Chapter 862: Chapter 862: Another Encounter with an Ability User

Windshears filled the sky, bombarding towards the two. Both Ye Luo and Cao Jianjia’s faces changed, as they hastily dodged to the side.

As a result, those windshears struck Ye Luo’s car parked nearby, instantly slicing the vehicle into pieces with their fearsome sharpness, rendering it completely scrapped.

At that moment, three figures appeared on the scene, two wearing trench coats with grave expressions and blonde hair on their slim figures. The one in the middle was clad in black, with purple hair and a robust build, exuding an immensely fierce aura.

All three were foreigners, and moreover, powerhouses with special abilities; two with wind attributes, and one with an incredibly potent lightning ability.

Meanwhile, hundreds of meters away in a red Ferrari, Ai Fei sat observing the distant situation through binoculars.

These three ability users were evidently brought in by Prust from Country M specifically to eliminate Ye Luo.

Ai Fei took out his phone and made a call, starting, ”Your end can take action now.”

On another front, Ai Fei had dispatched another team to take control of Hou Yaoxing’s son, Hou Jingwen.

”People from Country M? Ability users!”

”How could Huaxia have ability users emerging?”

Upon seeing these three, Cao Jianjia’s eyes flashed with surprise as she glanced at Ye Luo, ”Are they here for you?”

Ye Luo nodded and spat out, ”These ability users are really annoying. Today, I want to see who’s behind this, trying to take me down.”

Seeing these three ability users, Ye Luo thought of the previous three; they were likely from the same group. But he had no clue who would send so many ability users to target him.

”Who are you guys? This is a key area of Huaxia’s capital; who allowed you Western ability users to step foot here?”

Cao Jianjia locked her gaze on the trio, her stance bold and courageous as she spoke, emanating the iron-blooded aura of a military officer.

”Oh, we’ve got such a pretty lady here with quite the fiery temper. Perfect, I haven’t had a taste of a Huaxia beauty before, especially a Huaxia female soldier. Must be quite a thrill, huh!”

The lightning ability user in the center gazed at Cao Jianjia, speaking in poorly articulated Huaxian language, his eyes filled with greedy desire.

Hearing the opponent’s words, laden with insult and filth, Cao Jianjia’s face turned extremely ugly, fury blazing in her eyes. She moved to rush over but was held back by Ye Luo.

”You are no match for him!”

Ye Luo said gravely, judging by the power of the lightning strike just now, this lightning ability user’s strength was at least comparable to a Saint Realm Sixth Level martial artist.

Especially his lightning special ability, which was even more terrifying and could threaten a Saint Realm Seventh Level martial artist. Even the wind ability users at his side possessed strength comparable to Fifth Level martial artists of Huaxia’s Saint Realm; it wouldn’t be easy for Cao Jianjia to take on any of them.

”I cannot allow him to insult Huaxia’s military!”

Cao Jianjia’s eyes shimmered with resolve as she coldly declared, breaking free from Ye Luo’s grasp and charging towards the lightning ability user.

”This chick really has no brains!”

Ye Luo shook his head and also charged forward, knowing that these ability users had come for him. Naturally, he couldn’t let the innocent get involved.

Although Ye Luo and Cao Jianjia were not friends, they were not enemies either. Moreover, she was a great beauty, and no matter what, he did not want to see her get hurt.

”You two kill him, so I can have some fun with this Huaxia chick!”

The thunder ability user said coldly, and the other two wind ability users turned into two gusts of wind and appeared in front of Ye Luo, constantly attacking him with wind abilities.

These two wind ability users controlled countless wind blades, wind knives, wind swords, and tornado storms, attacking Ye Luo with everything they had, while their own bodies, bequeathed with the wind abilities, were as fast as spirits, like a passing breeze, elusively difficult to catch. Even Ye Luo found it challenging to strike them.

At that moment, Cao Jianjia had already charged at the thunder ability user, sweeping her leg out in an attack.

Bang!

A dull thud sounded as Cao Jianjia’s leg fiercely struck the other’s thigh, but it did not inflict any damage on the thunder ability user whose body stood tall like an iron tower, unaffected by her attack.

”Huaxia chick, is this all you Huaxia soldiers are capable of? Why don’t you come to Country M with me, and let grandpa here teach you a thing or two!”

The thunder ability user laughed heartily, his eyes filled with disdain and contempt.

”Phantom Trace Fist!”

Cao Jianjia directly unleashed the same fist technique she had used against Ye Luo before, swinging a punch at the man.

The thunder ability user threw a punch as well, but it hit only an empty afterimage. Cao Jianjia then appeared eerily on the other side of him, hurling a lightning-fast punch towards his head.

However, just as Cao Jianjia’s fist was about to strike the head of the thunder ability user, his other fist appeared out of nowhere, blocking Cao Jianjia’s attack while a burst of thunder ability erupted.

Cao Jianjia only felt a strong current surge into her arm, then spreading throughout her body, causing her limbs to go numb as if electrocuted, trembling, and stumbling backwards. The True Qi strength in her body was completely shattered, unable to withstand the terrifying power of the thunder ability.

Boom!

At that instant, the thunder ability user spun around, his beefy right leg sweeping out to strike Cao Jianjia’s waist, sending her flying dozens of meters away to crash down under a large tree by the roadside.

The formidable strength caused the tree to shake, Cao Jianjia slamming against its trunk before falling to the ground. It took her a few seconds to slowly get up from the ground.

But at this time, Cao Jianjia’s complexion was deathly pale, her lips stained with blood, and her breath was exceedingly weak. The thunder ability user’s kick had caused her severe injuries.

”You Huaxia people are truly ants! Utterly incapable of withstanding a single blow!”

The thunder ability user shook his head at Cao Jianjia, his face full of boredom.

”Is that so? Today, you will witness the might of a Huaxia expert!”

An icy voice suddenly exploded next to the thunder ability user’s ear, causing his face to change drastically and he spun around swiftly.

Boom!

As the thunder ability user just turned his head, he saw a streak of sword light, radiant with golden glow, slashing down onto him—it was Ye Luo wielding the Lingyun Sword.

The dazzling light made it almost impossible for him to keep his eyes open, and the terrifying strength gave him a sense of impending doom. An intense premonition of danger surged through his body, the first time in his life he had felt such a strong sense of crisis.
