Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

”Me?” Zhan Kongqi pointed to his own face. ”I don’t have lofty dreams, and I just want this universe to return to peace. Even though there’s no pollution in the supreme realm, the current situation makes the air feel heavy for me. Chaos and fighting occur in many domains, many lives are wasted, and nature is increasingly damaged.”

Jia Yuyan knew that members of the spirit race like Zhan Kongqi placed great importance on nature, but the situation in the supreme realm was worsening day by day, combined with the darkness threatening from the edge of the universe.

”Yuyan.”

Jia Yuyan and Zhan Kongqi looked at Ling Yun.

”Can you tell me whether Earth still exists or not?”

”So far, Earth still exists, Big Brother.” Jia Yuyan answered with a nod. ”However, the darkness is getting closer to that planet, and it will swallow it in the next few years.”

”How much time is left before the darkness swallows that planet?” Ling Yun drank the drink in his glass, waiting for her answer.

”I didn’t get a vision of that.” Jia Yuyan paused, observing Ling Yun’s expression. ”Are you planning to go back and save those people, Big Brother?”

”Can they be saved?”

Jia Yuyan shook her head. ”You can save them from the darkness, but they won’t be able to survive if you move them to other realms.”

”So, they’re definitely going to die, huh?” Ling Yun muttered, his forehead frowning deeply.

Although Ling Yun didn’t say it clearly, Jia Yuyan and Zhan Kongqi could see that he wanted to save the people on Earth.

Jia Yuan put on an apologetic look. ”Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer for you regarding their fate, Big Brother.”

”It’s okay, it’s not your fault.” Ling Yun exhaled softly. ”I’ve been away from Earth for so many years, but I still worry about its fate. After all, Earth is my homeland, and I don’t want it to be swallowed by the darkness.”

Zhan Kongqi asked him, ”Are you thinking of living on Earth in the future?”

”I don’t even know if I can return to this universe, so I haven’t thought about it.” Zhan Kongqi looked at Ling Yun with a confused expression. ”If I succeed in defeating Chaos and taking his place, I will have to live outside this universe, and it will probably take me a long time to return to their side.”

Zhan Kongqi nodded silently. ”I don’t think you need to think too far ahead, and you just need to focus on everything that lies before you right now, especially all your wives, children, and grandchildren.”

”Yeah.” Ling Yun sighed softly. ”I’m going back to my residence, Yuyan. If you’re not bored yet, you can play around in this place until you’re satisfied, and Zhan Kongqi will accompany you.”

Zhan Kongqi signaled Jia Yuyan to follow Ling Yun. ’Go on and spend your time with him.’

”Big Brother, I’ll go home with you.” Jia Yuyan hugged his arm.

Ling Yun was taken aback for a moment before smiling. ”Alright, let’s go home.”

Zhan Kongqi could only shake her head as she watched them leave, but then Shuang Yin walked beside her. ”That little seer fell in love with Ling Yun, didn’t she?”

”Yes.” Zhan Kongqi nodded. ”Jia Yuyan lived at Ling Yun’s residence since she was six years old, and she is over forty years old now. She is too focused on her duties as the seer in this era, and she is obsessed with helping him. Without her realizing it, her obsession has turned into love, but she is afraid to accept her feelings.”

Shuang Yin nodded slightly. ”Since the past, all the seers have always lived in solitude, and they sacrificed their feelings for the sake of their duties. The only person who can change her fate is Ling Yun, and he should have realized that. If he doesn’t help her, her life will be empty for the rest of her life.”

”We don’t need to think about her; I believe Ling Yun will do something for her soon.”

”If that’s true, that little girl will be the first seer who dares to embrace her feelings, and she won’t suffer like her predecessors.”

Zhan Kongqi turned to her. ”You seem to know a lot about the seer, eh?”

”Hehe,” Shuang Yin chuckled. ”I once met the seer who lived two generations before the little girl, but she chose to end her life because she couldn’t bear the heavy responsibility.”

”I see.” Shang Kongqi nodded in understanding. ”I heard the seer before Jia Yuyan also chose to embrace her death, even though she had already envisioned her death.”

”Xiao Yulan, right?”

”That’s right.” Zhan Kongqi nodded. ”Xiao Yulan raised Xiao Xiao since she was a baby, and the latter’s fate burdened Jia Yuyan’s heart. Since Ling Yun couldn’t possibly let his wife die, she also became a burden to him.”

Shuang Yin let out a heavy sigh. ”I hope all these troubles will end, and I also hope Ling Yun will win against Chaos.”

