Chapter 1073: Chapter 454: Jin Chanzi Enters Qin! The Stone Monkey Sets Out!

The echoes of Zhao Feng’s sigh resonated softly outside the tranquil meditation room, carrying with it the vicissitudes of time and helplessness.

The first time he met Jin Chanzi.

It was when the Buddhist sect sent him to deal with Zhao Feng, at that time Zhao Feng was at the Martial Arts Supreme Peak level, with battle strength at the Quasi-Saint level.

However, as they both engaged.

Jin Chanzi was brought by Zhao Feng into the Qin Mortal World, truly experiencing the Great Qin Buddhism.

Through mutual verification.

Jin Chanzi gained insight into Buddhist Law, feeling that the Buddhist Law of the sect he was in was incorrect.

It was precisely this.

That became the reason Duo Bao Tathagata banished Jin Chanzi into reincarnation.

Upon hearing Zhao Feng’s words.

Jin Chanzi’s divine soul stood before him, his expression as calm as water, showing no ripple of emotion due to Zhao Feng’s words.

He slightly tilted his head, a gentle yet resolute light flickered in his eyes, his voice peaceful yet containing an undeniable strength: ”Daoist Zhao Feng, what is called gain and loss is merely an illusion in the mortal world.”

”In my opinion, these two cycles of reincarnation are not a loss, but rather a rare practice and enlightenment.”

”Buddhist Law is boundless, the insights are profound, the principle of reincarnation leads to a deeper understanding of the suffering of all beings.”

Zhao Feng smiled and, with interest, asked: ”I’d love to hear the details!”

Jin Chanzi clasped his hands together slowly, saying: ”Before entering reincarnation, although I was a Buddhist Quasi-Saint, my comprehension of Buddhist Law always remained superficial, knowing only its form but not its essence.”

”It was not until I entered the Qin Mortal World to explore Buddhist Law that I truly touched its essence, the doctrine of Qin Buddhism emphasizes guiding people to goodness, and the practical salvation of all beings, unlike the emphasis on forms and power in the Spirit Mountain Buddhist sect, which prioritizes enslavement and does not aim to truly save, but rather enslaves all beings as its focus.”

”The contrast between the two forms of Buddhist Law made me realize that true Buddhist Law must enter the hearts of every being, to help and redeem them, rather than being used as a tool of domination.”

Zhao Feng listened quietly, nodding with a smile, deeply agreeing with Jin Chanzi’s words.

The Great Qin Buddhism.

Born from the land of Qin.

Qin never used Buddhism to obscure the people, rather it guided them towards goodness through Buddhism, he knew deeply that the reason Qin’s Buddhism could take root and flourish in this land, becoming one of the top cultivation methods today, is because it is close to the people, focused on their wellbeing, able to truly bring blessings to the citizens of Qin.

”Therefore, even though I am now reduced to a mortal, and have lost all my powerful cultivation, I do not regret it.”

Jin Chanzi’s gaze grew more resolute: ”Because I found the true Buddhist Law, I found what my heart truly wants to pursue. I want to use this lifetime to promote true Buddhist Law, so that more people can benefit.”

Zhao Feng smiled with relief, patting Jin Chanzi’s shoulder, saying: ”Jin Chanzi, originally as a disciple of Tathagata, you should have been thoroughly indoctrinated by Spirit Mountain Buddhism, but I did not expect you to still have such insight, not bad, very good.”

”But, do you know why they banished you into reincarnation, making you experience the mortal world?” Zhao Feng asked with a smile.

”It should have been because Qin Buddhism violated something.” Jin Chanzi clasped his hands together and said.

”Incorrect.”

Zhao Feng shook his head and then said: ”The root cause lies in the Buddhist sect’s desire to prosper.”

”The Buddhist sect had previously agreed with the Heavenly Court to integrate the Qin Mortal World into the Earth Immortal Realm, and the Heavenly Court would allow the eastward spread of Buddhism.”

”The reason for your banishment.”

”The root cause is that you are the person to facilitate the eastward spread of Buddhism, you are the key to the prosperity of the Buddhist sect.”

Zhao Feng spoke solemnly.

”The prosperity of the Buddhist sect!”

”Even if what I believe is not Spirit Mountain Buddhism.”

”If Buddhism is to prosper, it would require me to seek Spirit Mountain, but that kind of Buddhism, I do not want it.” Jin Chanzi shook his head.

Zhao Feng said: ”The power of Heavenly Dao has already returned, and the prosperity of Buddhism has already become the Westward Journey Tribulation! Under the great tribulation, those involved in the great tribulation cannot defy it, those entangled by karma will also be caught up in the great tribulation.”

”You cannot escape.”

Zhao Feng’s words were straightforward.

”This place is surely not the territory controlled by Spirit Mountain, is it?”

Jin Chanzi suddenly asked.

”Indeed.”

”Originally, the Buddhist sect wanted to send you into reincarnation in the region governed by the Heavenly Court, however, under my manipulation, you have already reincarnated into the Qin Territory.”

”For you specifically.”

”The Buddhist sect even specially dispatched a Bodhisattva.” Zhao Feng smiled.

”Daoist would not lay out plans without cause, surely there is a purpose, no?” Jin Chanzi smiled.

”Even in reincarnation, you are still you.”

”Exactly.”

”Your reincarnation contributes to the prosperity of the Buddhist sect, the Westward Journey Tribulation! All this is within my calculations.”

Zhao Feng’s eyes showed a hint of scheming: ”The Buddhist sect wishes to prosper, spreading their Buddhist Law eastward, trying to expand their influence in the Eastern Continent, seizing Qi Fortune, and conforming to the tribulation, receiving Heavenly Descent Merit Points.”

”How could I, in Qin, sit back and do nothing! The Buddhist sect wants to spread their Buddhism eastward, my task is to spread Qin Buddhism westward, into the Western Continent, breaking the Buddhist sect’s Buddhist Law, breaking their hypocrisy, I want the true Buddhist Law to be spread throughout all of heaven and earth.”

”Let the true Buddhist Law descend upon this world.”

Upon hearing this, Jin Chanzi’s eyes showed a hint of surprise, but quickly returned to calm. He nodded slightly and said: ”Daoist Zhao Feng, your idea is indeed bold, not only bold, but also undermining the foundation of the Buddhist sect.”

”No need to mention that this move would make the Buddhist sect your sworn enemy.”

”Simply speaking about the difficulties of spreading Buddhism westward, one can imagine, the foundation of the Buddhist sect is so deep, deeply entrenched in the Western Continent, every creature is born subject to Buddhist indoctrination, those who do not receive indoctrination are heretics, trying to spread Qin Buddhism within is extremely difficult.”
