Naruto: End of the Shinobi World

After returning to Konohagakure, Sakura Haruno immediately hid the crimson stone tablet deep within a concealed compartment beneath her bed.

She no longer needed to take it out and examine it. The vast, mist-like inheritance of the Divine Technique had already been etched clearly into her soul—every word, every concept, unmistakably vivid.

Night fell, moonlight spilling through the window.

Instead of indulging in a young girl’s usual worries or burying herself in theory books, Sakura changed into comfortable sleepwear, sat cross-legged on her bed, and formed an unfamiliar, strange hand seal with both hands. Slowly, she closed her eyes.

The images on the Sky Screen began to accelerate, like pages flipping rapidly through a book, revealing Sakura’s future growth at high speed.

Everyone saw that amid alternating cycles of training and missions, the pink-haired girl shed her immaturity at an astonishing pace and steadily grew stronger.

Yet the direction of her growth completely overturned all conventional understanding.

There were no dazzling clashes of ninjutsu.

No eerie battles of genjutsu.

Not even any intricate tactical maneuvering.

There was only one thing—

Pure, violent, direct power.

Facing a stretch of solid bedrock, the young Sakura took a deep breath and threw a single punch.

BOOM!

The ground collapsed like a brittle biscuit. Spiderweb-like cracks spread dozens of meters outward as dust and debris blasted skyward.

During a mission, her team encountered an enemy stronghold built atop a small hill tens of meters high.

Sakura’s eyes sharpened. She pushed off the ground, her body launching forward like a cannonball, and drove an utterly plain punch into the hillside.

The next instant, amid a deafening roar, the entire hill collapsed from its center, shattering into rubble.

The enemy didn’t even have time to react before being buried beneath the landslide.

An elite enemy shinobi swung a chakra-infused blade, slashing viciously across Sakura’s back.

The expected spray of blood never came.

Instead, a crisp sound of metal shattering rang out.

The chakra weapon shattered like glass, breaking inch by inch.

Sakura didn’t even turn around. She casually backhanded the attacker.

The shinobi flew away like a snapped kite, dead before hitting the ground.

Even more terrifying—

When enemies gathered together and unleashed roaring Fire Dragon Flames, surging Water Dragon Bullets, and solid Earth-Style walls…

Sakura neither dodged nor retreated.

She simply raised her hand and slapped forward.

Those overwhelming ninjutsu—flames, torrents, stone alike—were erased the instant they touched her palm, forcibly wiped out by an invisible power. They collapsed and vanished completely, unable to stir even a ripple.

Silence.

A deathly silence spread across the entire shinobi world.

Whether it was the Kage of the Five Great Nations, wandering missing-nin, or ordinary civilians—

Everyone stood with mouths agape and eyes wide, as though witnessing something utterly incomprehensible.

This… what even was this?

Monstrous strength?

No—this far exceeded even Tsunade’s legendary superhuman strength!

This was something more fundamental.

More tyrannical.

More absolute.

Finally, someone snapped out of the shock. Their voice was hoarse, trembling with disbelief, as they asked the question everyone was thinking:

”Is this… is this even a ninja anymore?!”

A ninja was supposed to hide in the shadows, relying on ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu in calculated battles of tactics.

But the Sakura on the Sky Screen had abandoned all of that.

She was like an ancient feral beast wrapped in human form—crushing everything in her path with overwhelming physical power that felt closer to a law of nature than a combat style.

Chakra nature advantages.

Battle tactics.

Careful strategy.

Before her absolute strength, all of it looked like a bad joke.

”Divine Technique…” someone whispered, awe and fear lacing their voice.

”So this is the power of a Divine Technique?”

If this was the change brought by a Divine Technique, then it truly deserved the word ”divine.”

In Konohagakure, Naruto stared in stunned silence. He subconsciously touched his stomach, then looked down at his fists, and for the first time ever, began to wonder if his Shadow Clones and the Rasengan he had been working so hard to learn were… a bit too fancy.

Sasuke clenched his fists tightly, his eyes burning with an intensity never seen before.

This kind of power.

Power that crushed everything.

Power that ignored all tricks.

If he could grasp it too…

Overpower skill with force. Break ten thousand techniques with one punch.

Jiraiya stroked his chin as he watched Sakura level mountains and shatter stone. He muttered to Tsunade beside him,

”Hey, Tsunade… this looks kind of like your super strength. Extreme physical power and all that.”

Tsunade crossed her arms and shook her head solemnly.

”You’re overestimating me, Jiraiya. My strength relies on precise chakra control and explosive release. What she’s doing…”

She paused.

”That looks more like the body itself.”

”I can’t punch a hill tens of meters high into dust. And I definitely can’t just stand there and let chakra weapons hit me without taking a scratch.”

”This already goes beyond the scope of ninjutsu. All I can say is—no wonder it’s called a Divine Technique.”

Despite her rapidly growing power, the Sakura in the images remained cautious, carefully hiding the true extent of her strength.

Until one day.

She found Naruto, who had sunk even deeper into gloom after failing to retrieve Sasuke for the second time.

Naruto sat on a swing, head lowered, his blond hair looking dull and lifeless.

”Naruto.”

Sakura walked up beside him, her voice gentle but firm.

”Next time, we’ll go together. The three of us—Team Seven—we’re one squad.”

Naruto looked up. Seeing the unquestionable resolve in her eyes, the darkness in his heart lifted slightly. He nodded hard.

”Yeah! Okay! Next time, we’ll go together!”

But then his gaze dimmed again, his voice heavy with self-doubt unlike ever before.

”Sakura… am I useless? I’m always shouting about ’never going back on my word’ and becoming Hokage…”

”But I couldn’t even bring Sasuke back. I can’t do anything right. Someone like me… do I really have the right to become Hokage?”

Sakura fell silent as she looked at Naruto in such despair.

She didn’t refute him immediately. After thinking carefully for a moment, she finally spoke.

”Naruto, bringing Sasuke back isn’t—and shouldn’t be—your burden alone. We’re comrades. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.”

She paused, as if making an important decision, then looked straight at him.

”Naruto. Tonight, come to my house. There’s something I need to give you.”

Naruto was confused, but he still nodded.

Night fell, moonlight flowing like water.

Inside Sakura’s room, she carefully took out the crimson stone tablet she had treasured for so long and handed it to Naruto.

Naruto accepted it. It felt warm in his hands as he curiously examined the unfamiliar patterns carved into its surface.

”Sakura… what is this?” he asked.

”And the ’Divine Technique’ you mentioned before—what does that mean?”
