Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1952: Chapter 1946: Persuasion

”Is there no one next door to you? I thought that area was so good, I assumed someone had already secured it.” Qin Xue initially had her eyes on the area next to An Hao, but she thought it was already taken, so she didn’t bother to check. Who would’ve thought An Hao would now say it’s available; was she playing with her?

”Didn’t I tell you before, this batch of real estate is newly built, so not many people have moved in yet, which makes it relatively cheap. Now, because we’ve started doing business here, more people have been attracted, and the property prices have risen a bit. I believe it will definitely increase again soon.” An Hao only had so much money, so she could only afford this much; otherwise, she would have wanted to buy two more.

The one that Qin Xue planned to get was given to her by someone who financed it, and she bought another location. At that time, indeed someone had secured the unit next to her, so she couldn’t buy it.

But recently, she heard that the family didn’t seem to want it anymore, but she didn’t have the money to buy it, and she didn’t want to ask Li Zhao for money or go back to ask her parents. Her mother had a brother, and everything would eventually be left to him, so whatever she had now, she had to make do with it; she wouldn’t force anything else.

She relied on herself as much as possible, and for the future, she would deal with it when the time came. An Hao felt that things were changing too quickly, so living in the present was most important.

”Can I buy it?” Qin Xue tentatively asked. If it was possible, she wanted to buy it.

”Yes, but it’s more expensive than before.” An Hao thought that a house had increased by almost US$ 500. In such a short time, it was really frightening.

”An Hao, how much capital do you have now? Enough to buy a shop?” Qin Xue asked An Hao when she heard it was possible to buy.

”I have some, do you not have enough money for a purchase?” An Hao wondered how much she could pull out to help Qin Xue.

”No, I was asking if you have money to buy another one. Trust me, buying it will benefit you.” Qin Xue was calculating how much she could gather to purchase a house.

”If you’re borrowing, I can give you some, but if you want me to buy, I won’t have money to operate. I hadn’t really thought about that.” An Hao hadn’t exactly not thought about it; it was just that some recent events made her unsure what to say. So she didn’t dare to use all her money, otherwise, where would she find it if she needed it later?

”It’s okay, listen to me. Use whatever money you have now to buy the house first. Your shop is all set up already, so it won’t cost much anymore. Missing this opportunity for the house will be a real loss. Just trust me one more time, will you? Buy it first, and if you run out of money later, and want to sell, sell it. If no one else wants to buy it from you, I’ll take it. This way, you can feel reassured.” Qin Xue was saying this because An Hao helped her when she was opening her store, so now she wanted to repay An Hao. Otherwise, she wouldn’t be persuading her to buy a house.

Her two friends didn’t seem interested in jointly buying a property. Qin Xue thought if they had money, they could do real estate, and in a few years it could be very profitable.

But right now, she was poor, without that kind of capital. Qin Xue considered buying a house because she knew the policies were going to change. She didn’t have that kind of funding, but she had the space, and the herbs inside were enough for her indulgence.

But to get a good price, she’d have to find a big buyer, and she hadn’t found that person yet.
