(BL) The Villain wants a Divorce!

”Lucian Draken!” Cass hissed, and Lucian chuckled.

”You sound so angry, but I’m the one who had to keep up with you. You kept being so demanding, wanting my cum. Was it not enough? Maybe we do need Edgar involved. So he can help satisfy you.” Lucian’s words were soft, and Cass jerked his head away from his voice. Cass was choking on the words that Lucian had spoken, and Lucian looked very pleased by that fact.

”You’re in trouble. He said your full name.” Edgar said, and Cass knew that he wasn’t on his side. He was on the side that would allow him to join them.

Cass made a small noise of complaint. It was soft, coming from his throat, and Lucian froze, before a deep, rumbling purr filled his chest.

”Awe. Sorry Cassy Baby. I didn’t mean to upset you so much. Are you embarrassed? It’s okay.” Lucian’s voice was soft, warm and Cass ducked his head. His hands were claws against Lucian’s chest, and he dug in. Showing his displeasure.

”I am trying to figure out how long I can be myself right now. You are not. Helping.” Cass gasped. The simmering had roared to life, and his legs felt a little loose, wiggly. He was weak in the knees. Cass glared at his legs, trying to look past the tent that was in his own pants, and Lucian’s.

”I’m sorry. I just wanted to tease you.” Lucian said and Cass grumbled.

”No, you wanted this result.” Cass protested and watched as Lucian’s stomach moved as he laughed.

”I apologise then. I can’t say I’m unhappy with this result. Eddie, grab the bottle of wine and put it on the nightstand. Cass might need it, and you might too. Also, go out into the hallway and let Sam know that you want to sign the contract too. He’ll know what you mean when you say you got Cass’ approval. Wait, did you get Cass’ approval?”

Cass could feel both men staring at him. While neither had really asked his opinion in this up until now, Cass did not feel like it was right to lie about his feelings either. Yes, he was hesitant to have Edgar involved in this. For several reasons.

Edgar, while clearly showing interest in Cass, had other avenues he could pursue. He liked women, and men. At least, that was the air he gave off. He didn’t have to pursue Cass in any way. Cass felt a little weird about it, honestly.

Then Cass remembered that Lucian was also interested in both men and women. Cass felt weird all over again. That wasn’t the same for him. He never, ever would have interest in women. It just wasn’t something that was up for debate.

With Lucian, he’d jumped head first over the line. Had made himself clear, for a month, what he wanted in this situation. Edgar...hadn’t. Maybe that was Cass’ bias showing. He hadn’t exactly given Edgar a chance to show Cass that he wanted to be involved. That was partially on Cass.

Cass hummed and hawed for a moment longer before finally he let out a sigh. He didn’t want to exhaust Lucian. That wasn’t what he wanted, so...maybe he was right? Maybe he did need some more...help?

Gods, fuck, fuck everything. He hated even thinking that! Now that he had the memories that Lord Blackburn had given back to him, he could really see what Lucian meant. He came like a damn lion. Just smearing cum all over himself, and Lucian. The sheets had to have been disgusting when they were done.

”Don’t speak to anyone about what you see. No one outside of this room.” Cass warned lowly, and Edgar brightened, before he grew serious.

”I would never, Cass. That’s...that’s a clear line I know I shouldn’t cross. Not even under torture will I tell.” Edgar promised. Cass blinked, surprised by the weight of those words. Why did he sound so sincere? Cass turned to look at Edgar, truly look at him and Cass came to a slightly horrifying question.

Had Edgar been tortured before?

Cass pushed that thought to the back of his mind. Now was not the time to be considering the implications of that statement, because the list of who would torture a Vespertine was not something Cass had considered yet. Cass shook himself.

”Okay. Go talk to Sam. Uh, sign the same contract. I’m sure he’s keeping it somewhere safe.” Cass told him, and watched as a bright, happy smile crossed Edgar’s face.

”Are we doing this right now?” Edgar asked and Cass made a face. He didn’t want to. He hadn’t been awake for long, but he’d...gotten emotional and that seemed to spur on this...need of his. Both men waited for Cass’ response and Cass let out a soft groan.

