Living In Another World With A Farm

Chapter 5247: Chapter 663-losses (2)

The armored soldiers stopped about 100 meters away from them. Then, they slightly organized themselves and began to move forward.

Nearly a hundred of those air dance level experts immediately split up and charged directly at the armored Army. However, before they could reach the armored Army, the armored Army suddenly threw Spears at those air dance level experts like a rain.

The Wukong-level Masters had never encountered such an attack before. They were stunned for a moment, then immediately waved their weapons to block the spears.

However, they found that these Spears were extremely heavy. Although they could block the spears, it was impossible for them to get close to the armored soldiers and attack. They could feel from the power of the spears that if they ignored the spears and attacked the armored soldiers, they would be injured.

As soon as the dancing sky-level experts blocked a wave of Spears, another wave of Spears flew over. They had no choice but to block them again. When they blocked the third wave of Spears, no more Spears flew out from the armored soldiers. He was a Spearman standing at the front of the armored soldiers. These spearmen lifted their Spears and slowly advanced like a wall.

The Wukong-level experts felt that there was something strange about the armored Army. The battle tactics of the armored Army were different from the military tactics they were familiar with. This mountain-like way of advancing and the spear throwing had never appeared before in the armies of the city-states in the spirit weapon world. This made them a little surprised.

But they didn’t think too much about it. In their opinion, no matter what the opponent’s combat method was, he was not at the Wukong level, so it would be very easy for them to take care of him.

All of the Wukong-level experts moved their bodies and rushed straight towards the armored Army. However, at this moment, they suddenly heard a burst of wind-breaking sound. Those Wukong-level experts were all stunned. They couldn’t help but look up. They couldn’t help but be shocked when they saw a black cloud pressing down on them. These Wukong-level experts were shocked and quickly waved their weapons to meet the black cloud.

Those Wukong-level experts could clearly see that there was a dark cloud above their heads, which was clearly a flying axe. These flying axes were all short-handled and very large. These flying axes were considered heavy weapons. If a person was hit by these flying axes without any defense, he would definitely be cut in half.

The flying axes were too fast, and the masters of the sky dance level were not prepared. With the weight of the flying axes, a few of them were injured.

However, this time’s injury had also caused the atmosphere of the dancing sky level experts to become even more tense. They had not expected that as a dancing sky level expert, they would actually be injured by someone who had not even reached the consolidated equipment level. This caused some of the dancing sky level experts to feel extremely embarrassed. Their bodies moved, and they flew up into the air. However, they did not fly very high, only about ten meters or so, before charging straight into the armoured troops.

However, the Wukong-level Masters did not expect that as soon as they flew up, they were greeted by a rain of arrows. This time, the arrows were not ordinary arrows, but long arrows shot from the bed. Each of these long arrows was like a spear, and they were very powerful.

The Wukong-level Masters were caught off guard, and a few of them were shot by the arrows. The arrows were all shot at close range, so they were very powerful. They pierced through those people, and then the arrows didn’t stop. They kept flying forward, and no one knew where they went.

The few Wukong-level Masters who were shot also screamed in pain and fell from the sky. After falling to the ground, they only struggled a few times and stopped moving. It was obvious that they would not survive.

This shocked the Wukong-level experts, and then they became furious. They had never thought that they, who were Wukong-level experts, would be defeated by these seemingly weak armored soldiers. Those Wukong-level experts all roared and rushed towards the armored soldiers, but they did not dare to fly in the air.

The distance between the two sides wasn’t far, so the Wukong-level Masters quickly rushed to the front of the armored soldiers. Then, the horses in their hands released sword Qi, which directly slashed at the armored soldiers.

But the armored soldiers didn’t even move. With a single shout, the first row of armored soldiers raised their Spears and stabbed forward.

With a boom, the Wukong-level sword Qi hit the spears. Some of the spears were broken, and some of the armored soldiers were killed on the spot. However, the Wukong-level Masters were not happy at all, because they found that the effect of the attack was far from what they had expected.

They had thought that the sword Qi would kill all the rows of armored soldiers in front of them. However, they didn’t expect that their sword Qi would only kill a few people and then disappear. There was only one possibility for this situation, which was that the opponent’s defense was very strong, and the sword Qi was consumed a lot. To put it bluntly, the sword Qi was a very sharp energy. Although this energy was very sharp, after being used, it was not powerful enough. Just like the electricity in a battery, it was a consumable. If the power used was very large, the battery would run out in a short time. The same was true for the sword Qi. If the sword Qi was used to slash an enemy with weak defense, then he could indeed kill the enemy on the spot. However, if the enemy was too strong, the sword Qi would also be used up very quickly. It might not even be able to cut through the opponent’s defense. Of course, such situations were extremely rare.

However, the sword Qi of those Masters at the sky dance level couldn’t kill a few of the iron armor soldiers at all. They immediately realized that the defense of the iron armor was very amazing, so their sword Qi was consumed very quickly. While they were still in a daze, the armored soldiers in the back row had already replaced the dead in the front row and continued to press forward.

The Wukong-level Masters suddenly realized that there were not many ways to deal with such a fearless and defensive Army. Their defense was very strong, but they could not fly into the air and jump into the enemy’s formation to kill them. So they could only rush forward. However, the enemy was a Spearman. The spearmen were pressing down like a forest. The spearmen were not longer than their weapons. It was not easy for them to rush over and fight with the spearmen in close combat. There wasn’t only one row of spearmen. The spearmen in the back row extended their Spears from the gaps of the spearmen in the front row, forming a second forest of Spears. At this time, even if you blocked the first row of Spears, the spearmen in the back would still stab you. It was almost impossible for you to fight in close combat.

At the moment, those with high sky dance level could only attack the spearmen with their sword Qi. However, they found that the effect of their sword Qi was getting worse. When the spearmen realized that they had released their sword Qi, several spearmen who were facing the sword Qi would attack at the same time. Their spearmen also had energy in them. In addition, their spearmen were very hard, so their sword Qi could only cut the other spearmen’s spearmen in half at most. Then, they left scratches on their armors. They couldn’t even kill their enemies. This made those Masters at the sky dance level feel very depressed. They didn’t understand why they, as Masters at the sky dance level, couldn’t do anything to these weak armored soldiers.

In fact, those Wukong-level Masters had fallen into a misunderstanding. Although these Wukong-level Masters were also cooperating with each other in battle, they were not a real Army. In addition, they were small in number. Even if they were strong, they were at a disadvantage in the face of an Army that was in a battle formation and attacking openly. Their advantage was that they fought alone and attacked the enemy’s general. It could be said that they were like the martial arts masters in ancient China. These people were definitely stronger than ordinary soldiers in a one-on-one battle, but when the soldiers were in a formation, these experts were simply no match for the Army. They were completely taking advantage of the enemy’s weak points and attacking the enemy’s strong points. It would be strange if they didn’t suffer a loss.
