Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

“Isn’t the old dragon the first heretic?” Ling Yun’s clone asked in confusion.

“Long Hun is indeed the first living being who possesses the darkness element, but he is not the first heretic. Instead, he is much better than Huang Lingzhu or the other immortals, including me. Unfortunately, his carefree, self-centered, and indifferent nature prevents him from caring about anything other than himself.” Ling Yun’s clone nodded in agreement to Sheng Ming because he had met the old dragon’s soul before. “The second darkness cultivator was Shiwang Zhizhu, the Lord of the Dead. However, he also never dealt with other living beings, and he focused more on himself. The situation began to change after the appearance of Jian Xieshen, and all living beings began to regard the darkness cultivators as heretics, which was exacerbated by the emergence of the ancient Mo Clan.”

“The ancient Mo Clan?”

“Yes.” Sheng Ming nodded in response. “The ancient Mo Clan existed long before the ancient Xie Clan, and they were the first demon clan. They greatly admired Jian Xieshen’s actions, and they followed in his footsteps to slaughter other living beings, thus becoming the first heretic clan.”

“Does that mean demons and other living beings coexisted peacefully before Jian Xieshen appeared, Senior?” Long Yuyi asked.

“You’re right, little girl.” Sheng Ming then continued. “Before the ancient era, all living beings lived together in peace, but the appearance of Jian Xieshen shattered their peace. Since then, the seven emotions began to influence all living beings, and it was marked by the birth of the seven immortal spirits. After hundreds or thousands of years, the ancient Mo Clan gradually collapsed due to the resistance of other living beings. However, the clan suddenly gave birth to someone who was more vicious than them, but she separated herself from the clan and formed a new clan. Xie Xueying, the first devil and the founder of the ancient Xie Clan, is also Xie Zuzhou’s grandmother.”

Unlike Long Yuyi, Ling Yun’s clone was more knowledgeable about the devil race, and they were the most vicious version of the demon race. “Does that mean Xie Xueying annexed the ancient Mo clan?”

“Yeah.” Sheng Ming nodded to him. “Xie Xueying didn’t do it right away, but she chose to hide and wait for the ancient Mo Clan to completely weaken, especially since she was still alone at that time. She also started to build her power by taking over many clans inspired by Jian Xieshen, and she turned them into devils like her. Despite their ongoing weakening, the ancient Mo Clan persevered until the appearance of the first seer and Zhizun Buxiu’s grandfather, who assisted other living beings in destroying them. When the clan was on the brink of total destruction, she reappeared with her own army to repel those people, and she annexed that clan. Since then, the ancient Xie Clan has developed even more rapidly, and almost no other living beings can fight them except for Zzizun Pingjin and his Zhizun Clan. However, they would not have been able to do so without the support of the first seer, Huang Tianyuan.”

“Does that mean Xie Xueying and Zhizun Pingying are dead?” Ling Yun’s clone asked Sheng Ming

Sheng Ming nodded to Ling Yun’s clone once again. “Xie Xueying and Zhizun Pingying were engaged in a fierce battle that lasted for a hundred years, and they eventually died at each other’s hands. After their deaths, their clans weakened significantly as their children could never reach their level, but they rose again with the birth of Xie Zuzhou and Zhizun Buxiu. The appearance of the two of them marked the end of the ancient era, and they have been mortal enemies ever since.”

Long Yuyi suddenly asked. “Who are Xie Zuzhou and Zhizun Buxiu?”

“If we exclude the immortals, they are the two strongest mortals in the universe at the moment, so no one can fight them.” Ling Yun’s clone then asked Sheng Ming. “What about Huang Tianyuan’s birth? How did she become the first seer? Did the immortals interfere with her birth?

“Ling Yun, we are indeed immortals, but we are not as omnipotent as you imagine. Although they regard me as the life goddess, I do not really have the ability to control their birth, let alone bestow such abilities.” Sheng Ming waved her hand again, and the image on the Qi screen instantly changed. “The first seer was not born because of us immortals, but she was born because of the hopes of living beings, and she had already obtained her power since she was still in her mother’s womb. Her abilities even frightened us, and her abilities continued to grow as she grew older; she knew everything in this universe. In fact, it was because of her that other living beings became aware of our existence; even Huang Lingzhu was powerless to stop her.”

“Doesn’t that mean she is too overpowered, Senior?”

“Yeah, she is indeed too overpowered for a mortal.” Sheng Ming responded to Long Yuyi with a nod of agreement. “Without her, they would not be able to match the Xie Clan, and she helped them in many ways to maintain the balance between good and evil. In any case, the Sky Mansion was her original residence, but she concealed it in a place that even we immortals couldn’t locate.

