My Xianxia Harem Life

With Jade now part of the scene, the Thousand Stars Summit took on a whole new kind of liveliness at night.

What had once been a quiet, serene mountaintop now echoed with the unmistakable sounds of passion. Riley was as relentless as ever, and it didn’t take long for Jade to realize just how... active things could get around here.

The following morning, Jade sat at the long breakfast table with the others, her cheeks glowing a deep shade of crimson.

She kept her gaze firmly on the bowl in front of her, stirring it absentmindedly even though she had no real appetite. The moans from the night before still rang in her ears.

They hadn’t just been random noises either—no, she could clearly hear Riley’s name being screamed again and again.

The walls of the summit did little to muffle anything, and the sound traveled far too easily through the vast halls and open courtyards.

Jade was mortified.

And curious.

And maybe, just maybe… a little intrigued.

She cleared her throat and dared a glance around the table. The other women looked far too cheerful, their faces flushed but proud, as if they wore their exhaustion like badges of honor.

Riley, for his part, looked completely unbothered, casually sipping his tea, exuding charm and confidence like nothing had happened at all.

She’d overheard it all—the way he’d taken them, one by one, some softly, some wildly.

And then, there was that moment, the one that made her nearly drop the teacup she was holding when she heard it last night: a threesome.

The unmistakable mix of voices, the chaos of it, the sheer audacity. It was something so outside her realm of experience that it felt almost like listening to another world.

Jade’s blush deepened.

She had never thought of herself as prudish, but this—this—was on another level. Still, even as she sat there flustered, a tiny voice inside her began to whisper things she’d never dared consider before.

Maybe I should get used to this… Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad to try it someday…

She bit her lip. The thought was outrageous, but it was there, lingering stubbornly. If Riley ever asked her—if he ever reached for her with that same intensity—would she be able to say no? And more importantly… did she want to?

There was something oddly exciting about the idea of stepping out of her comfort zone, of letting herself be swept into the same whirlwind that had so thoroughly claimed the others. She wasn’t here to compete, not really—but there was a certain thrill in imagining herself winning his attention, if only for a night. A little friendly rivalry never hurt, right?

Still, she knew she wasn’t ready—not yet. But maybe soon.

First, though… a noise-cancellation talisman. Definitely.

She took a deep breath and made a mental note to visit the sect’s marketplace later today. One step at a time.

One week later, Riley finally acted on what everyone had seen coming.

Ever since he’d set foot in the sect, his eyes had wandered—though not aimlessly. He had already taken notice of Leia and Bianca long ago, and most recently, Jade. Now, like a monarch on tour, he strolled through the sect grounds with the three most beautiful women by his side. It wasn’t a formal event. There were no banners or announcements. And yet, their very presence turned the walk into a spectacle.

Leia, with her calm elegance, walked with the poise of a queen, unbothered by the attention.

Bianca moved like the wind—silent, sharp, and untouchable.

Jade trailed just a little behind them, still getting used to the stares, her cheeks pink but her steps steady.

They were a sight to behold—too dazzling to ignore, too out of reach to approach.

If Riley had wanted to make a statement, he had done so without uttering a single word.

He could have brought Katherine too, but the elder woman had refused. With a smirk and a sip of her wine, she declined the invitation to ”walk among the youth.” After all, Katherine was already over two hundred years old. Though her beauty was still enough to outshine most, she preferred to remain above the drama and spectacle. She had no desire to be paraded like a rare flower alongside the younger generation.

”I’m far too old to be lumped in with the fresh blossoms,” she had said coolly. ”Let them shine for now. I’ll keep my mystique.”

The sect grounds, usually filled with quiet cultivation and occasional chatter, now buzzed with murmurs and suppressed groans of envy.

”Unbelievable,” one male disciple muttered under his breath, eyes following the group. ”Heaven really is biased sometimes. How does Elder Riley get away with hoarding all the beauties in the sect?”

”I agree,” another added bitterly. ”First Leia, then Bianca... and now even big sister Jade? What’s left for us now? Nothing but common girls with average talent and dull personalities.”

”Dream on, fools,” a third disciple scoffed, sipping his wine without taking his eyes off the group. ”With your face? Your spiritual roots? You’re not even qualified to look at them, let alone stand beside them. You should feel honored just breathing the same air.”

The bitterness hung thick in the air, mixing with helpless admiration.

”I know,” the first sighed again. ”Let’s just drink. Drown these feelings before they eat us alive.”

”Yeah... there’s nothing we can do now. Trying anything funny would be suicide. You’d be lucky to get off with broken bones if Elder Riley got angry.”

”No kidding. He might be smiling now, but if you make a move on any of his women... your cultivation days are over.”

The group lapsed into silence for a moment, eyes distant as they stared at Riley and the goddesses walking side by side under the sunlight, framed by blooming trees and wandering spiritual beasts. It looked like a scene from a dream—or a high-ranking cultivation novel come to life.

”I used to have a crush on Senior Sister Leia,” one admitted softly, chuckling to himself. ”I even wrote her a poem once... never dared to give it to her.”

”Leia? That’s nothing. I trained for three whole months just to get a glimpse of Bianca at the Northern Peaks. Didn’t even get close.”

”And Jade... she used to be so shy. I thought maybe—just maybe—I had a chance if I played my cards right. Guess not.”

”None of us ever had a chance,” someone said quietly. ”We just didn’t know it yet.”

They clinked their cups together in a half-hearted toast and drank deeply, each one silently burying their desires and regrets beneath the taste of strong wine.

Meanwhile, Riley continued his stroll, utterly unfazed by the whispers that followed him like shadows. The wind rustled his robes, and a satisfied smile played at the corner of his lips.

He wasn’t flaunting his women—no, not deliberately. But he also wasn’t hiding anything. This was his life now, and he had earned it. Whether by charm, strength, or sheer confidence, he had gathered the stars of the sect around him.

And the rest?

They could only watch.

Riley had enjoyed another perfect day—if such a thing could still be called rare for a man like him. With three of the sect’s most breathtaking women at his side—Leia, Bianca, and now Jade—his presence on the grounds had turned into a walking declaration of dominance, charm, and effortless authority.

He didn’t need to speak a word. Just being there, surrounded by the finest beauties the sect had to offer, was enough to make disciples gawk, whisper, envy, and ultimately accept the unshakable truth.

He was that man.

As dusk settled over the Thousand Stars Summit, the once golden sky turned deep blue, stars beginning to scatter across the heavens like scattered diamonds.

The summit was quiet now, the earlier bustle of disciples fading as curfew neared. Riley sat alone on the edge of a pavilion that overlooked the vast mountains below. A soft breeze rustled the nearby lanterns, their warm light flickering gently in the wind.

He exhaled slowly and leaned back, arms folded behind his head. The day had been perfect—but now came the question that had been lingering in his mind for days.

What’s next?

Should he return to his hometown, lie low for a while, and focus on recovering completely from the hidden injuries he still carried? A slower life. Familiar faces. Peace.

Or should I just go to the Mason Empire and take a long, lazy break? No responsibilities. No fights. Just wine, women, and silence.

The Mason Empire, with its golden coastlines and lavish cities, was an oasis of pleasure for any cultivator who had made it. And Riley had more than made it. There, he could disappear into luxury for as long as he pleased. No sect rules. No eyes watching. Just freedom.

He weighed the two choices with a tired but amused smile. Both had their appeal. But tonight… he had no intention of choosing either.
