”I am already there. Are you close? Alright.” Natsuo hung up the phone and turned to look at the house behind him.

It was a three story building. It wasn’t too big, but it wasn’t small either. From the outside, at least, it appeared to be in good condition. He had called the owner yesterday, and they had agreed to meet today. He had just called to let them know that he had arrived.

While standing in front of the house, he began estimating its value. Given that it was a slightly older house, he felt that the price should be lower than the current market price.

Vroom!

While he was looking around, a bright red Ferrari F40 suddenly came to a stop beside the house. Natsuo’s attention was immediately drawn to the car’s loud engine, and he turned around to see a beautiful, light-pink-haired woman stepping out of the driver’s seat.

”Ara~? Are you Natsuo Fujii?” The woman slowly approached him and asked in a languid voice. Her movements were unhurried, and she carried herself with a lazy demeanor.

She was a beautiful woman with long pink hair, with a pair of sunglasses resting on top of her head. A luxurious handbag hung from her left arm. She wore denim shorts and a pink crop top, with a blue vest casually draped over her shoulders.

”Indeed, that is me.” Natsuo looked at the woman before him. He knew that anyone who owned property in Tokyo had to be well off, but he hadn’t expected the owner to be this wealthy.

”I am Toyomi Fujiwara~,” she said in a soft voice as she slowly extended her hand toward him. She gave him a playful wink, her lips curving into a lazy, teasing smile. ”Since you’re such a handsome and cute boy… you can call me Toyomi-nee.”

”Nice to meet you, Fujiwara-san.” Natsuo shook her hand while wondering why someone from the Fujiwara Clan would be here. Why would she be willing to sell the house in the first place? Wouldn’t the money from this house be nothing more than pocket change to them?

Anyone who paid attention to politics and business would have heard of the Fujiwara Clan. It was an extremely powerful and wealthy clan with influence in both politics and economics. Long ago, the Prime Minister had been a member of the Fujiwara Clan, and even now, they still held considerable influence within the government. They also owned a wide range of businesses and possessed immense wealth.

”Using such a distant way to address me, hmm? Could it be that you’re shy? Natsuo-kun, you’re such an innocent boy.” Toyomi leaned forward and pinched his cheek, chuckling. ”Nakano-san said that you were urgently looking for a house. I didn’t expect the buyer to be this young.”

Last night, after Ichika told her father that Natsuo was looking to buy a house, Maruo Nakano happened to be in a business meeting with Toyomi and her mother. Toyomi happened to overhear their conversation, and since she had been bored lately, she decided to do him a favor.

She had originally thought it would be some middle aged man. She hadn’t expected him to be such a cute guy. Seeing his shy and innocent reaction gave her the urge to tease him even more and completely fluster him.

”...” Natsuo had a blank look on his face. Were all rich people like this? Why was she acting so familiar with him? It couldn’t be that she was after his looks and wanted to keep him as her secret lover, right?

Natsuo shuddered and hugged himself, giving her a wary look as if he were facing a female version of Jeffrey Epstein. ”Can we get down to business, please?”

”...Alright.” Toyomi tilted her head in confusion, but didn’t think much of it. She walked forward, softly humming a song, unlocked the door, and stepped inside without bothering to take off her shoes.

”It’s been a long while since this house was last used. I accidentally bought it a couple of years ago and forgot about it.”

Natsuo ran a finger across the wall, finding a thick layer of dust covering it. This place hadn’t been used for a very long time. He was left speechless when he heard her.

”There are people who accidentally buy houses? Fujiwara-san, are you an idiot?”

He considered himself someone with enough money to achieve financial freedom, but compared to this lazy looking, flirtatious woman, he felt like a beggar.

”Isn’t it normal to accidentally buy two or three houses when you’re shopping? And I’m not an idiot! That’s mean, you know~?” Toyomi turned around with one hand on her waist. She leaned forward and pressed her index finger against his chest with a pout. ”I’ll let it slide this time… because you’re cute.”

The two of them checked the house together. Since this was also the first time Toyomi had ever visited her own house, she seemed somewhat curious as they went through each room. It was a three story building with a single parking space and a small garden.

”I’ll buy it. How much?” As they left the house, Natsuo asked about the price. The house had never been used before, and it looked somewhat bad both from the outside and inside after being neglected for years. However, with a bit of effort and some renovation, it could be turned into a nice place.

”This much!” Toyomi pondered for a moment before lifting a finger.

”A hundred million yen?” Natsuo frowned. It was a bit expensive, but still a reasonable price. However, Natsuo still wanted to negotiate and bring the price down. Fujiwara Toyomi might be from a wealthy clan, but he was just an author with a few small businesses on the side. He couldn’t afford to squander all his money so quickly.

If she was too disdainful to negotiate, he would have no choice but to look for another house.

