Tang Li Xue was still fuming with rage for what happened before but she could not do anything since she could not find any trace of that yellow fox.

She pulled out the three people from her mid-rank space pouch and tied them all tightly using her [Blood Sealing Chain] before stored all of them inside her mid-rank space pouch again.

Yaya sat on the top of Tang Li Xue quietly, she felt really guilty because she could not stop that thief fox from killing and stealing those humans from Tang Li Xue.

Although, Tang Li Xue already comforted her and said it was not her fault at all but she still decided to work harder and make up for it later.

Tang Li Xue walked around the dark forest for a few hours until the sun almost rise and the skies also turned brighter.

She discovered many headless corpses scattered around but still did not manage to find a single living human.

Tang Li Xue frowned and she also finally felt some urgency.

ʼAll of these foxes are really the true elites! They work so fast and their efficiency is also really high! If this continues, I would never be able to catch any humans anymore! Rather than loitering around here and wait for the humans to come, I must enter deeper into the forest and find them as fast as I can!ʼ

Tang Li Xue decided to use her [Blink] skill repeatedly and entered deeper into the forest with unimaginable speed.

Tang Li Xue knew that the danger she would be facing would be increasing exponentially if she kept entering deeper into the forest but she had no choice right now.

She needs to catch another forty-seven living humans to complete her quest and finish this second trial after all.

The sun rose higher and higher when Tang Li Xue dashed deeper into the forest, she also killed several demonic beasts she met on her way for her and Yayaʼs breakfast.

Although the high dense bushes and giant tall trees obstructed her vision but Tang Li Xue could still detect everything around her so clearly using her advanced sense of smell and hearing.

Tang Li Xueʼs nose twitched a bit and she immediately stopped running.

ʼHmm... This is the human smell! Sigh... Finally, I find some humans. I almost thought that all humans here have been killed by those foxes.ʼ

Tang Li Xue also felt strange after contemplating it for a few hours before while kept running.

As a former human, she should feel nausea, sick, afraid, and panic when she saw many headless human corpses or when the yellow foxes beheaded the humansʼ heads in front of her.

But unfortunately, she did not feel that way!

The first thing appeared in her mind when she saw many headless human corpses were ʼI am so hungryʼ, ʼCan I eat this?ʼ, and ʼI want to try to taste it!ʼ.

This fact made her felt insecure and uncomfortable. She felt that she was getting more and more inhuman, and grow closer to become the genuine beast.

What if someday she could kill and ate humans every day but felt nothing just like when she ate raw beast meat every day now?

What if someday she would lose her humanity and started to feel great hatred and resentment toward humans too like what the other beasts felt toward humans?

Tang Li Xue shook her furry head. She put all of her worries and doubt deep inside her heart for now and activated her [Ethereal Form]. Her tiny furry figure instantly turned invisible.

Tang Li Xue also summoned out her martial soul, the [Flying Golden Fish] out to scout the situation of those humans in front of her. Since Tang Li Xue was still in her [Ethereal Form], her martial soul currently also in the same state as her right now.

She also ordered Yaya to follow her while kept hiding near her. Yaya could not see Tang Li Xue when she was in her [Ethereal Form] but Yaya could clearly sense Tang Li Xueʼs presence thanks to their connection through Tang Li Xueʼs system.

Tang Li Xue saw several humans fighting with a panther-like demonic beast through her the [Flying Golden Fish]ʼs vision.

The panther demonic beast was not really strong since its grade was only at [Uncommon] grade but its movement speed and reaction speed was quite fast.

Several humans who facing it were already battered and their body was full of scratching wounds but they still refuse to give up and kept fighting.

Tang Li Xue counted the total number of humans there silently from behind the bushes near them.

ʼThere are eight humans in total. Not a bad harvest! That black tiger is almost exhausted. I will wait until they finish their battle before ambushing them with Yaya!ʼ

The human team and black tiger fierce battle kept going for a few minutes before the black tiger stunned for a few seconds because of its exhaustion and the human team took that chance to stab their weapons onto the black tigerʼs weak points.

No one dead in the human team but several of them received some severe injuries on their neck or their chest due to the black tigerʼs sharp claw or bite.

Tang Li Xue took this chance when all the humans in that group were still extremely exhausted from their fierce battle against the black tiger to launch an ambush!

She also ordered Yaya with her mind to attack along with her using the [Air Bullet] to knock them out until they faint or [Gale Prison] to restrain their move.

Yaya flew toward the group of humans while using her [Gale Step]. Her tiny green figure was moving at an amazing speed like an arrow.

