(BL) The Villain wants a Divorce!

”Fine. Lucian. You aren’t-we aren’t doing whatever you think we are. I never agreed to your help. The Doctor also dropped off the tools I asked for anyways. I’m prepared for my next one, and my magic abilities are coming back stronger every day. You know that.” Cass said, sniffing. He had to tear his gaze away from Draken’s, unable to meet that orange gaze. He wasn’t sure what he was expecting.

He just knew he couldn’t handle if his gaze was warm and affectionate, and he couldn’t handle it if it was the opposite. What the hell was wrong with him?

”Hmm. The Doctor already dropped off the tools, huh? Why were they rushing? You still have quite a bit of time before it happens.” Draken murmured, and Cass swallowed.

”Being prepared isn’t a bad thing.” Cass defended and felt Draken’s grip tighten on him, pulling him closer, even just slightly and Cass felt his face warm. He really wished he would stop bumping their bodies together the way that he was. He wasn’t going to react. He knew that. He just hoped that Draken didn’t get worked up accidentally and then try to start something.

No. Wait. That was an unkind thought. Draken wasn’t Vespertine.

”No. Not a bad thing at all, but that does make me wonder if the Doctor has pure intentions towards you. It’s strange that they were able to procure those items so quickly. I was actually worried if they would even be able to come up with them before your next...week long isolation. Of course, I am not going to speak ill of your magic. You are a great mage. However,” Draken leaned in, his breath fanning Cass’ neck and ear. ”I have a feeling I know what you used to do, Cassian, and that’s pretty delicate spell work. Why don’t you let me help, hmm? I could do the spell for you. Plus, if anything goes wrong, I can be there to help. We can set rules. I can follow rules.” He was being sweet.

He was begging. He was pleading, he was gently rocking Cass against his body and Cass was full of worry and panic that something was going to rise up against his will. He let out a noise when Draken’s tongue touched his ear. Wet, slippery, something he had never felt in his life.

It was so shocking that Cass jerked, turning his gaze towards Draken’s to find the man smirking, his orange eyes warm still.

”Look at that. Another glare from those pretty red eyes of yours. Twice so soon? Wow. I’m feeling like someone might be tolerating me.” He teased and Cass gasped. He raised his hands, pressing them against Draken’s chest, feeling up his pecs. Fuck. His hands barely were even able to cup them fully. What the fuck was the man eating? He was meant to be pushing him away, and instead he got distracted by the man’s chest.

Draken laughed.

”Wow. You really stopped protesting when I gave you my chest. I’ll have to keep it in mind. Do you like my muscles, Cass?”

Cass thought his heart was going to beat out of his chest.

His face turned bright red, his pulse pounding in his body and he knew his mouth hung open, his jaw unlocked, as Draken bent, grinning, rubbing his nose against Cass’. What the fuck was this man up to? Why was he behaving this way?

Cass felt confused, dazed, and yet, even though he knew what actions were getting this reaction from him, Cass found he couldn’t take his hands away from the man’s damned pecs. That, and he called him Cass? He called him his nickname?

He had only barely gotten used to Lord Ridgewood calling him that without flinching recently, and now Draken was coming in and calling him that?

”You better watch out, Cass. You look too cute and I’m not going to be able to keep my hands to myself.” Draken teased. Cass, trembling, shaking, a flurry of emotions in his body, wasn’t able to watch his words. Not that he tried too hard when it came to Draken.

”You aren’t keeping your hands to yourself right now.” Cass licked his lips, feeling his hands clench around the muscles under his hands and he let out a soft groan. Come on Cass, get your shit together!

Take your hands! Off of the pecs! Take them off!

Draken began to laugh, the chest under his hands bouncing as he laughed as Cass felt something shoot down his spine, and his worst fear began to happen. Cass felt himself begin to harden.

Fuck. Fuck shit fuck. Do not notice. Do not notice!

”You’re right. I do have a problem keeping my hands to myself when it comes to those who have caught my interest. I don’t think it’s a bad thing, do you?” Draken was smiling at Cass. Cass could tell because he glanced up, but didn’t get to his eyes. His grin widened more. ”Awe. Feeling a little shy? How cute. It should be a crime how sweet you look after you’ve been crying. Tell me, do you think you’d cry after being intimate? Or during? I’m rather curious.” Cass hated hearing that word from his lips.

