, but then again, both Cass and Gideon liked reading, same as Cassian.

Cass cleared his throat, moving towards the bathroom quickly.

He relieved himself, washing his hands and taking a moment to brace himself. He wondered what kind of questions Gideon would ask? What did he need clarified? What was he going to be embarrassed about first? The thoughts circled in Cass’ head as he stared at the red-eyed, white haired man in the mirror. God, his face was flushed in anticipation, not even at the questions so far!

Cass dried his hands, turning towards the door and opening it. When he did, he found Gideon there, book in hand, his jaw tight.

”I didn’t want to wake Edgar up. Is it alright if we discuss this in here?” He asked quietly and Cass nodded, stepping back to allow the man to enter the bathroom. Cass closed the door behind him as Gideon entered, and then spun. He swallowed, this finger keeping his place in the book as he met Cass’ gaze.

”What do you want to ask?” Cass asked, swallowing nervously. Was he the right person to ask? Probably the best person to ask, if he was honest. He wasn’t asking about straight sex, and Cass was well versed in gay romance novels. These books were...tame compared to some of the stuff he’d read.

”I am aware that I have been...uninformed when it comes to relations with others. I know this, or it’s become obvious to me as all of you have been sharing secret looks that I am simply unaware of. I just...I had no idea that this could be so...graphic. This isn’t sold in regular book stores, is it?” He asked quietly and Cass was surprised that was the first question he asked.

Cass gave a little laugh, shaking his head.

”No, especially not these stories because they are between two men, and also, a demon.” Cass told him. Gideon nodded, his expression serious as his face was close to the same colour as his hair.

”Understood. Um, is it alright if I ask you some awkward questions?” He asked and Cass nodded. This was almost refreshing considering his lack of experience physically, but his wealth of knowledge of the acts Gideon had read.

”I’m hopefully prepared for any of your questions.” Cass told him and Gideon nodded. He cleared his throat awkwardly.

”So, um, they referred to the penis getting hard as erections. They spoke often of desires and lust and how they were unable to fight the pull they felt towards each other. Is that...common? Being unable to fight it?” He asked. ”Because I have been. I have been able to fight it my whole life.” Cass couldn’t describe the feeling that grew in his chest well as he stared into Gideon’s sincere eyes.

How could he? The man was asking if there was something wrong with him because he was able to fight against his own desires. It was the exact opposite that Cass had felt when he was growing up. His confusion as to why he was unable to feel the same desires as others, not fight against them.

A sweetness was growing for the man. It was probably the same kind of sweetness the others had grown for Ava before she went fucking crazy. Was this the saint effect? Cass wasn’t sure.

”Gideon,” Cass said softly, ”there is nothing wrong with you because you were able to fight against the desires that you felt. Nothing. One very important thing to remember when reading these novels is that they are a fantasy. They might hold kernels of truth, but they aren’t meant to be taken literally. So, say the writer was in a similar place that you were. A place where you couldn’t express your feelings or thoughts in fear that you could be kicked out, hurt or beaten for showing off your true desires.” Cass spoke carefully, kindly. Gideon swallowed, nodding.

He dropped his gaze to the book cover, his thumb rubbing against it thoughtfully and Cass felt his heart squeeze.

”Okay.” He said softly. ”I understand.” His eyes grew pensive before he nodded. ”Um, so it’s not shameful to get erect?” He asked and Cass gave a laugh.

”Well, sometimes you can’t control when you get one, so it can feel shameful, but no, it’s not. If it was, I would die of shame considering how many I’ve had since I’ve gotten here.” Cass said jokingly. Gideon smiled for a second before he fell from his face.

”Okay.” He paused. ”While reading, they spoke of how men could have sexual relations. They used, um, the back.” Gideon was very careful about how he was saying it. Cass gave him a soft, kind smile.

”Yeah. The ass. Not all men do, but they tend to like it for several reasons. There is a bundle of nerves in the ass called the prostate that can feel very good when rubbed against.” Cass told him. Gideon flushed, nodding.

”They said something about it in the book too.” Yeah, Cass could remember that passage. The demon had been screaming about how good it had felt and the dragon had been uh, dedicated. It was a good thing that Cass was explaining it further.