”No.” Toyomi shook her head.

”One billion?”

”No.” She shook her head again.

”Ten million?” Natsuo was starting to wonder if she was playing a riddle with him. He just wanted her to state the actual price.

”Yes.” Toyomi nodded with a smile, her lazy eyes narrowing slightly.

”Are you being serious?” That was ridiculously cheap. Dirt cheap. It was so cheap that Natsuo couldn’t help but suspect she was making fun of him.

”I feel like the number ten is my lucky number today, so are you buying it or not?” Toyomi asked.

”I’ll buy it.” Natsuo didn’t hesitate to agree. Once again, he felt that this rich, overly flirtatious woman had no concept of money. She was probably the type who could buy millions of dollars worth of jewelry and watches without even bothering to check the prices.

’Is this the type of people they talk about on the internet when they say someone is disconnected from reality?’

Anyways, Natsuo felt lucky to have stumbled upon such a good deal. He thanked Ichika’s father for helping him out. He even felt that being wrongly accused of sexual harassment back then had turned out to be a good thing. Because of it, he had ended up getting such a big house for an incredibly cheap price.

After they agreed on the price, Toyomi called her private lawyer, who handled the transfer process. Natsuo then transferred the money to her bank account, but the rich girl didn’t even bother to check whether the payment had gone through.

”You bought your first house; we have to celebrate! Let’s have a drink!” Once the matter was settled, Toyomi dragged him into her car.

”I am not 20; I can’t drink,” Natsuo refused flatly. Why did it feel like he was the prey, while this lazy pink-haired beauty was the predator?

It couldn’t be that she was planning to get him drunk, do this and that to him, then have a child and tie him to her family. Right?

’I watched too many stupid K-dramas!’ Natsuo shook his head inwardly. He felt that being forced to watch TV with Hilda for so long had seriously affected him.

”Wait, you’re not 20? How old are you?” Toyomi glanced at him and exclaimed in surprise.

”Keep your eyes on the road!” Natsuo immediately reprimanded her. She was Asian and a woman, neither of which, in his opinion, were exactly reassuring traits for a good driver. ”I’m 17.”

This woman hadn’t even bothered to check his age earlier.

”Wait, 17?!” Toyomi became even more surprised. This man was actually the same age as her younger sister! ’Such a young, cute boy… He’s so innocent and bright. I want to corrupt him…’

”I just remembered I have something important to do. Just drop me here,” Natsuo suddenly said.

Kana: [Did you watch Domestic Girlfriend?]

Ai: [Yes! To think there is a man who could do something like that! Do you guys feel safe being with him?]

Chelsea: [He is my boyfriend.]

Hilda: [He is my foster son.]

Ai: [Whoa! He already took down two! @Kana, what about you?]

Chelsea: [She assaulted him. She’s more dangerous than any other man.]

Kana: [I didn’t assault him! That was a greeting kiss!]

Chelsea: [Since when did a kiss on the lips become a greeting kiss?! Just admit it, you assaulted my boyfriend! Criminal!]

Ai: [Really?! As expected of the Soulmate Sniffer! You’re so bold!]

As Natsuo walked back to his place, he noticed that the four girls were talking about him. He read through the chat without intending to get involved.

Ai: [Yusuke, did you really sleep with your stepsister?]

But it seemed that wasn’t possible.

Natsuo: [It’s Natsuo! How can you be so bad with names?!]

Ai: [You didn’t answer my question.]

Natsuo: [I did... And if you keep bringing this up, my next victim will be you. I’ll come to your world, seduce you, and make you pregnant with quintuplets!]

Ai: [Ehh? That’s scary! I’m scared!]

Chelsea: [@Natsuo, are you flirting with another woman right in front of me?]

Kana: [He’s a beast who slept with his stepsister. I don’t expect anything less from him!]

Hilda: [I’m going to have grandchildren?]

Natsuo wisely decided to stop chatting. He put his phone away.

Ring! Ring!

However, right after, his phone started ringing again. Natsuo picked it up and answered the call.

”What is it, Rui?” Natsuo asked.

”Hina-nee broke up with her boyfriend.” From the phone, Natsuo could hear the excitement in Rui’s voice as she tried to suppress it. ”Your plan really worked!”

”It’s our plan,” Natsuo corrected her. ”Don’t think like a capitalist.”

”What the hell are you talking about?” Rui didn’t understand his joke. She then asked, ”When are you coming back? Hina-nee seems to be very concerned about you. I saw her asking your Father about your whereabouts this morning.”

”Maybe in two weeks,” Natsuo thought for a moment before replying. He felt that his changes were not as drastic as he had thought, at least if he ignored the change in his height. So, he thought he could return a little earlier.

Ichika, Marin, Rui... Many people had been calling him and asking him to come back. He hadn’t expected so many people to be concerned about him.