He knew it only spelt his ruin, and thankfully, it was enough of a wake up call for Cass to actually push against his chest, feel how much his pecs squished under his hands, but still get his point across. Cass felt like he’d just run a marathon as Draken finally, eventually, stepped away. Raising his hands up, smiling, grinning, in a wonderful mood as Cass gasped for breath, crossing his legs as he sat on the desk, trying to gain a single strand of sanity.

”I don’t like crying.” Cass stated as coolly as he could, but his voice trembled. Fuck. He sounded wispy, weak. Fuck everyone. Fuck everything. But he was NOT going to fuck Draken!

”A shame. Since watery eyes suit you.” Draken kept being insistent, and Cass frowned.

”How rude of you to say so. What if I said I thought that you would look good crying?” Cass fired back, flustered, embarrassed. He was lashing out. He knew he was, but damn it, Draken was an easy target!

Draken crossed his arms as Cass refused to meet his gaze still. Cass had to subtly swallow the saliva building in his mouth as the man plumped up the pecs that he’d had in his hands only moments before. He didn’t think he would have been that interested in another person, but damn it! The feeling was going to haunt him.

”Do you want to see me crying, Cass?” Cass jerked at the question, feeling like the layer of protection he had put around himself shook at the question. Did Cass want to see him cry? Was it Cass proper, or was it also Lord Blackburn? Cass wasn’t sure if he wanted to face the truth at the moment, but Draken wasn’t going to give him a choice. ”I’d say we could make it a trade, hmm? You do your best to make me cry and beg, and I’ll do my best to do the same.” Draken didn’t even need to approach Cass, his words had enough of an impact.

Cass was thankful he had crossed his legs when he did. Shit. Cass bit his lip, turning his gaze away from him as he reached down, clenching his hands on his knee. His fingers went white from the force of his grip.

”We aren’t doing that.” Cass ground out, trying to sound firm again but he sounded like he was breathy, shaky. Draken chuckled.

”Sure, Sweetness. You tell yourself that. I like that you have a strong will, and are stubborn. Good traits for a Dragon’s bond. That you’re pretty like a fairy also helps, but I try not to be shallow.” Cass was pretty sure he should have fainted by now by how red his face felt. Fucking hell. The man needed to stop complimenting him.

Cass wasn’t used to it. He hadn’t been a stunner like Lord Blackburn in his past life. He was handsome, or decent to some people, but he hadn’t been male lead handsome. Of course, as one of four husbands, Lord Blackburn was a stunner.

Did Cass have any illusions that his looks hadn’t been used against him because of who he got his looks from? Cass had no doubt that Lord Blackburn had had backhanded compliments thrown his way since he was a baby.

The fact that Draken either didn’t know that, or give a fuck, really made the way he said them hit even more. Cass was sure some of the feelings stirring in his guts were from Lord Blackburn. He just knew it.

”This is only temporary.” Cass reminded him. Draken was the first one to say that, at least he was pretty sure, so he should just remind him. Yup. Remind him.

”Sure. Temporary. I won’t do anything more without your consent.” Cass twitched. The smug way Draken said that made it seem like he was sure that Cass would consent. That Cass would let the man get away with more, let him bond them completely.

Cass was a mixture of pissed, and impressed. He really didn’t get knocked down at all by what Cass was saying, or how he was saying it.

”Impressed?” Draken did lean in them, a smug little smirk on his face as Cass darted his gaze towards him and then darted his gaze away again. ”You should be. I am a great husband. A great bond partner. A great keeper of my den. I find it easy to be giving to those I consider dear. Family.” Cass swallowed, his heart hurting.

Fuck. He might be saying that word intentionally, and Cass frowned. He reached up, rubbing over his heart slowly, carefully, not responding to Draken’s words. Draken remained silent for a moment as Cass remained just as quiet.

”Shall I go get Sam to get you your dinner? You look exhausted, Sweetness.” Cass didn’t know what to say, or how to respond. The man was being kind, considerate, and fuck. He wasn’t...Cass wasn’t ready for this. He should just keep fucking up. That way Cass could keep pushing him away in his heart.
