The Royal Military Academy's Impostor Owns a Dungeon [BL]

And it was a scene, alright.

Thankfully, Duke Leander learned about this unexpected surprise before it actually exploded.

These kids decided to randomly put some sort of voucher inside the packs of Banana Chips.

The moment the Duke heard about this from his excited son, he almost dragged everyone out like corrupted beasts were chasing him!

And Luca was confused about why they had to rush out.

But honestly, Xavier and Kyle could understand, as they were also rather surprised at today’s auction’s turnout.

While it generated a lot of funds for the little money grubber, it was definitely a reflection of the scarcity of spiritual relics.

It came to a point where several nobles decided to pool their funds to afford the banana chips.

This was an understandable move, as most of these prominent names were considered frontline heroes and not businessmen. So, while many had the status and prominence, that didn’t exactly equate to more generational wealth.

But these chips were something they desperately needed as soldiers who were ravaged by the battlefield or as ones still with relatives in active service.

So, it was only right to do a group buy.

But what would happen when the pack you pooled funds for suddenly ends up with this voucher?

These nobles didn’t know about such a good thing that they nearly threw their backs trying to look for these tiny vouchers the moment someone found one.

It was an accident.

Baron Karl wasn’t, by any means, trying to start a civil war.

All he wanted to do was eat this revitalizing banana chip, which had given him enough strength to get to the auction house in the first place.

It was just that old habits die hard, and when purchasing something, the old man needed to make sure he was getting the bang for his buck! Especially when they had to fork up most of their spending budget for this.

Surprisingly, the Mylor Auction House sold him a pack with a defect! And the old man was preparing to raise his hand in complaint when his wife swatted him.

”Ow!” exclaimed the Baron, who didn’t know how he managed to offend anyone at this rate!

”You better take that vexing hand back! You almost lost us an opportunity! You even brought that magnifier, right? Then shouldn’t you be reading this first?”

The Baroness was actually trembling as she handed her husband what was apparently a purchase stub.

”???”

[Purchase Stub x1: Guarantees Holder the ability to purchase an item from the next batch of designated products.]

”!!!”

And it was really an opportunity that was so unexpected it nearly sent the old couple to an early grave!

Thankfully, they managed to calm down before deciding to bind it to the Baroness’ terminal!

Baron Karl reasoned that women would live longer, considering all the antics men get themselves into. So, if this were the case, his wife would likely survive until the next auction!

The items sold were so rare that he predicted he’d turn into dust before the next one was held. But at the same time, if they just held onto it, then they might get mugged by some Star Pirate!

So the Baron rushed toward his wife in an attempt to safeguard the stub with the fastest speed he could muster.

Because if two nearly deaf elders could hear each other, then the whole Auditorium could definitely hear them.

The Baron was right on the money.

Because even the other elders moved like they were several decades younger.

It was bound to be a long night, but several people were still blissfully unaware.

Like Marquis Osmond Mylor, who was just glad as he counted the earnings for today!

Then came an unexpected mood booster in the form of his suddenly radiant son, who was running over to him.

It didn’t even take too long, and the child made excuses about rushing back to school.

But the father couldn’t even scold the unruly son, who handed in 10% more than the agreed-upon share between the Auction house and the seller.

A full 30% share.

That’s what the Mylors got because Ollie suddenly said that their professionalism and ability to adjust to a very sudden auction was much appreciated.

And it really was because Luca had tears the moment the Star coins flooded his account.

It was akin to a dragon being buried with his gold coins as he lounged in financial stability.

But then he remembered how his good brother got scolded just to get him a gross of around 186 Billion Star Coins.

Ollie was really a good brother who was willing to take hits for him, and so he must also take damage for such a worthy person!

And so Luca shocked Ollie with a heart-wrenching announcement.

”Brother, please take 10% more and give it to your father. I don’t want you to get scolded again.” Luca looked determined, his shoulders squared as he let go of a part of his heart.

”Maybe if we give more money, he’ll think it’s worth dealing with us. So, next time, you won’t receive a beating.”

Ollie was stunned.

For several reasons.

First, how did his brother come to the conclusion that he was being beaten?

Second, he knew that this guy was a money-grubber to the core.

And yet he was willing to give up 10% more money just so he wouldn’t get scolded again?

Third, there was a next time?!

Wow!

The mop was nearly in tears.

Do you see?!

This is what a good brother looks like! Not like those in their house who would eat his share if he blinked!

Hmph!

It was a good thing that he went to the Royal Military Academy!

But while this son was etching the memory of being recognized like this, the Father, who was happy earlier, realized that this may have been a pre-payment in exchange for the migraine he would be nursing from then on!

The Marquis couldn’t believe what he was seeing.

And it ran all night!

Who would’ve thought that these people would turn into such savages when left to their own devices?

It would only be a while later when the Marquis was able to quell these people’s anxiety, that he would discover the source of these fistfights!

Purchase Stubs! And they were even stubs for the next line of products!

The altercations only stopped when several people thought of calling in their family lawyers.

And Star Net feasted on this.

The forums were very much alive with posts about several groups of people staying holed up inside the Auditorium as they drafted contracts for the next auction.

It’s just that no one really expected to face the same people far sooner than expected!
