Living In Another World With A Farm

However, this did not mean that the little crane grass had no combat power at all. Hu Yuan wanted to teach the little crane grass those martial arts techniques so that the little crane grass could rely on those martial arts techniques to protect itself. If it was a true combat botanist, although it also needed to practice martial arts, it did not need to practice so hard.

In Hu Yuan’s opinion, a person like little crane grass was most suited to be a commander or a Scout on the battlefield. He could communicate with plants and have them help him gather information. Since he could communicate with plants like a human, the information he gathered would definitely be more prepared, and it would be more convenient for him to command the battle.

However, because he might have very little natural energy, he could only hide behind the others. It was better to leave the matter of charging and breaking through the enemy lines to others.

Of course, in addition to being a combat botanist, the little crane grass’s biggest use to the HU family was actually plant improvement. Just like the towering tree, the HU family had never stopped improving plants. However, plant improvement was definitely a very troublesome thing for botanists. Although botanists could communicate with plants, they could not talk to them like humans and ask you where you were feeling uncomfortable, how you felt, and so on. This was a huge inconvenience to the improvement of plants.

If they could clearly understand how plants felt like like like like little crane grass, then it would be extremely important for plant modification. Therefore, when Hu Yuan saw that little crane grass could communicate with plants as if it was talking to them, he immediately accepted little crane grass as his disciple. To the HU clan, having one more powerful combat botanist was not a big deal. The HU clan already had a lot of powerful combat botanists, so it did not matter if they had little crane grass or not. However, if the HU family could have another botanist who was very good at plant improvement, it would be a great help to the HU family.

Now, many people in the soul world thought that the botanist would not give them good crop seeds for the sake of making money and to show the status of the botanist. In fact, those people only knew one thing and not the other. There were many good crop seeds in the botanist Guild. Except for a small number of them that could be planted by ordinary people, a large number of good crop seeds could not be planted by ordinary people. They must be taken care of by a botanist throughout the whole process. Because although those botanists have been improved, they have this and that kind of shortcomings. Ordinary people plant it, and in the end, it is likely that they will not get anything.

Of course, little crane grass did not know about the intricacies of this matter, and Hu Yuan did not tell him either. After all, he was only seven years old, and it was not the time for him to know about these things yet.

Little crane grass was very fond of these medical books. Ever since he learned how to read, he loved to read. No matter what kind of book it was, he would be able to read it. Of course, the books he read the most now were about plants, and some books about travel on the mainland.

However, these books could only help him understand some of the continent’s situation and some plants, but they were not very helpful to him. However, these medical books were different. From Hu Yuan’s words, little crane grass already knew that these medical books were used by the HU family to teach people medicine. As long as he could fully understand these medical books, he might be able to treat people in the future. At the very least, he could become a pharmacist, and his status would be different immediately.

Even though little crane grass had always hoped that he could become a strong person and protect his family, he knew that he still had a long way to go. If he wanted to become a strong person, he had to take it one step at a time, moving forward steadily. Only then could he become a true strong person. Reaching beyond one’s grasp would only lead to failure.

Before becoming a powerful person, he had to have a certain status and a skill to protect himself. This was the most important thing. Therefore, little crane grass had great hopes for these medical books. He hoped that he could become a pharmacist. That way, even if he didn’t learn anything, he could still support himself and help the village when necessary.

Little crane grass returned to his room and placed the books on his desk. He then sat on the chair, but did not immediately start reading. Instead, he sat on the chair with his eyes closed for a while until the excitement on his face had completely disappeared. Only then did he open his eyes and look at the books on the desk.

The reason why little crane grass would have such a reaction was all because of his two teachers. Yu Shu and Yu Feng, these two little crane grass’s first teacher, were not in vain. Their souls were a book and a brush, so the two of them were extremely talented in reading. It was also because of this that the two of them were extremely respectful towards books. Before reading, the two of them paid attention to a calm heart and calm mood, and they themselves could not read with too much emotion. In that case, one would not be able to taste the three flavors of the book. Therefore, when Yu Shu and Yu Feng were teaching the little crane grass, they also taught it this way, so that when the little crane grass was reading, he must be calm and composed, and then start reading.

Little crane grass had always been following the instructions given to him by the two of them. Before he started reading, he would usually calm himself down, just like what he did just now.