Ling Yun’s clone raised his eyebrows after hearing that, as he did not expect that the Sky Mansion was related to the first seer. “If that’s true, then the only one who knows the location of the mansion is Zhizun Buxiu, especially since Huang Tianyuan has always been behind his clan. Why didn’t Huang Lingzhu ask him to take her there? Why did she give the key to that mansion to me instead?”

“I don’t know Huang Lingzhu’s plan regarding the key and the mansion, especially since she is always unpredictable. She planned everything by herself, including her actions to kill Long Hun.” Ling Yun’s clone frowned after Sheng Ming mentioned that. “Since you have guessed everything, I will not hide anything from you. She killed Long Hun in order to stop the Chaos from destroying this universe, especially since no one can stop it except for the primordial chaos dragon. Unfortunately, he is not perfect, and he is too indifferent to the situation; at least, that’s what she thinks of him.”

“Hmm?” Ling Yun’s clone could immediately grasp the meaning behind Sheng Ming’s words. “So there is something Huang Lingzhu doesn’t know about the Chaos, and she planned everything based on the information she got from Tang Xiao. Instead, the old dragon, as the sole living being born from the chaos, has a deeper understanding of it, so he should have known about the danger long before that guy crossed into our universe.”

“Haha.” Sheng Ming laughed softly at that. “Tang Xiao is indeed great, but he is not a native of our universe, and he knows the hidden dangers here because of the ability of one of his wives. On the contrary, Long Hun is the only primordial chaos dragon in our universe; he has long known the danger that comes from the chaos. The chaos is the core of our universe, and all living things have made it suffer due to greed, so it wants to wipe out everything and return it to emptiness.”

Ling Yun’s clone nodded repeatedly in understanding. “If all that is true, the old dragon has been toying with Huang Lingzhu all this time, and he planned his own death. Since he is the second living being in our universe, no one else can kill him except her, so he deliberately did something to provoke her to kill him.”

“If only you were this smart from the start, you might have reached the five god realms long ago.” Sheng Ming’s remarks made Ling Yun’s clone laugh bitterly, but he knew that the old him was too naive and too dependent on Ling Xi, so he never thought too far ahead. “Long Hun did all that, and he planned everything after Huang Lingzhu and Tang Xiao met. Back then, she told him about the prophecy regarding the appearance of a man with the nine elements, which was proven by your birth. He understood his limitations and realized he would never be able to stop the chaos on his own, so he decided to sacrifice himself to put an end to it.”

Ling Yun’s clone sighed heavily, as he did not expect that Long Hun would do all that. “After she killed Long Hun, Huang Lingzhu arranged many things, and she deliberately used Ling Xi to fulfill her plans. She arranged for the old dragon’s bloodline to fall into her hands, and she also arranged for her meeting with me on that day; even everything I have now is because of her. I’ve heard the story of Xiao Xiao’s birth, and I’m confident that she disguised herself as the mysterious man to meet my parents-in-law. In the end, they sent Xiao’er to the Earth, and we met there.”

“You were right about everything.” Sheng Ming didn’t sugarcoat things from Ling Yun’s clone. “Regarding Xiao Xiao, Tang Xiao didn’t mention anything about her, and Huang Lingzhu learned of her fateful connection with the man with the nine elements from the other seer. In addition, the seer also predicted the location of his appearance, so she arranged everything for Long Tianhuo to send her daughter to Earth to meet you.”

Ling Yun’s clone clenched both fists tightly, and his hatred for Huang Lingzhu grew even stronger after Sheng Ming revealed everything. He did not deny that he could become what he is today because of her, but he found it hard to accept all her actions, especially since she deliberately toyed with the lives of many people around him under the pretext of the safety of their universe. “Anyway, how did you know about the old dragon’s plans? Since Huang Lingzhu doesn’t know about it, you shouldn’t know about it either, right?”

“Don’t you already know the answer?” Ling Yun’s clone raised his eyebrows for a moment before nodding in understanding to Sheng Ming. “Huang Hao is the leader of Long Hun’s loyal followers, and she always stays by his side, so she knows everything about him. A few months ago, Huang Lingzhu asked me to investigate the desolate abyss domain, and I met her there. Since you are her successor, you are her new master, and you can meet her there after you go to the supreme realm.”

Ling Yun’s clone took a deep breath before pointing at the evil seed. “So we can never remove it from Yuyi’s soul other than killing her, right?”

“Yes.” Sheng Ming then turned to Sheng Yuyi. “As I said before, the best solution is to seal off all your emotions. Since you don’t want to do that, you can try another way to control the seed.”

Sheng Ming then told Ling Yun’s clone and Long Yuyi about the alternative way, which shocked both of them.
