Getting spoiled in a woman dominating world

Hm?

Brandon turned his head and glanced at Han Dhayun slowly walking toward him.

Looking at her, he forced a smile on his face ”Dhayun.”

Dhayun hurriedly walked to him and sat beside him on the table.

Keeping his smile, Brandon spoke ”Dhayun, you came to get that expensive coffee again?”

Dhayun could already see that he is fake smiling ”Fucker, tell me what just happened between you and that girl?”

”Why is she walking out, rubbing her eyes?”

Brandon let out a deep sigh ”Oh, you saw that.”

She nodded her head ”Mhm...”

She knows that she should be worried but there was a little happiness is in her heart as she glanced at his face ’Did they break up?’

Her heart bloomed in joy as she thought maybe she still has some hope.

Her heartbeat quickened as she moved even closer to him and gently grabbed his hand ”What happened? did you guys fight?”

With a dry smile, Brandon began to tell her about everything.

---

After hearing the whole story, Dhayun slowly nodded her head ”I see...”

”No one is at fault here.”

Her gaze narrowed slightly ”That girl is a bit naive. Honestly, she should have expected this...”

”Because you are one of a kind. I mean, you are the only male ether in the world...”

”As much as you have enemies, women will also flock to you.”

”People are going to want you... not just for your power, but for what you represent. And girls are going to throw themselves at you, not all for noble reasons.”

She gave him a pointed look ”And you are a fucking pervert, so she should have known that you won’t settle with one girl.”

-_- Brandon smiled dryly in his heart upon hearing this.

She gave him a sidelong glance ”Is there a third seat?”

Hm? Brandon raised an eyebrow and with a slight cough, she spoke ”I mean, like... do you have plans on getting more women or something?”

”Well, I think there are some women already close to you... and your perverted ass will have surely marked them.”

Hearing this, Brandon turned his gaze away and Dhayun’s eyebrow twitched. ”There you go, pervert. How many more have you marked?”

”Stop calling me a pervert.”

”Are you not?”

”I am... but stop calling me that.”

With a soft sigh, she took the drink in front of him and took a sip ”Ugh, this is so sweet. Why are you drinking this crap?”

As she spoke, she took another sip and again made a grumpy look ”Too sweet. I know you like sweet things, but this is way too sweet...”

He grabbed the bottle from her hand and took a sip ”If you don’t like it, don’t drink it, idiot.”

She watched him as he casually took another sip from the bottle she had just touched, like it didn’t matter at all that they were now sharing.

Something about the comfort, like... knowing that he is very comfortable around her made her heart skip a beat.

Her posture softened, and she sank slightly into her chair, crossing one leg over the other, pretending to be uninterested while her cheeks betrayed her.

Her gaze flicked down toward the floor, then slowly crept back up to look at him.

’The third seat...’

Her fingers curled slightly on the tabletop.

’Maybe I’d look better in that seat...’

Her face turned redder, and she shook her head vigorously, whipping her ponytail to the side.

’No. No, what the hell am I thinking? This is Woonie.’

Brandon looked up from his drink ”You okay?”

”Fine,” she said a little too quickly, not looking at him.

He tilted his head ”You sure?”

”Shut up.”

He smiled and leaned back slightly, resting one arm lazily on the backrest of his chair. ”You’re weird sometimes.”

She gave him a side eye, folding her arms ”You’re one to talk, perv.”

”Didn’t we already go over this?”

”Yeah, and the results are conclusive. You are, in fact, a pervert. Case closed.”

Brandon chuckled softly upon hearing this.

He looked at her with a quiet, easy comfort that only Dhayun seemed to bring.

He knew who she is.

The type of girl who would call him an idiot a hundred times and still be the first to stand beside him in a fight.

Dhayun felt that gaze on her, and her fingers tightened around the edge of her seat.

She didn’t dare look at him as she is way too embarrassed, and her heart is being stupid.

She gritted her teeth and huffed ”I mean, honestly,” she muttered, turning her head away.

”You probably already have a fourth lined up too. With how dumb women get around you.”

Brandon raised an eyebrow. ”That so?”

”Don’t ’that so’ me. You’ve got that stupid ’I didn’t do anything’ look on your face and yet women are throwing themselves at you. Even the Church wanted to strip you naked and bless you in holy water or whatever the hell.”

He nearly choked on his drink.

She grinned a little, satisfied with herself for getting that reaction out of him.

”Seriously... you should be careful. Every time you make one girl cry, you gain two more who want to kiss you. You’re like... emotionally radioactive.”

”Thanks...”

She stood up and looked down at him with her usual glare.

”Finish your sugary garbage and get your act together, Woonie. You’ve got three girls already caught in your net... if you’re going to be a pervert, at least be a responsible one.”

Letting out a soft sigh, she patted his shoulder ”Talk to Eira about it. Or give her some time... if she really loves you. She will surely come back to you.”

Looking at her, Brandon smiled softly ”Dhayun, thanks.”

Upon hearing his sincere thanks, Dhayun blushed a little and looked away ”Anyway, I am leaving now.”

”No, come here, let me buy something for you...”

Ravene was sitting in the research room as the glow of the holographic display painted soft blues and violets across her face.

She looked at the slowly rotating 3D scan in front of her, a grotesque, malformed aberrant suspended mid-animation with its skeletal system highlighted in red.

The latest specimen has been found near one of the older ruptures, and its internal structure puzzled even her.

The mandible bone was split into two segments, and its spinal structure was laced with organic crystals, ether-reactive, according to early analysis.

”Fascinating... Did it evolve to resist suppression fields?”

Just then, a soft chime echoed through the room and she glanced at her ringing mobile phone.

Looking at the name, she smiled and swiped to answer ”Sweetie?”

Eira’s voice was heard from the other side ”Aunty Ravene... I want to meet you now.”
