Breeder To The Brutal Alpha King

REBECCA’S POV

I lay there staring at the ceiling, my heart hammering wildly. This was wrong. So wrong. He was the same Alpha King who had thrown me on the floor, fucked me like an animal, and called me a murderer. The same man who had left me bleeding and broken for days.

But tonight... tonight he was touching me like I might break if he were too rough.

This was the first time he had ever been tender with me. The first time his cock had slid into me slow and deep instead of brutal and punishing.

My pussy still fluttered weakly around his thickness, feeling the little aftershocks from the orgasm he had pulled out of me. Heat burned in my cheeks as I felt more of his cum slowly leaking out between my thighs. I hated how good it felt. Hated how wet my body had become for him. Hated how my pussy had clung to his cock like it needed him there.

Why does this feel different?

My fingers stayed tangled loosely in his messy hair as he buried his face deeper into my neck.

”Helen... my beautiful Helen,” he whispered brokenly.

The soft words twisted painfully inside my chest.

His hips rolled lazily once, pushing his softening cock a little deeper into my cum-filled pussy, like he couldn’t bear to leave my heat yet. A small whimper escaped my lips at the gentle friction.

Part of me wanted to shove him away and scream that I wasn’t her. That I would never be her.

But another small, lonely part of me wanted this moment to last a little longer.

For once, I wasn’t being hurt.

For once, someone was holding me like I mattered.

Tears burned my eyes instantly.

Don’t be stupid, Rebecca.

Tomorrow he would wake up and remember the truth. He would remember who I was. His captive. The woman he blamed for his misery.

Yet his hands kept moving gently over my waist and hips, almost like he was memorizing my body. His lips brushed against my jaw before he kissed me again—slow, deep, and passionate. I tasted whiskey, heat, and the salt of his tears on his tongue.

My chest tightened painfully.

He was giving me everything I had ever wanted from a mate—warmth, comfort, passion—but none of it truly belonged to me. Every kiss, every touch, every slow thrust of his cock had been meant for a dead woman.

A shaky breath left my lips as he finally pulled out with a wet sound. More of his cum spilled from my stretched pussy, warm against my thighs, and the sudden emptiness almost made my stomach twist.

Before I could react, Kaden rolled onto his back and pulled me against his chest, wrapping his strong arms tightly around me. One hand stroked slowly through my hair while the other rested possessively on my ass.

I stayed quiet, listening to the steady sound of his heartbeat beneath my ear.

For the first time since he had claimed me, I didn’t feel like a slave being punished.

I felt like a woman being loved.

Even if that love was never truly meant for me.

We stayed like that for what felt like hours, wrapped in a suffocating silence that was broken only by the crackle of the dying fire.

Gradually, Kaden’s breathing deepened. His massive, muscular frame grew completely heavy against me, going totally slack as the whiskey finally dragged him into a deep sleep.

I waited until I was absolutely sure he was asleep before I tried to carefully move away from his body.

The moment I shifted, his grip tightened instantly.

A low, warning growl rumbled deep in his sleeping chest. He locked his powerful arms around my waist, pulling me right back flush against him, refusing to let me go. Because of how much taller he was, his large, heavy body completely pinned me down, his softened cock pressing hard against the side of my thigh.

My heart leaped straight into my throat.

What do I do?

If I stayed here like this, he would wake up in the morning and see me lying directly on his chest. He would realize he had made love to the woman he hated. He would explode. The rage, the disgust, the brutal punishment that would follow—it would be a thousand times worse than before.

Terrified of the morning, I tried to struggle again, squirming to slide my legs out from under his heavy thigh.

But Kaden only grunted, his large hand tightening possessively on my ass, pulling my hips so close into his crotch that there wasn’t a single millimeter of space left between us. He had me completely anchored under him like a prize he couldn’t afford to lose.

A cold, hopeless realization settled deep in my gut.

There was no escape for me.

I couldn’t fight the strength of an Alpha King, even when he was completely unconscious.

My body went entirely still as I stared blankly into the darkening room. I couldn’t move. I couldn’t run. I just had to lie here waiting for the terrifying storm that would inevitably break out tomorrow.

I stayed awake for what felt like eternity, watching the shadows dance across the high ceiling as the fire finally died out into cold, grey ash. Every tick of the clock felt like a countdown to my execution. But eventually, my physically exhausted body won the battle against my fear. My heavy eyelids slipped shut, and I fell into a restless sleep, entirely trapped beneath the weight of my enemy.

I was jolted awake hours later by a sudden, incredibly tender stroke on my hair.

”So you still haven’t changed your habit of lying on me, huh?” a tender voice rasped from above me.

Kaden scoffed, the sound deeply laced with affection.

My breath caught in my throat. My heart gave a violent, panicked leap against my ribs as reality crashed back over me.

Slowly, terrifyingly, I lifted my heavy head off his broad chest and looked up.

The Alpha King’s eyes were still closed, a small, happy smirk resting on his lips as if he expected to open them and see his beloved dead wife looking back at him.

Then, he slowly opened them.

For a second, his green eyes were completely confused, glazed over with the lingering fog of sleep and a heavy hangover. But I watched the exact millisecond realization hit him.

The confusion turned into pure horror, and then into deep rage.

”You—!”

Before I could even breathe, Kaden made a loud, angry, animalistic sound from his throat. With a fast, violent push, he shoved me completely off him.

He was so strong that my light body went flying across the big bed. I fell right off the mattress, and my back and head hit the hard stone wall of the room with a loud thud.

A sharp, terrible pain exploded behind my eyes. The last thing I felt was the cold floor under me before everything went black, and I sank fast into unconsciousness.