BANG... BANG... BANG...

Yaya knocked out the three fatally injured humans with her [Air Bullet] until they fainted!

The rest of the humans immediately stood up and raised their guard. They gripped their weapon tightly but they still confused about who attacked their comrades just now since Yayaʼs movement was too fast and they did not even see her until now.

Tang Li Xue jumped onto the shoulder of one human in the group and canceled her [Ethereal Form].

Her sharp claws moved criss-cross in blurry because of her unbelievable speed.

PUFF... PUFF..... PUFF... PPPSSSHHHHHH...

”AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!” The three other humans fell down while holding onto their eyes.

Tang Li Xue activated her [Ethereal Form] back and her tiny furry figure turned transparent once again.

ʼSix down! Two more to go!ʼ

The other two humans looked at all of their fainted friends in panic and horror then looked around them in confusion.

They did not even manage to see Tang Li Xueʼs shadow when she attacked before she turned on her [Ethereal Form] again like now.

The other two humans decided to abandon their fainted friends and ran away by themselves.

ʼYaya!ʼ

Yaya nodded her head toward Tang Li Xue and used her [Gale Prison]!

The other two humans that trying to run away were trapped inside the violent tornado and could not move right now.

Tang Li Xue pounced toward them swiftly to finish them but her sharp ears heard some sounds of something move from behind the nearby bushes.

ʼDammit! Not again!ʼ

Tang Li Xue turned off her [Ethereal Form] and twisted her body on mid-air then somersault back onto where she stood before.

She decided to abandon the two humans in front of her and hastily threw the six fainted humans into her mid-rank space pouch.

ROOOOAAAAAARRRRR~~!!!

The [Demonic Blood Fox] jumped out from the bushes while roaring out loud!

”AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!”

It used its sharp claws and fangs to tear the two restrained humansʼ limbs and bodies to tiny pieces only leaving their heads behind!

The [Demonic Blood Fox] licked the blood on its mouth with an intoxicated expression for a while then glared at Tang Li Xue with the intense murderous intent!

Tang Li Xueʼs expression also turned solemn but she did not afraid at all. She even stared back at the [Demonic Blood Fox]ʼs blood-red eyes.

Their eyes met with each other and their pressure also clashed head-on.

Actually, Tang Li Xue could activate her [Ethereal Form] and ran away safely to avoid any conflict with this [Demonic Blood Fox] but she already decided not to do it.

She was extremely fed up with this [Demonic Blood Fox] intolerable bullying before and she already decided to teach this arrogant fox a very harsh lesson the next time she met with it!

Tang Li Xue even had a thought of killing this [Demonic Blood Fox] if they were really not under the examinerʼs supervision but she decided to not kill it now. At least, not under this trial or inside Foxes Home...

The [Demonic Blood Fox] was the first one to make the move!

It sprinted toward Tang Li Xue with its full speed and its big sturdy body turned blurry in an instant.

The [Demonic Blood Fox] opened its mouth that full of sharp fangs wide and bite Tang Li Xueʼs tiny body forcefully.

However, Tang Li Xue immediately activated her [Ethereal Form] the moment its sharp fangs almost touched her!

BAAAAAAANGGGG~~!!!

The [Demonic Blood Fox]ʼs attack missed and it only managed to bite the empty air. It looked around trying to find where Tang Li Xue was.

But right now, Tang Li Xue was actually running under the [Demonic Blood Fox]ʼs stomach!

Tang Li Xue turned off her [Ethereal Form] and used her own sharp claw to cut the [Demonic Blood Fox]ʼs stomach!

PUUUUUFFFFF~~!!!

Even with the [Demonic Blood Fox] tough and hard muscle, Tang Li Xueʼs sharp claw could still easily penetrate into its skin and cut its flesh!

ʼYaya! Now!ʼ

Yaya already wanted to help Tang Li Xue since a long time ago but Tang Li Xue ordered her to wait.

Yaya actually could not wait anymore to help Tang Li Xue but she still patiently wait for Tang Li Xueʼs signal.

So Yaya cast several [Wind Blades] the moment she heard Tang Li Xueʼs words!

When the [Demonic Blood Fox] still distracted because of Tang Li Xueʼs sudden attacks under its body, several of Yayaʼs [Wind Blades] sliced the four of its limbs!

Tang Li Xue could see that her victory was already on her sight but she also felt a bit doubtful.

ʼIs the [Rare] grade demonic beast really this weak?ʼ