”I myself hope that Ling Yun will win against Chaos, so this universe will find peace.”

”Do you think this universe is really safe if Chaos disappears? Or will this universe be even worse with Ling Yun at its core?”

”I don’t have an answer for that, and we will find out the answer in the future, so we can only wait for now.”

”Come on! Accompany me for a drink.”

”Alright.”

At first, Ling Yun wanted to return to his residence, but he canceled his intention and took Jia Yuyan for a walk in the Southern Ocean.

”Have you ever felt fear in your heart, Big Brother?” Jia Yuyan broke the silence.

”Haha,” Ling Yun laughed as he patted her head. ”Even though I’m quite strong now, I’m still an ordinary human like you and the others, remember? Since I’m just an ordinary human, I’m often afraid in my life. Just like now, I’m afraid that if I lose to Chaos, all my loved ones will die.”

Jia Yuyan nodded slightly. ”Don’t worry, Big Brother. I will help you to defeat Chaos, and you will live happily with all your loved ones.”

”Do you have a dream, Yuyan?”

”I have one.”

”What’s your dream?”

”I want to save everyone in this universe.”

Ling Yun stopped walking and looked at her. ”I’m not asking about that, but I’m asking about your dreams for yourself.”

”Big Brother, I am the seer, remember? I was born for this universe, so I don’t have dreams for myself.”

Ling Yun grabbed her shoulders and looked into her eyes. ”Yuyan, you are the seer, but you are also a living being with your own will. Are you truly happy living like this?”

”I...” Jia Yuyan held back her words. ”I’m happy as long as I can save this universe and survive the darkness.”

”Why are you so stupid, Yuyan?” Ling Yun asked with a heavy sigh. ”Can you save this universe without me?”

”I can’t do it.”

”Do you believe I can save this universe without you?”

”I believe you can save this universe even if I don’t help you, Big Brother.”

”See?” Ling Yun caressed her cheek. ”Since you believe that I can save this universe without you, then why should you sacrifice your happiness for something unnecessary?”

Jia Yuyan shook her head. ”Although I believe you can save this universe with your own power, I am the seer, and I was born to save this universe.”

”Why are you so stubborn?”

”Aren’t you stubborn yourself?”

”I’m not stubborn, and I’m open-minded enough to accept all input from other people.” Jia Yuyan wanted to refute Ling Yun, but she was at a loss for the right words. ”Are you willing to listen to me?”

Jia Yuyan nodded once but then shook her head. ”I’ll listen to you about other things, but I won’t listen if you want to talk about my duties as the seer.”

”Such a stubborn little girl, aren’t you?”

”Hehehe,” Jia Yuyan giggled as she stuck out her tongue.

”Since you’re stubborn and unwilling to listen to me, I have to punish you.”

Before Jia Yuyan could react, Ling Yun had already sealed her lips. Her mind went blank, her body stiffened, her ears buzzed, and her heart pounded. She never expected that he would forcefully kiss her, but she felt something sweet awaken in her heart.

Jia Yuyan closed her eyes, stretched out her arms, and hugged Ling Yun’s waist. However, she has absolutely no experience in kissing, as her entire life has been spent cultivating and honing her abilities as the seer.

Realizing that, Ling Yun separated their lips, and Jia Yuyan hurriedly opened her eyes. He rubbed her lips and gently looked at her. ”Do you like kissing me?”

”I like it.” Jia Yuyan lowered her face in embarrassment. ”I... I’ve wanted to kiss you for a long time, but I didn’t dare tell you.”

”Shall we kiss again?”

”Alright.” Jia Yuyan raised her face, closed her eyes, and waited for his kiss.

’She is so innocent, but her destiny as a seer ruins her future.’ Ling Yun pulled her closer, lowered his head, and kissed her again. ’Follow my guide, Yuyan.’

’Okay.’

Jia Yuyan opened her mouth and let Ling Yun’s tongue enter. She moved her tongue and hooked it with his, and her lips moved in rhythm with his, following his guidance for a proper kiss.

In the distance, two women sat on a tree, watching Ling Yun and Jia Yuyan kiss passionately.

”Tch... tch... my father will get a new wife soon, Big Sis Hong.” Yun Shengxia said with a feeling of jealousy.

”Are you jealous?”

”Isn’t that obvious?” Yun Shengxia pouted her lips. ”I want a passionate kiss with him too, but he’ll never do it with me.”

”Hahaha,” Cui Hong lifted Yun Shengxia’s chin. ”Since you wanted to kiss so badly, I will give you a passionate kiss, Master.”
