Dual Cultivator Reborn[System In The Cultivation World]

Chapter 699 Sisters

Somewhere inside the northern region of the phoenix kingdom, two figures could be seen sitting on the sofa facing each other while two other figures could be seen standing right behind those two figures, one of them is wearing a mask.

”Big sister do you have some business here” Alena spoke in a hesitant manner as she looked at Aella who was sitting right in front of her with crossed legs while carrying a noble aura around her on the other hand Alena was looking timid infront of her and was very careful with her words, diya who was standing right behind her noticed this and somewhat understand the situation.

ʼMother is afraid of this womanʼ diya thought to herself after all from the start Alena is having a tough time around Aella and she is not looking in herself seeing this women,on the other hand the confidence that Alena used to carry around her was nowhere to be seen in front of Aella.

Diya felt angry towards Aella and Cursed her inwardly but alas that woman didnʼt do anything suspicious or wrong and was pretty calm about everything,it was Alena who was having tough time and her behaviour was unusual infront of the Aella.

”Indeed I have some important business here, but letʼs not talk about that right now, itʼs been too many years since I last saw you and I just want to catch up with my little sister, I am pretty sure that you have so many stories to tell, wonʼt you Alena?”Aella responded to Alena and looked at her in calm manner, Alenaʼs face slightly turned pale as she heard Aella, she gulped nervously and looked at Aella in a hesitant manner.

”I donʼt think I have anything special to tell, my life is pretty much an open book and you know everything big sister Aella” Alena said and tried to look at Aella but the moment her gaze met to her she moved her head downwards avoiding Aellaʼs gaze.

”I see My little sister is still pretty much shy and hesitant of speaking in front of otherʼs,I guess some habits wonʼt go away that easily”Aella exclaimed and with those words she looked at Diya who was standing right behind Alena.

”Diya if you donʼt mind could you please wait outside along with Aira or maybe you can show her around, in Meantime i want to talk to my little sister and catch up with everything that she had done in all those years after leaving Azazel clan ”Aella looked Diya with a smile and asked her, hearing her diya tilted her head and she looked Alena in hesitation, Alena took a deep sigh and then she looked behind.

”Itʼs okay go ahead and show her around, leave us alone”Alena spoke to diya, diya exhale deeply and nodded her head in response she donʼt want to leave her alone with Aella but seeing a different look in Alenaʼs eyes she agreed, there is definitely something that Alena donʼt want to speak in front of her, or maybe she is hesitating because diya was presented inside the hall along with Aira but whatever the case diya realized that something is not right between them, she has never seen Alena like this.

At the same time, Aira also looked at Aella in a hesitant manner, Aella tilted her head and gave a look to her.

”Go ahead with her and make sure you treat her well,” Aella said to Aira in a serious manner as she knows her temperament and at the same time the other party also has a hot temperament so Aella was cautious before sending her with diya.

”Yeah whatever”Aira gave a stern look to Aella and then she looked at Diya in a cold manner before leaving the hall.

”That girl...” a bittersweet smile appeared on Aellaʼs face knowing that Aira was not happy with the way she is dealing with Alena regarding Yohanʼs issue, she just wanted to confiscate Yohan without wasting any time using their strength, Aella understand Airaʼs intention but she wanted to deal with different way without resorting any violence, at the same time Diya left the hall with heavy heart leaving Alena and Aella, the entire hall become dead silence after Diya left, cold sweat could be seen On alenaʼs face and she is trying very hard to strike a conversation with Aella but words are not coming out from her mouth, it was indeed the very awkward situation.

”How does it feel to get free?”Sometimes later Aella broke her silence, Alena raised her head and the first time she properly looked at Aella in a different manner, Aella exhaled deeply and gave a stern look to Alena.

”I know You understand what I am talking about, so tell me how does it feel to get freed by blood ties, you left everything behind, your family, your clan and of course your beloved big sister. you came all the way here to this barren region to start a new life, is it going well with you?”Aella asked in a serious yet cold manner, in an instant Alenaʼs face turned dark and she felt a chill from head to toe.

”Big sis...sister...i--”Alena stuttered and she tried to speak but her lips trembled and her heartbeat raced at a faster pace in the presence of Aella, seeing her like that Aella took a deep sigh in disappointment and she approached Alena and took a seat beside her while taking Alenaʼs hand in her hand.

”I am disappointed in you Alena, not only you betrayed the Azazel clan but you also broke my immense trust in you, you were five months old when uncle Leon took you in,” Aella spoke as she caressed Alenaʼs hand.

”Big sister i...”Alena tried to say something but Aella shut her down in the middle of completing her sentence, not giving her a chance to speak.

”despite your motherʼs background and your lack of aptitude in Cultivation we accepted you with open arms and always treated you well, sister Hestia and I raised you like a mother and stood for you against everyone especially sister Hestia and she always believe that one day you are going to achieve greater things in your life and with hard work you are going to break the cultivation wall, but you prove Us wrong, I always wondered where did we go wrong with you, donʼt you regret of your foolish decision of leaving clan”Aella tilted her head and looked Alena who was sitting beside her in a serious manner.

Seeing that look on Aellaʼs face and hearing all of that Alena exhaled deeply and looked at Aella in a serious manner.

”I am grateful for what you and sister Hestia did for me all those years but I was always an outsider and mixed blood for everyone, if I stayed inside that place I would have lost my real self sooner or later, I did what I feel like doing at that time and trust me I donʼt regret it, I am living a very happy life with my family”Alena responded to Aella, hearing alenaʼs words Aella chuckled.

”Are you?”Aella said and then she continued”you are the third level of body strengthening realm cultivator, in all those years your Cultivation base hasnʼt improved a bit, how long you are going to live with that trash cultivation level, you are going to die with old age if you donʼt raise your cultivation base, you said you are happy but I could see through you, ”Aella chukled.

”Why are you here sister Aella, I am pretty sure you are not here to talk about my Cultivation level, if you were that worried about me then you might have come sooner, why did you take all those years to come, tell me what do you want from me?”Alena said as she looked at Aella.

”You cheeky little sister, you still amuse me,” Aella said as she petted Alenaʼs head and with those words she got up on her feet and looked at Alena.

”I told you earlier and I will say it again. Letʼs not talk about why I am here, itʼs too soon to you to know the reason of my arrival, now tell me what the hell is going on here, why there are so many soldiers on the street, did someone causing trouble to my little sisterʼe family?”Aella asked with a smirk, seeing that smirk on Aellaʼs face Alena nervously swallowed.