”Does it cause orgasms like in the book?” He asked and Cass shrugged.

”Sometimes, but you also shouldn’t take that part seriously. The only race that I know of that has two dicks are dragons. I don’t, Edgar doesn’t, and you don’t. You also don’t need to stretch someone as much when it comes to preparing for sexual relations. However,” Cass remembered a detail from the book that he needed to clarify. ”Never, ever go in without finding something to lubricate the hole, dick, what have you. That was one part that made me very uncomfortable. You could cause serious damage to your partner.” Cass warned.

Gideon nodded, taking his warning very seriously.

”Thank you for clarifying. I was also confused at that point. I didn’t think that the asshole was self lubricating.” He was right, in most cases. Cass didn’t think he was, but with his secondary uh, body part, he basically was.

”Correct. Most are not.” Cass said, thinking of Edgar. Gideon flushed, glancing at Cass before turning his gaze back to the book.

”I...there were a lot of shocking things in the book. Things that I never even considered. I just thought kissing was enough.” Gideon admitted. It was a cute thought.

”Do you like kissing Edgar?” Cass asked softly and Gideon gave an eager nod.

”I do. I really like it.” Gideon admitted without shame. Then, he let out a shaky breath. ”I never even considered that if I touched him more that he would feel more pleasure. I didn’t even consider it. Then again, I never thought that I would ever get to.” Gideon said. ”It’s...overwhelming, the realisation that this isn’t taboo here.” Gideon slid his gaze to Cass, his face flushing more. ”Nor that it is taboo that what my body can do can also help you.” Cass felt his eyes widen slightly in surprise.

”Oh?” Cass said, unable to follow his train of thought, but knew that the man was about to say something that was going to surprise him further. Gideon swallowed.

”Edgar spoke to me about your needs. So did Sam. You need semen to survive, right?” Cass nodded. ”Well, Edgar was asking if I could provide that for you. I was a little confused about what he meant by that, even more so when he said that I could put it into a cup. There was one thing that the temple did teach, that once you were married you could only give your seed to your partner.” Gideon flushed, his lips pursing slightly. ”I don’t like the idea of putting my seed into a cup, but I also know that we are not close enough that I could give it to you in any other way. I also don’t want you to starve.” He closed his eyes, sighing. ”I am at a crossroads of my own making.”

This serious, embarrassing man.

This was almost worse than Lucian hitting on him. Almost. Gideon didn’t even know what he was doing, the intention wasn’t there. That didn’t stop Cass’ body from reacting, though.

They had spoken of erections, and damn it, Cass felt his own rise to the occasion. It was such an uncomfortable feeling, since Cass wasn’t sure if the man even liked him that way. They had all ’joked’ about it, but Cass never wanted to force the man. Even as they spoke about cumming in cups or not cumming in cups.

”Um, there’s a way that we could get closer.” Cass felt the words leave his mouth before he could stop himself. Gideon’s eyes darted to Cass’ face as Cass immediately regretted his words. He looked away, covering his mouth, catching his blushing face in the mirror and wanting to kick himself. ”Never mind. You don’t have to worry about it.” Gideon stepped closer, grabbing Cass’ arm.

”I-I want to know how to get closer to you!” Gideon said a little too loudly. He flushed, clearing his throat. He leveled his eyes to Cass, his eyes so sincere it made Cass feel like a bad person. ”I want to know how to get closer to you.” He repeated. Cass gulped.

”We could kiss.” Cass whispered. ”You like it, and we could consider it a test. To see if it would even work.” Cass blushed. ”You don’t have to. I was just-” Cass knew he was backtracking twice. It had to do with how Gideon was looking at him. So serious.

”We could do that.” Gideon told him, stepping even closer. Gideon reached out with his free hand, grabbing Cass’ wrist. He tugged him closer. ”You’d have to uncover your mouth for us to do that, Cass.” Shit.

Fuck. Cass should not be laying his hands on this man. Even if this was something that Edgar had suggested to Gideon. Or something like that. Cass’ head was filling with stupid, silly ideas.

Cass glanced up at him, his hand slowly falling from his mouth. Ah shit.
