You're Put to Survival in the Wilderness, and the Animals Build You a Villa?

650: Chapter 702 Using the universe as a bargaining chip, a final gamble!Outside, at the United Nations.

Tike, Fama, and the other nobles were extremely surprised to see this change in An Ke in the live broadcast room.

”That fellow Azure actually helped An Ke reach the god-position...”

”Just how confident is he that An Ke won’t be able to attain godhood today?”

Fama sneered repeatedly, ”If He is so confident, then we’ll make Him lose everything.”

He stood up and spoke to the United Nations and Kuku.

Of course, at its core, he was seeking An Ke’s opinion.

”An Ke, you have already reached the god-position. Next, you just need the entire civilization to assist in your promotion. We will help you.”

”We can use Mental Strength to put the entirety of humanity into a dream state.”

”Then, we will use illusions to slowly guide humanity, making everyone believe in you.”

”And when everyone’s faith in you reaches its peak within the dream, we will immediately hold the promotion ceremony in the real world.”

”Although the failure rate for such a promotion is somewhat high, and after the promotion, there’s a high possibility of an unstable status making it difficult to control your authority, this is the only way for now.”

When promoting to God-level, the stronger the civilization’s own subjective consciousness, the more stable the godhead will be, and the divine power and authority will also be stronger.

If the civilization’s subjective consciousness is not strong—if it’s not voluntary but achieved through forceful means to coerce the civilization into sacrifice—

then even if they promote to a God-level Civilization, various problems will still arise due to an unstable godhead.

Therefore, many God-levels will make prior arrangements when they are about to promote to God-level.

They subtly change their civilization, making it sacrifice itself voluntarily to help them attain godhood.

To put it bluntly, it’s about turning the civilization into fanatical believers.

Or using certain things to stir up the civilization’s desires, making them willing to sacrifice themselves for their own desires.

Of course! Some civilizations are naturally very easy to promote.

Their thoughts are already highly unified, with every individual in the civilization considering the whole, ready to sacrifice themselves for the civilization at any time.

For such a civilization, promoting to God-level is very simple.

Obviously, Human Civilization is not that kind of civilization.

And General Fama and the other nobles intended to use dreams to guide and transform humanity into such a civilization.

In the United Nations conference room.

The high-level officials from various countries twitched their mouths as they listened to General Fama and the other nobles.

Wait, is it really okay to discuss this kind of plan right in front of us?

The key point is, don’t you nobles plan to ask for our opinion?

The nobles truly didn’t need to seek the opinions of the high-level officials.

They only needed one opinion now: An Ke’s.

As long as An Ke agreed, they would not hesitate to pull all of humanity on the Blue Planet into a dream.

Including the nobles of various countries.

After the guidance, they would also forget what they were experiencing now, or simply think it was a nightmare; it wouldn’t have any lasting impact.

Under the gaze of all the nobles, An Ke slowly let out a breath and said:

”Forcibly changing others’ wills, making them sacrifice themselves to become the nourishment for godhood—a godhood achieved like that is not worth having.”

”Think about it from another perspective.”

”What if I were just one of the common people?”

”Clearly unwilling to be a sacrificial lamb, yet forced to become one.”

”Wouldn’t that lead to anger and resentment?”

”An Ke didn’t want this, just as he felt toward Little Scar, King Kong, Leopard Mom, Tiger Mom, Old Crocodile, Sister-in-law Crocodile, Golden Snub-nosed Monkey, Hua Hua, A Giao... and all other creatures.”

”Although he could control them,”

”most of the time, he allowed them to follow their natures, like King Kong’s foul mouth.”

”An Ke!?”

General Fama frowned; he couldn’t understand.

”This involves the survival of the entire universe!!”

”If you refuse, what will happen to the trillions of lives in the universe?”

An Ke only gave a light laugh and didn’t answer the question.

He had ”Kuku” turn around and said to all the national high-level officials present:

”Everyone, please help me prepare. I intend to conduct a live broadcast across the entire Blue Planet.”

”Hearing this, the officials immediately stood up and went to prepare for the broadcast.”

”Meanwhile, somewhere in the universe.”

”In a conference room, the nobles of the 108 Realms were gathered.”

”However, these were not their true bodies, but clones.”

”Their true selves were constantly repelling the disorderly origin.”

”Although their expressions couldn’t be seen, the oppressive atmosphere in the conference room was palpable.”

”Originally, every seat in the conference room was occupied by a noble.”

”But now, nearly a hundred seats were empty.”

”The disappearance of a clone meant the true body had also vanished.”

”From the birth of the Ordered Universe until now, over ten billion years, only about ten thousand God-level Civilizations have been born.”

”Yet now, over a hundred have fallen in a single day.”

”How difficult is it to promote to God-level?”

”And yet, falling is so simple.”

”What pained the nobles most was that after a dead God-level Civilization was assimilated by the disorderly origin, it became even more violent.”

”The speed of expansion was getting faster and faster.”

”At the head of the table, several Joint Committee nobles looked at General Fama, Tike, and the others, and spoke to inquire.”

”Did An Ke agree?”

”He has already reached the god-position. He must become a god as soon as possible and then break through into reality.”

”Otherwise, as more and more God-levels are sacrificed, the situation will only get worse.”

”The speed at which the source universe is being devoured is constantly accelerating.”

”...”

General Fama sighed helplessly, ”He rejected our proposal.”

”Why!?”

”Is He crazy?”

”Hasn’t he always wanted to become God-level? Now that the opportunity is given, why refuse?”

”Does He intend to let the Ordered Universe die?”

”I propose that we ignore An Ke’s attitude and force Him to attain godhood!”

Tike frowned: ”There is a high probability of failure that way.”

”If godhood is forced when the individual is not ready, the probability of failure is enormous.”

”The failure rate is even higher than forcing everyone in the civilization to become sacrifices.”

”Then what else can be done now?”

Qieno spoke up: ”Although An Ke refused, He did not refuse to attain godhood.”

”He plans to give a speech and ask for humans who are willing to be part of the ceremony to step forward and help Him attain godhood.”

”As soon as these words were spoken,”

”all the nobles burst out laughing.”

”Asking people from a civilization with independent thought to step forward and help someone attain godhood?”

”How could such a thing possibly succeed!”

”Exactly, it’s simply a joke!”

”Survival is the first law of life, and survival requires resources. Since the universe’s resources are limited, individual lives are destined to be selfish.”

”That was decided from the very birth of the Ordered Universe.”

”How is An Ke going to change that?”

”Right! If His true body were in the real world, He could indeed change it, since He can make any creature feel an affinity for Him.”

”But the key is, He isn’t in reality!”

”I still propose that we ignore An Ke’s refusal and force him to attain godhood!”

”Seconded!”

”Seconded!”

”I have observed all of human history; human nature is selfish. An Ke’s speech is just a waste of time...”
