I Became the Strongest Villain in One Piece

Chapter 312: SVOP: Chapter 312

The world seemed to fall silent all at once, with absolute stillness.

Vladimir’s gaze swept across, and he saw that the Hypnosis woman and the other two Holy Guards were also frozen in ice.

These ability users, despite their bizarre abilities, were not particularly powerful. They were far inferior to Admirals, let alone Four Emperors.

And behind these three, Admiral Aokiji was also an ice sculpture.

However, unlike the other frozen individuals, Aokiji had frozen himself. As the fury of winter subsided, his outer layer of ice began to crack.

With a bang, Aokiji recovered. He panted slightly, his gaze fixed on Vladimir with intense caution.

One person against a group, suppressed in just a few moves. Dominator-level executives were indeed monsters among monsters!

”Hehehehe...”

Vladimir chuckled twice and strode towards Aokiji. ”Your reinforcements are all dealt with. Only you remain. No, there’s still one hiding underground who escaped this disaster.”

Okritho was still hiding underground, not daring to show his face.

Aokiji let out a breath, which immediately turned into cold air due to the low temperature. He panted lightly and said, ”We were careless. To deal with your Dominator-level executives, we would need to deploy three Admirals to contend. Any combat power below that is essentially meaningless.”

Forget one-on-one, they were easily defeated. Even two-on-one would be a struggle, and only with three-on-one would there be a sliver of hope for victory...

”So what?” Vladimir continued walking without pause. ”Even if you had three Admirals here now, I could summon the other Dominator-level executives at any time. At that point, would you need to deploy six Admirals? With the Navy’s strength, you might barely be able to find six Admiral-level combatants. But if there were three Dominators... or even more... what could you do?”

Hearing this, Aokiji fell silent.

The enemy was too strong. Even if the entire high-end combat power of Marine Headquarters was deployed, they would struggle to contend.

Furthermore, these were just Phantom Organization executives. Above them were the yet-to-appear First Mate and the Emperor-level-surpassing Emperor Vladimir.

If they were determined to prevent them from obtaining Pluton’s blueprints, the Navy could only regret it.

With this thought, Aokiji temporarily abandoned the idea of continuing the fight.

”What good will it do if you get the blueprints? Super battleships are not something ordinary people can build. It requires immense manpower, and only the World Government can achieve that.”

”We never said we intended to build the Pluton battleship,” Vladimir said calmly. ”Obtaining it is simply to prevent it from falling into the hands of you Marines. No, to be precise, it’s to prevent it from falling into the hands of the World Government.”

It was precisely because the World Government had the potential to build a new Pluton battleship that Phantom specifically sought to stop them.

Understanding this, Aokiji was rendered speechless.

”Is that so? This is a truly irreconcilable conflict. It seems words won’t solve this.”

He scratched his head with a wry smile, reverting to his usual relaxed demeanor. After saying this, he turned to leave.

”Okritho, we are no match for them. Give up. I have other missions. Goodbye.”

His primary objective was to recruit a pirate to join the Seven Warlords. Since the Pluton blueprints could not be obtained now, Aokiji decisively abandoned this temporary mission.

Upon hearing his words, the frozen ground beneath Okritho suddenly cracked, and he burst out from underground.

”Wait!” Okritho took a deep breath and stopped him. ”It’s too early to give up. I still have one more move...”

”Give up. There’s no hope in continuing to fight,” Aokiji glanced at him and said softly. ”More importantly, the hostages at CP5 have likely already been rescued. However, that has nothing to do with me. Good luck!”

With that, he fluidized his body and disappeared in a flash.

Aokiji was determined to flee, and Vladimir didn’t really bother to pursue him. Of course, it wasn’t that he couldn’t catch up, but rather that there was still one person present who, compared to Aokiji, was clearly more valuable: the Vice-Commander.

”Damn it!” Okritho’s face contorted with anger.

”Hahaha, now it’s just you alone,” Vladimir laughed heartily. ”Don’t think about running. You can’t escape!”

”Bastard!”

Okritho felt as if he were facing a formidable enemy. The opponent possessed the ability to sense souls, making it difficult for him to escape even when fluidized.

Damn Aokiji for running so fast! Now the Lich King had targeted him as his primary objective!

With a flourish of his sword, Vladimir suddenly extended his left hand, and a small soul vortex appeared in his palm.

”Soul Harvest!”

Boom!

Okritho’s mind trembled, his consciousness momentarily blurring, as if his soul were being forcibly extracted.

However, this was only a momentary sensation. Yet, in that instant, Vladimir had closed the distance.

”Offer your soul!”

Speaking calmly, he raised Frostmourne high and brought it down in a powerful overhead slash.

...

Meanwhile, at the port of Water 7.

In the sky above, two figures were engaged in a fierce battle.

One figure radiated divine light and possessed extraordinary speed, dancing through the sky, leaving a beautiful trail of light.

The other was the great pirate Shiki, holding Iceberg in one hand, while the other hand remotely controlled several sharp weapons.

These weapons floated around him, constantly attacking, like guided missiles.

”You think these slow attacks can hit me?”

Archangel easily dodged, circling Shiki. ”Hand him over, Shiki. Your era has long since ended!”

”Who do you think I am? I am Shiki!”

Shiki roared with laughter. ”Hahahaha! If you have the guts, come to the island and fight me!”

As his voice fell, the sky suddenly darkened.

Seven islands, appearing like a celestial realm, were slowly descending and arriving above Water 7.

These were seven floating islands artificially created using the power of the Float-Float Fruit!

...

The majestic seven floating islands descended above Water 7.

These seven islands consisted of one large island and six smaller ones. The largest island was comparable in size to the entire Water 7, while the other six combined were not as large as the central one. They floated around the main island like escort ships.
