Chapter 34: Chapter 34: Comprehensive Strength: C!

The Personal Warehouse—a private dimensional room accessible anywhere in Samsara Space. With a single thought, Fenric could step inside and retrieve stored items without prying eyes.

That was exactly why he chose to open his reward here. The Golden Treasure Chest might trigger unusual effects, and the last thing he wanted was half of Samsara Space gawking.

Inside, the warehouse resembled a square chamber, its walls lined with shelves for item storage. At present, three objects occupied the racks:

Black Blade: Shusui,

Personal Instance Card,

and a gleaming Golden Treasure Chest.

Fenric’s pulse quickened. He lifted the chest from the shelf, anticipation burning hot in his chest, and eased the lid open.

A surge of golden light erupted!

The system’s crisp chime followed immediately:

”Congratulations! You have opened the Golden Treasure Chest and acquired the ability: Mind Power!”

Mind Power: A manifestation of immense mental force—allows manipulation of external objects through thought.

Note: The stronger your mental power, the greater your telekinetic reach. At peak mastery, you could even shift the planet beneath your feet.

”!!!”

Fenric froze. Then his eyes widened with raw exhilaration.

”Holy—this is insane!” he blurted. The description alone was beyond outrageous. Move the planet under your feet? That’s god-tier stuff!

He couldn’t wait. He had to try it now!

His gaze locked on the black blade resting on the shelf. Focus sharpened; his thoughts stretched outward like unseen tendrils.

A strange sensation rippled through him—as though an invisible arm extended from his mind and brushed against Shusui’s hilt.

Then, as if in response to his will, the blade quivered.

Clang!

Shusui slipped from the shelf and crashed onto the floor.

”...” Fenric exhaled sharply, a grin tugging at his lips. Crude, clumsy—but real.

”This is... incredible. So this is the power of the mind.” His voice trembled with excitement.

He wasn’t done.

Again and again, Fenric practiced, coaxing the heavy blade into motion. At first it wobbled like a drunkard, but soon he managed to keep it afloat, even slash the air with it in clumsy arcs.

Pure exhilaration flooded him. This was a game-changer!

But the triumph didn’t last. A stabbing pain lanced his skull. His vision swam. Warm liquid slid from his nostrils.

He wiped the nosebleed with the back of his hand, grimacing. ”Mental overdraw... as expected.”

Shusui was not lightweight—easily ten kilos of steel. Manipulating it telekinetically was a massive strain for his current mental reserves.

He needed more power.

Physical. Spiritual. Strength. Agility.

The four fundamentals—pillars of every Samsara player’s survival.

Physique hardened the body, bolstered immunity, and increased damage resistance.

Spirit sharpened the mind, honed willpower, amplified senses—and now fueled his Mind Power.

Strength was raw force, plain and simple.

Agility governed reflex, speed, and bodily coordination.

All critical—but with telekinesis in his arsenal, Spirit was king!

From World War Z, Fenric had banked 30,000 Samsara Points, plus his original 4,122, totaling 34,122 points.

Exchange rate: 1 Potential Point per 300 Samsara Points.

With his stash, he could buy 113 Potential Points.

After a moment’s calculation, he dumped 100 points into his stats, leaving a cushion of 4,000 points for emergencies.
