Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

”Ling Yun has found a part of your body.”

”Oh?” Long Hun turned to Huang Lingzhu with surprise. ”What did he find?”

”Your dragon core.” Huang Lingzhu’s answer surprised Long Hun once again. ”I hid it in our secret little place, and Ling Yun is there now. However, I put up a special barrier to protect it, and he is trying to break it. As long as he hasn’t realized the solution, he will never be able to break it, let alone take your dragon core.”

”Ha ha.” Long Hun laughed hearing that. ”Don’t worry, Ling Yun is not stupid, and I’m sure he will find a way to open your barrier. Since he is already in my castle, I’m sure he has awakened my memories, and he must have known more about my father’s identity.”

Hearing that, Huang Lingzhu looked up at Long Hun with a frown. ”What do you mean by your father’s identity? Isn’t your father the chaos? Then, how—ouch!”

”Hey, you are a smart woman, but why are you being such a fool now?” Long Hun said this after flicking Huang Lingzhu’s forehead. ”My father is indeed the chaos, but he also has a human form. However, no one has ever seen his human form except for me. In fact, his human form is similar to a man you know, and you will definitely be surprised if you meet him.”

”Please provide me with the truth.” Long Hun smiled faintly and whispered it into Huang Lingzhu’s ear, causing her face to turn dumb as she was stupefied. ”Are they the same person? Does that mean he was our enemy from the start?”

Long Hun shook his head in response. ”Their human form is the same, but they are not the same person. I believe you understand what I mean, correct?”

”Yes.” Huang Lingzhu nodded, still wearing a shocked expression. ”What actually happened? Why did your father take on that person’s human form?”

Long Hun shook his head as he pinched her cheeks. ”Hey, you already know everything, remember? Just try to recall everything, and you’ll understand the reason behind my father’s decision to use his human form as his form.”

”Hmm?” Huang Lingzhu frowned at that, but she quickly searched her memories for anything related to the Chaos and the disaster. After a while, she had remembered everything, and she finally understood the reason why the Chaos did such a thing. ”If I think about it, our universe fell apart because of just one thing, and I think your father was the cause.”

Long Hun nodded in agreement with her. ”Even though all living beings are also at fault in this matter, my father is indeed the main cause. However, he is different from us, and he is the true ruler of this universe. He would never blame himself, and he blames living beings for everything that has happened. We are nothing to him, especially since he has the almighty ability to destroy and recreate everything.”

”What do you think will happen if Ling Yun fails to defeat your father?” Huang Lingzhu asked with a serious expression.

”What else?” Long Yun sighed and looked towards the floating platform. ”If Ling Yun fails to defeat my father, he will return everything to emptiness, and all living beings will die. At that time, he only needs to restart this universe from the beginning, and he will create the new primordials to replace us.”

Huang Lingzhu felt strange imagining this scenario, particularly the idea that if she died, Chaos would create another time lord to take her place. However, she realized that the new time lord was not her, and all the new living beings would no longer be the same as the current living beings. ”If that really happens, I think the new universe will end the same if he doesn’t replace those hidden forces with new ones, especially the will of the universe.”

”You’re wrong about that, Lingzhu.” Long Hun shook his head to deny it. ”The will of the universe is no different from my father’s will, especially since he created it according to his will. From the start he wanted living creatures to continue to grow and develop, but their development was different from his expectations, which began with the primordial fall under the control of the seven worldly emotions. If we had controlled the seven worldly emotions instead of allowing them to control us, our universe would not have declined, and my father would not have considered destroying it.

Huang Lingzhu nodded in agreement. ”Sheng Huo and Si Wang were the ones who started the destruction of the primordial era, especially since they were the first to be affected and submitted to the seven worldly emotions. For that reason, the law of the universe immediately acted and got rid of them, but it was too late to act because the others also started to be affected by them, including the two of us.”

”There’s no point in blaming the dead, right? Although Sheng Huo and Si Wang were the cause, we are both also responsible for the destruction of our era. We were the strongest then, but we were selfish and neglected to watch over them, causing the situation to become what it is now. Huang Lingzhu didn’t refute Long Hun, especially since she also felt guilty about the destruction of their era, which forced her to devise many schemes to stop the chaos from destroying their universe. ”By the way, there is one thing you haven’t known until now, and I learned about it when I visited our realm before you killed me.”

”What do you mean by that?”

”There is still one primordial alive besides you.”

”What?” Huang Lingzhu screamed in shock. ”Are you serious about that? Who is the primordial person who is still alive? Why have you never told me?”

”Yuan Shijia.” Huang Lingzhu stared at Long Hun in shock after he mentioned the name. ”She already knew that the seven worldly emotions would affect us, and she decided to seal herself away long before the disaster arrived. For now, she was in a deep sleep inside her seal, and she will only wake up when Ling Yun comes to her in the future.”
