The Crown Prince In Hiding

Prince Everton, the second son of the Diablo nation from across the distant sea, was the younger brother of Fury by blood. His body, like his brother’s, was encased in a black, armor-like shell—but where Fury’s frame was built for battle, Everton’s was a different design. Standing 1.9 meters tall and weighing over a hundred kilograms, he was not born for the frontlines.

Everton had been crafted with most of his power invested in his mind rather than his muscles—capable of fighting, but only to a limited extent. Appointed by the Demon King himself as the head of Diablo’s Ministry of Finance, he held absolute authority over the nation’s wealth and resources.

In the decade following the war, Everton’s path had diverged sharply from his elder brother’s. While Fury’s renown rested on the battlefield, Everton’s influence grew in the realm of strategy and statecraft. Through the Demon King’s plan to open Diablo’s borders, Everton was steadily positioning the nation to rise as a global superpower—capable of standing toe-to-toe with all five human kingdoms in the post-war era.