”I think we’ll have to. I got too angry.” Cass muttered and Lucian gave him a squeeze.

”You didn’t get too angry. You got rightfully angry, and your body is reacting to those emotions. It’s okay. We’ll be here to catch you.” Cass shouldn’t find that comforting, but he did. So far, Lucian had caught him. He’d actually been very good with him last time.

Cass was slightly embarrassed to come to that realisation.

”We can just...play cards together until everything hits the fan.” Cass suggested and could feel them giving him a strange look.

”You...want to play cards? And what does ’hits the fan’ mean?” Edgar asked carefully and Cass realised that because he was in such a chaotic state, he was slipping. His words were messing up with slang that he would normally use in his world.

Finally, Cass moved away from Lucian’s arms, much to Lucian’s reluctance, but Cass needed to be able to see both of their faces. He wanted to read their expressions, see how they were taking his words.

”I’m not there yet, and there is no need to rush into it. I’m testing to see how long I can last. It wouldn’t be a very good test if I just gave up instead of pushing myself to the limit. It will also be good for both of you to see me in that state since you will be with me when we’re at the ball.” Cass said. Dawning crossed Lucian’s face, while Edgar nodded slowly, looking thoughtful.

”That’s a solid plan.” Edgar said, and Cass was glad for it. He’d made it up on the spot. A way to get them as far away from the bed as he could manage. Lucian nodded slowly.

”That’s a very solid plan. I was focused on making sure you were okay. I apologise for not considering that. I have work to do.” Lucian’s voice was almost remorseful, like he couldn’t forgive himself for not considering that as an option. There was a simple reason for that.

Cass was trying to make sure that it took a long time for them to end up in bed together. Cass felt too fucking aware right now. Maybe...maybe he needed a little bit of that fogginess that took over his mind to get him through the next round.

He also hoped that Lord Blackburn got the message. Do not give him his memories back. The only reason why Cass wasn’t a mess for a completely different reason was because he’d had a rather awful realisation.

”Also, ’hits the fan’ refers to a situation where you are minding your own business and then something awful or unexpected happens. Suddenly. Usually the full phrase is ’shit has hit the fan’ or something along those lines. I’ll try not to use other world phrases. I’m just slipping up because, well.” Cass made a broad gesture to his body, the bed, and the rest of the room. ”This.” He finished lamely and Lucian’s smile reached his eyes when he looked at him.

”I think I get it. Are we the shit that is going to hit the fan for the King?” He asked and Cass gave a small chuckle.

”Maybe? Probably not, but I appreciate that you are trying to use it.” Cass told him, and Edgar just shook his head.

”I’ll go speak to Sam now. Do you know if there are any cards in the room?” Edgar asked and Cass gave a shrug.

”No idea. Haven’t checked any of the drawers. You two probably know more about this room than I do.” Cass admitted, albeit a bit begrudgingly. How deeply had Cass let these to infiltrate his life while Sam was away? It felt like he wouldn’t be able to shake them off once they went back to the mansion.

That was a problem, since Cass still held out hope that he would be able to separate from the hero party at some point. He had to separate from the hero party. If he was around Fiona, things could get confusing, and she was technically the one who killed him.

It just made sense.

”Then if they haven’t been moved, there should be some cards and other games in the dresser by the bathroom.” Edgar said, proving a point to Cass. They did know his room better than he did. Granted, did Cass even know the other bedroom he had at all?

No. Sam knew it the best in that case. Cass was just...a guest in his own house.

This was why he needed a smaller house. They were too damn big for him.

”Can you also grab some more couch pillows for us? Some nicer ones, since Cass destroyed the old ones.” Lucian asked as Edgar headed for the door. Cass felt his face flush at the reminder, but the men didn’t react in the slightest. Edgar gave Lucian a thumbs up behind his head as he headed for the door.

They were working in tandem again. It was a little eerie, but what could Cass do at this point? Running away was the only solution he could think of, and he needed their help still.

Just...just a few more weeks and maybe he could escape. He had to be hopeful. This ball would probably be the reputation boost that he needed. The one that the gods had wanted from him.

He was sure he was going to come out as not a villain.

To the public eye.
