Number 4 Privet Drive, full address: Number 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey.

This was a quiet place that seemed to have nothing to do with magic, and it was also where Harry had lived all his life.

Sherlock’s home was in Kensington and Chelsea, located within London proper.

Surrey was located in southeastern England, adjacent to Greater London.

The distance between the two was only about twenty miles, not very far.

”Alright... but what are we going there for?”

Out of his consistent trust in Sherlock, when Sherlock proposed going to Privet Drive, Harry agreed first.

Then he voiced his confusion.

The Dursley family didn’t welcome him, after all.

”There are some things I need to confirm with your aunt.”

Sherlock said, then changed the subject: ”Harry, have you thought about what gifts to give the professors?”

”No.”

Harry answered honestly.

He really hadn’t thought about this at all.

So, the question was:

Did this have anything to do with going to Privet Drive?

This question was finally answered when he arrived at Number 4 Privet Drive with Sherlock.

The next morning, Mrs. Holmes drove Sherlock and Harry northward out of London.

Although Christmas hadn’t arrived yet, the towns they passed along the way already had a festive atmosphere.

Arriving at Privet Drive, the place looked no different from when Harry had left.

At Sherlock’s indication, Harry reluctantly knocked on the door with very unwilling steps.

Soon, a thin blonde woman appeared in his sight.

When she clearly saw Harry’s appearance, her horse-like face instantly became pale.

”Why are you here?”

Harry immediately felt the urge to turn around and leave.

Fortunately, a hand pressed on his shoulder.

It was Sherlock.

He gently shook his head at Harry, then turned to look at his mother.

”Hello, Mrs. Dursley.”

Meanwhile, Mrs. Holmes stepped forward and gave Aunt Petunia an elegant smile. ”Pleased to meet you.”

”Who are you?”

Mrs. Dursley looked warily at this suddenly appearing adult woman.

Although she appeared to be a gentle, intellectual person on the surface, since she could appear with Harry, she probably wasn’t normal either.

”I’m Violet Holmes. My child Sherlock and Harry are classmates at Hogwarts. I apologize for the sudden visit.”

Just as expected!

Although Mrs. Holmes was impeccable in her manners, as soon as she heard that her child attended the same magic school as Harry, Mrs. Dursley’s face immediately showed disgust.

She was about to speak when she heard her husband’s voice from inside: ”What’s wrong, dear?”

”Shampoo salespeople, they’re leaving right away!”

After shouting back, Mrs. Dursley immediately turned around and said to Mrs. Holmes in a low voice:

”You’re not welcome here. You’d better leave quickly before my husband gets angry.”

Looking at the somewhat frantic Aunt Petunia, Harry couldn’t have asked for more.

Mrs. Holmes maintained her elegant smile: ”Mrs. Dursley, Harry often mentions you at school, saying how caring you’ve been toward him.”

Petunia: (￣_,￣)

You’ve got to be kidding!

Although she and her husband had indeed raised this nephew for ten years, it could hardly be called ”caring.”

Of course, in Aunt Petunia’s view, their family had already done more than enough to be considered benevolent and righteous.

She was about to drive this family and Harry away again when Sherlock suddenly interjected:

”Madam, you wouldn’t want your husband to lose his job, would you?”

Petunia: Σ(｀д′*ノ)ノ

Before she could speak, she heard Sherlock continue:

”I suppose Mr. Dursley is planning to invite two clients for dinner at home today?”

Mrs. Dursley’s pale eyes suddenly contracted.

”If I’m not mistaken, this should be Mr. Dursley’s one of the biggest deal in recent years, right?”

Mrs. Dursley’s already pale face became deathly white.

”I can see you’ve made quite a lot of preparations for this, but once they find out...”

Sherlock said while taking out his wand from his robes.

He had originally intended to rely on the power of words and gestures to threaten.

But he hadn’t expected that such a simple action would have an incredible effect on Mrs. Dursley.

She first let out a scream, then quickly covered her mouth.

At the same time, a red-faced fat man rushed directly out of the room.

When he saw this scene, the veins on his temples bulged, and his red face actually turned purple.

Seeing this situation, Sherlock immediately realized that magic had a much greater impact on this family than he had imagined.

So, he changed his strategy accordingly.

”So, aren’t you going to invite us in to sit down?”

Sherlock lightly caressed the wand in his hand as he spoke.

Watching this scene, Mrs. Holmes gently shook her head.

She had tried her best, but unfortunately her son’s method was more effective.

Five minutes later, Mrs. Holmes, Sherlock, and a completely incredulous Harry were sitting in the Dursleys’ living room.

For Harry, this was the first time he had been treated as a guest by the Dursley family.

The feeling was very novel.

Uncle Vernon said with a dark expression: ”Tell us, what exactly do you want?”

Sherlock’s gaze swept over the three members of the Dursley family.

Although he had heard Harry talk about his uncle, aunt, and cousin more than once, and had developed a fairly clear understanding of the three through his descriptions.

But when actually meeting them and observing them personally, he obviously got much more information.

It could be said that although Harry was the nephew of the Dursley couple, he didn’t resemble this family at all.

Vernon was a red-faced fat man, tall and burly, with almost no neck and an unusually thick beard.

Petunia was a thin blonde woman, the complete opposite of her husband, with a neck almost twice as long as normal, a large frame, and a horse-like face.

Their son Dudley had inherited his mother’s blonde hair and his father’s obesity, with pale skin and features that were almost squeezed together.

As for Harry, there was no need to elaborate—his thin frame and green eyes were his most distinctive features.

”You two don’t need to be so nervous.”

Mrs. Holmes still maintained her smile. She looked at her son, and Sherlock nodded, then turned to Harry’s Aunt Petunia:

”I just want to know some things, some things about Harry’s mother. From my observations, Mrs. Dursley should know something about this...”

”Impossible, absolutely impossible!”

As soon as Sherlock finished speaking, Mrs. Dursley immediately interrupted him with a shriek.

Harry helplessly shrugged his shoulders.

He had known this would be the result.

After all, since learning about the magical world from Hagrid, Harry had asked Aunt Petunia about this more than once.

However, she refused to say anything, even if it killed her.

But today...

Harry looked at Sherlock with hopeful eyes.

Maybe his good friend could accomplish this?

After all,... he was Sherlock Holmes!
