The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 1308: Chapter 1308: Political Achievements

Lin Hao’s suspicion was correct, Ha Wenbing managed sales and the profits he made were far more than what he showed Lin Hao. The account books he showed Lin Hao were all manipulated. Lin Hao initially believed him because he was He’s son. Additionally, Lin Hao didn’t have much exposure to the internet, was unaware of the market conditions, and thought selling that much was already substantial.

Later, Lin Hao learned that the fruits produced by his orchard were never distributed but sold directly, bypassing intermediaries, which already earned a considerable sum. Moreover, after packaging and advertising, the prices increased significantly.

Ha Wenbing not only embezzled but embezzled quite a bit. Lin Hao was always inhibited due to lack of evidence, so he could only make a few verbal remarks, but to Ha Wenbing, it was inconsequential.

Ha Wenbing chuckled and said, ”Uncle, you’re wrong. Didn’t I discuss the sales price with you? Haven’t I shown you the account books? Haven’t I shown you the bank transfer records? How could it be embezzling? Words require evidence.”

Lin Hao never brought up the matter because he feared Ha Wenbing would respond like this. Without evidence, the truth can turn into slander.

Lin Tian patted his father on the shoulder, giving him a reassuring glance. Then he looked at Ha Wenbing and said, ”Wenbing, our families live so close, the older generation are good friends. You earn a little, or we earn a little, it doesn’t really matter, harmony leads to wealth.”

Ha Wenbing was pleased with these words, nodding as he said, ”College students talk with culture indeed, but I really didn’t embezzle, your dad is just overthinking, I get it.”

Lin Tian smirked inwardly. This is probably ’playing the saint while being the sinner.’

”No problem, since there’s conflict, let’s resolve it. If you’re worried, you can send someone to the orchard later. If my dad’s uneasy, he can send someone or personally talk business with you, or check online sales with a computer, then everything will be clear, right?”

Ha Wenbing’s expression changed slightly, his mouth twitched, giving a fake smile as he nodded. Yet in his heart, he wished he could strangle the little bastard Lin Tian.

Personally talk business with him? Wouldn’t that mean they know everything? How would he hide anything?

No matter how dissatisfied he felt, Ha Wenbing couldn’t refuse. After all, Lin Hao was his partner, it’s legitimate.

Lin Tian said, ”Also, I heard you’ve registered the company, but my dad only holds thirty percent of the shares. Isn’t that against the rules?”

Ha Wenbing remained calm, gently tapping the table with his finger, and after deliberating a while, he said, ”Actually, my thought is the same. You’re aware Uncle Lin is not young anymore, and it’s better for him to rest earlier, letting me manage the orchard. Wouldn’t it be nice if he and Aunt could travel around the country? I’m only asking for a little more percentage, he still holds thirty percent, and the financials will transfer money to his card yearly without doing anything, isn’t that good?”

After hearing this, Lin Hao widened his eyes like an ox, yelling, ”What do you mean punk? Who are you calling old?”

”Uncle Lin, that’s not what I meant.”

”Then what do you mean? With your physique, you can’t shoulder or handle things, yet you’re calling me old? C’mon, one-on-one, let’s see who ends up on the ground!”

”Uncle, please don’t say it like that. I just want you to rest a few years earlier. Isn’t it better to travel abroad by plane? What’s interesting about being in the orchard every day?”

Lin Hao became more agitated, his face flushed as he shouted, ”What plane, what abroad, I don’t care! I like being in the orchard, even playing with dirt is fun, why, not allowed?!”

”Alright, alright.” Ha Wenbing found Lin Hao’s stubbornness giving him a headache.

Lin Hao wanted to continue, but Lin Tian stopped him. Lin Tian gently patted his dad’s shoulder, then turned to Ha Wenbing and said, ”I think Wenbing makes a valid point. Dad, you’ve worked hard all your life, take Mom and travel for a year, I expect you next year to take care of grandchildren.”

Having heard what his son said, Lin Hao was truly anxious, but as soon as he tried to speak, Lin Tian’s look stopped him. The words stuck in his throat went back down.

Mr. Lo sat in the chair like an outsider watching the show, occasionally picking up a peanut to chew, enjoying both the taste and the self-brewed rice wine, seeing the fierce battle unfolding, he felt quite content.

Mr. Lo found Lin Tian intriguing. Seriously, last year he was the top scorer in the unified exams, and this year he became a genius in ancient medicine and a shareholder of Qiansimei. How can someone like him be simple?

He was curious about what plan Lin Tian had up his sleeve.

Ha Wenbing, unexpectedly also delighted, Lin Tian would persuade Lin this way. If they really sent the old man away, they could later find a way to reclaim that thirty percent of shares!

”Truly filial, Lin Uncle you listen, Xiaotian makes sense. Think about it, he’s a shareholder in Qiansimei, making hundreds of thousands to millions annually, the orchard isn’t a real concern, why so stubborn about it?” laughed Ha Wenbing.

Lin Tian chuckled, suddenly extending his voice, ”Hehe, but...”

Ha Wenbing’s smile stalled, at this moment the most feared was a turn.

”Even if Dad rests, that doesn’t conflict with managing the orchard. We can send the most professional fruit cultivation experts over. Also, I can share several sales channels, not only in Kanyue City but also for exports, no problem. But we do need that fifty percent share!”

Ha Wenbing’s pupils suddenly narrowed, realizing the boy had been waiting for him here.

Lin Hao tugged Lin Tian’s sleeve, asking, ”Won’t that expert and those sales channels cost a lot of money?”

”Yes, quite some money, but the profit would be substantial. Since it’s a company, building the brand is essential, our products aren’t lacking, just need publicity. I haven’t seen your packaging, but I think it can be even more exquisite, impressing as gifts, certainly boosting sales compared to before.”

”Really?!” Ha Wenbing’s eyes widened, looking at Lin Tian delightedly.

Lin Hao’s face showed joy too, this was fantastic news. The orchard was co-developed by him and He years ago, and he had grown attached to it. If it could profit, Lin Hao was happy, if it could grow bigger and stronger, Lin Hao would be even happier.

Mr. Lo’s hand holding the chopsticks paused, staring at Lin Tian, smiling like a flower tail.

If it were like that, the orchard becomes famous and grows. That would all be his achievement! With sufficient taxes collected, how could he not get promoted?

Thinking of this, Mr. Lo looked at Lin Tian more favorably.
