Just Came Into Wealth, Now Renting with Three Flight Attendants

67: Lu Hanxiao’s way of expressing gratitude“All the management and Pursers below, please also take note.”

“From today onwards, the Airline Company will strictly follow the schedule for flights and strictly assess performance.”

“Those who got into the company through connections and performed poorly, I won’t name names here, please go to the HR Department to process your resignation!”

A stone thrown, the loudest cries are from those hit the hardest.

Soon, several more people below expressed their dissatisfaction.

“What exactly does your Airlines want to do?”

“If you fire all of us, your flights won’t be able to take off!”

“Get the Major Shareholder out here, I want to see what tricks he’s playing!”

“Excuse me.”

General Manager looked at those few people; they were precisely the ones who had been brought in through connections in previous batches.

He used to find it troublesome, but now that the Major Shareholder had spoken, he no longer had any psychological burden.

“The Major Shareholder said that those with connections are priority targets for optimization. Please proceed with the resignation process after you leave.”

“Alright, consider your Airlines ruthless, this isn’t over!”

Pan Jinhe and a few other ’connected’ employees, unable to save face, dropped a threat and hurriedly left the lecture hall.

Then, General Manager turned to the HR Manager and said,

“The autumn recruitment is coming soon; publish this year’s campus recruitment announcement on the official website.”

“Ah? Autumn recruitment?”

The HR Manager hadn’t reacted yet.

“Yes. Due to significant personnel changes, we need to expand recruitment. This year, we will recruit 200 interns, and the number of permanent positions will be set at 80!”

“Okay, General Manager Yu.” The HR Manager quickly wrote it down, “Which schools should we recruit from?”

“According to the Major Shareholder’s instructions, there are three main places: one is Jiangcheng Civil Aviation Institute, another is Jiangcheng University’s Flight Attendant program, and the last is to go to job fairs for social recruitment.”

General Manager relayed Zhang Yu’s instructions.

“Okay, I’ll go down and handle it immediately!”

The HR Manager nodded.

He couldn’t help but sigh, this Major Shareholder really acts decisively.

So quickly, is he going to carry out a complete personnel purge at Airlines?

First, eliminate those with connections.

Then, massively introduce fresh blood, increase the conversion rate to permanent positions, and thereby make all the old employees feel the pressure.

Some unhealthy practices existing at Airlines will quickly be reversed.

This will also greatly enhance the brand image and customer reputation of the Airlines Company.

They weren’t unaware of these principles, but what they could do was truly limited.

After finishing these tasks, General Manager also sent a message to Zhang Yu: “General Manager Zhang, as per your instructions, I have already conveyed all the matters.”

“Mm, very good.” Zhang Yu replied, “Also send me the next recruitment plan and the conversion scheme for interns. I will conduct unannounced inspections at any time.”

“Yes. General Manager Zhang, I will send you the plan as soon as it’s finalized!”

General Manager replied cautiously, “Should I leave Pan Yuyao and the others who were re-added to the list behind and brief them separately on some matters?”

General Manager knew that Zhang Yu had directly contacted him only after seeing that initial list.

Therefore, the few people re-selected on the second list might all be Zhang Yu’s people.

However, the most likely candidate had to be Pan Yuyao.

Because she was the only one associated with the previous Di Xiaoba incident.

Xiong Tingting and Lin Mengyao, it seemed, had no connection.

“That won’t be necessary.” Zhang Yu replied, “Just do your job well, and don’t take matters into your own hands otherwise.”

“Yes, General Manager Zhang!” General Manager agreed.

He was completely obedient to the Major Shareholder’s words... The intern conversion conference ended amidst a hubbub.

The people in the lecture hall dispersed one after another.

The 30 people who were converted to permanent positions were all beaming with joy.

Being hired as an official Flight Attendant for Airlines meant an annual salary of 200,000, five insurances and two housing funds, and various benefits like cosmetic brands, movie tickets, and concert passes.

For girls, there was no better job to be found.

Those who were not hired, though disappointed, could accept it.

With a year’s internship experience certificate from Airlines, they would be highly sought after by other Airline Companies.

Airlines’ business capabilities and etiquette training have always been of high standards.

Their looks and figures, needless to say, already had a brand effect.

Only a very small number of people with poor performance and business skills could only leave the Flight Attendant industry and pursue other work.

“Sister Xiao, I’m really, really happy today.”

Pan Yuyao walked out of the lecture hall, unable to hide her joy; today’s ups and downs were too thrilling: “I successfully became a permanent employee, and we can continue to be colleagues. Let’s go back and celebrate properly today.”

Lu Hanxiao looked at her excited expression and couldn’t help but smile, nodding: “Okay, but let’s not rush, let’s complete the conversion process first.”

“Oh, right, the contract hasn’t been signed yet!”

Pan Yuyao slapped her head.

Afterward, the two of them went to the HR Department, completed the formal onboarding procedures, and then returned to Binjiang Mansion together.

Along the way, Pan Yuyao chirped about what she would do after earning money, and Lu Hanxiao smiled throughout, listening to her talk about future plans... Meanwhile, in Jiangcheng’s upper circles, what happened at Airlines left them in disbelief.

