SSS-Rank Girls Are Chasing After Me to Create a Powerful Bloodline

Chapter 13: Chapter 13: The story is different, and Draven will discover it very soon.

After having to convince Zenash not to go visit Mara, Draven was in his room, and on the table there were several papers that were not assignments, but notes.

For years he had tried to reconstruct the chronology of the videogame.

Approximate dates, characters, wars, incidents, political changes, monster appearances, important events, and everything he could remember.

He had started writing it shortly after arriving in Valkaen, but the problem was that several things did not match.

Draven picked up a sheet.

’The Morcal incident should have happened two months ago.’

According to the game, a small region in the west of Aster should have suffered an attack by a magical creature, but it did not happen, or at least no one had mentioned anything.

Then there was the commercial conflict between the kingdoms of Elan and Konia, where the game had begun to narrate, since it would serve the protagonist Eliot in the future, who ends up resolving that conflict by helping him with his image.

But according to a merchant who had passed through the village, both nations had just signed an agreement to increase trade.

Draven set the sheet down.

”That is completely different.”

There was more.

Characters who, according to him, should not yet know each other already had contact, just as some nobles held different positions and certain places were governed by different families.

Nothing was so different that Valkaen stopped being recognizable, but neither was it an exact copy.

Draven had begun to create three categories, which were confirmed events, modified events, and pending events.

The second group grew every year.

”I cannot rely only on what I played in the game.”

He murmured, knowing that was the problem, since his greatest advantage was losing precision.

He still knew secrets, objects, creatures, places, and characters, but the future could no longer be considered fixed, and perhaps it never had been.

Draven picked up another sheet where he had written the name Greydarn Malikor.

That name remained the most important, since he was the one who began the great conflict of the main story and who was the original vessel of Elfin, the god of destruction.

Draven still did not know where he was, and he also did not know what path the world was following.

If he managed to find him before the main events began, perhaps he could figure it out, but he was still too young and traveling without permission was impossible.

”I am missing years.”

That bothered him, since he had information, but not freedom.

Suddenly he heard noise outside, so he got up and looked out the window.

Zenash was getting ready to leave, since the demon queen Vaeshka had come to pick her up and Yruza was already waiting for her by the carriage.

Draven went down and Zenash saw him.

”I thought you would not come to say goodbye.”

”I was studying.”

”You are always studying.”

”That is good.”

Zenash looked at him.

”When we live together, I do not want you to be locked up reading all day.”

Draven went still.

”There is still a long way to go for that.”

”But it will happen.”

”Do not start.”

Zenash smiled, then climbed into the carriage and, before entering, looked at him again.

”I will come soon.”

”All right.”

”And do not talk too much with Mara.”

Draven frowned.

”I will talk with whoever I want.”

Zenash observed him, to which Draven held her gaze, so a few seconds passed and Zenash entered the carriage.

”Goodbye, Draven.”

”That is what I thought.”

Yruza approached before climbing up.

”Your stance improved.”

Draven blinked.

”Thank you.”

”But you still leave the left side too open.”

”I will correct it.”

Yruza nodded, then climbed up and the carriage began to pull away while Draven stayed watching it until it disappeared.

”She comes with more and more things every time.”

Kevar said behind him, to which Draven looked at the storage bracelet.

”Yes, that is how it is.”

”Your mother is delighted.”

”That worries me.”

Kevar smiled and Draven was about to go back inside when his father spoke again.

”By the way.”

Draven stopped.

”What is it?”

”We are going to receive another visit.”

Draven looked at him.

”Another one?”

”Exactly.”

”Also from Fernus?”

”Luckily, no.”

Draven relaxed a little.

”Then?”

Kevar cleaned his hands with a cloth.

”They are coming from another region of Aster, more precisely from the capital.”

Upon hearing that, Draven thought.

’A family from the capital?’

He asked his father to find out who was coming.

”Who are they?”

Kevar thought for a moment.

”The Valdegrims.”

Draven stopped breathing for an instant.

”Valdegrim?”

”Yes, I see you already realized how important that visit will be.”

His mind began working immediately, since he knew that surname and every player who had barely started the story knew it.

The Valdegrim family was one of the most important families in Aster.

Direct descendants of the hero who had participated in the defeat of the god of destruction five hundred years ago.

Experts in combat, extremely proud of their lineage and, above all, directly related to one of the central characters of the story.

Draven felt his attention increase.

”Who is coming exactly?”

Kevar answered calmly.

”The head of the family will send his descendant to stay for a while in this area.”

Draven remained motionless.

’The son of the Valdegrim patriarch.’

He knew perfectly well who it had to be, since he was one of the main characters and one of the future heroes of Aster.

The swordsman who would participate directly in the final battle against the god of destruction.

Draven felt a mix of worry and enthusiasm.

’So I am finally going to meet Eliot Valdegrim.’

He had no idea that, once again, his memories were about to fail him.

Because the person who would arrive at the Dunvyrs was not the young Eliot that Draven remembered, but would have a few notable physical changes.