“What? Airlines dismissed many Flight Attendants today?” Boss No. 1.

“My goddaughter isn’t on the permanent conversion list?” Boss No. 2.

“Did Airlines eat a bear’s heart and leopard’s guts? How dare they make such a big move!” Boss No. 3.

“What do they want to do? Do they not want to cooperate anymore?” Boss No. 4.

“I spend 100 million a year playing with Airlines, and Airlines treats me like air?” Boss No. 5.

At this moment, they were all in the same private room at a private club.

Hearing this news, they were all fuming with anger.

The person who came back to deliver the message kept his head down, not daring to breathe a word: “It is indeed true; the resignation procedures have all been completed. Moreover, Airlines is already preparing for a new round of recruitment to fill the vacancies.”

“Impossible, absolutely impossible!” The bosses were furious, “Even if General Manager had 100 times the courage, he wouldn’t dare. Get him to come see us!”

“Bosses, it is said, it is said that these are all decisions made by Airlines’ behind-the-scenes Major Shareholder,” the messenger said.

Behind-the-scenes Major Shareholder?

The several fat, big-headed bosses exchanged glances.

They had heard of Airlines’ behind-the-scenes Major Shareholder.

But they had never met him.

Previously, he had always been hands-off, only taking dividends, perfectly invisible.

Now, does he want to step into the limelight?

However, these five influential bosses had, after all, seen big things.

These five controlled the aviation discourse power in Jiangcheng and even the five central provinces.

Airport construction, airline establishment, and route design all revolved around them.

Even the height of a building constructed in the city had to be certified and approved by them.

They had the full capability to make any Airline Company successful or unsuccessful at will.

Therefore, their status in the aviation industry was supreme.

Those dismissed Flight Attendants were merely their canaries.

Countless such canaries could be replaced.

But their dismissal undoubtedly slapped them in the face.

If word got out, how could they continue to socialize?

“Since that’s the case, then Airlines must pay a price.”

The five influential bosses quickly reached a consensus.

“Go, find out the background of Airlines’ Major Shareholder. We want to see if he has three heads and six arms!”

“Airlines, this time, must be finished!”

...“You’re back?”

When Lu Hanxiao and Pan Yuyao returned to Binjiang Mansion and opened the door, Zhang Yu was in the kitchen making noodles.

“Landlord, are you making noodles for us again? Let’s eat out today!”

Pan Yuyao asked.

“You seem to be in a good mood, did you get converted to a permanent position?”

Zhang Yu asked casually.

Lu Hanxiao looked at him, as if he was completely unaware of this matter, he was too calm.

“Zhang Yu, the news of their conversion is already on TikTok. You don’t know?”

“Oh, I’m downstairs, I haven’t paid attention yet.”

He also knew that Lu Hanxiao was testing him.

“What, I heard the Major Shareholder intervened behind the scenes?”

“Yes, Landlord.” Pan Yuyao interjected, “Thanks to the Major Shareholder, otherwise I would have been unemployed. I must find an opportunity to thank him properly!”

“How do you plan to thank him, by offering yourself to him?” Zhang Yu asked with a smile.

“That depends on whether he’s handsome or not.” Pan Yuyao said, a little embarrassed.

However, there probably isn’t anyone more handsome than the Landlord, right? Besides the Landlord Zhang Yu, she had no feelings for anyone else.

“What if he’s like me?”

Zhang Yu asked with a smile.

“Ah?”

Pan Yuyao was stunned, Lu Hanxiao quickly said to her: “Yuyao, aren’t you going to tell Xiao Ba the good news? Go ask if she’s back yet.”

“Okay, I’ll go ask right away!”

Pan Yuyao walked aside.

“Zhang Yu, are you?”

Lu Hanxiao walked into the kitchen, looking at his sword-like eyebrows and star-like eyes.

“Yes, I am.”

Zhang Yu smiled at her.

Indeed!

Lu Hanxiao’s answer was confirmed.

“I’ve helped you so much, how are you going to thank me?” He asked again, with a half-smile.

“You go back to your room first. I’ll tell you later!” Lu Hanxiao said.

This matter, indeed, if it weren’t for him, the trio who had been together for a year would have broken up today.

Today, she really had to thank him with the utmost sincerity!

Zhang Yu looked at her, wondering what new trick she had up her sleeve?

But soon, he returned to his room.

Hearing the sound of the door opening downstairs, Di Xiaoba was back. The few of them cheered excitedly, almost tearing off the ceiling.

“Sister Xiao, let’s call the Landlord and go celebrate together?”

“You two go first, I’ll go up and call him, we’ll contact each other by phone later!” Lu Hanxiao said.

“Okay, then we’ll go first!”

Watching them both leave the door.

Lu Hanxiao then went upstairs to the second floor.

She knocked on Zhang Yu’s door.

“The door isn’t locked, come in.”

As Zhang Yu spoke, he saw the bedroom door open.

Lu Hanxiao’s pair of fair, bare legs were almost completely uncovered.

In her hand, she held the eye mask that Pan Yuyao had bought last time.
